espanolLa investigacion se centra en la evaluacion ergonomica y analisis de cargas en el arnes de sujecion para guadana (podadora) en el uso prolongado durante la jornada laboral incrementando en un 27% despues de la segunda hora de exposicion, el diseno y distribucion de cargas en las correas de sujecion sobre el operario presenta molestias a nivel lumbar y de hombros, la evaluacion ergonomica de la influencia de las cargas determina las consecuencias sobre movimientos repetitivos en esta maquina-herramienta. De esta manera, se realiza una propuesta de sujecion y soporte de la guadana que mejore el tiempo de exposicion a esta herramienta, el analisis del sistema de sujecion se realiza en Ansys exponiendole a una fuerza de 77,42 N con una deformacion de 0,012 mm y Ergo IBV, mediante el metodo REBA el nivel de actuacion para posturas son inadecuadas evidenciando claramente que existen riesgos significativos para los operarios que estan expuestos y se requiere cambios urgentes en la tarea determinando un prototipo nuevo con valores de molestia a las cuatro horas de trabajo con un 40% de molestia en un 50% de los trabajadores evaluados. Generando de esta manera un arnes con una distribucion de cargas en las correas y soportes a nivel de todo el cuerpo y descargando el peso en las piernas que es lo mas adecuado en levantamiento de cargas segun el codigo de trabajo y normas reduciendo los niveles de fatiga en los operarios. The corrosion of structural steel is a recurrent problem in Ecuador, affecting many buildings, and the way in which the zinc protective coating is applied is the main cause. The present study analyzes the adhesive mechanical behavior of the protective layer deposited on structural steel, varying the surface quality and cooling rate of the coating. The applied methodology consists of characterizing the raw material (structural profiles of angular type), applying surface pre-treatments to the angular profiles by polishing, sanding, grinding and as it comes from the factory, galvanizing the angular profiles in companies A and B, measuring the layer of galvanizing, identify and measure the thickness of the phases, measure surface roughness, quantify hardness of the zeta phase, and finally, measure the adhesiveness of the coating to the substrate. From the results obtained it can be seen that the roughness allows a better anchorage of the zinc layer to the metallic surface, the high cooling speeds allow to obtain a zinc layer with more brightness, greater hardness and adherence, although it sacrifices the ductility of the layer of coating when having a more fragile behavior. Throughout the centuries, the existence of rest points that marked the roads that crossed Spain allowed the development of travel routes. Its inclusion in historical cartography and in geographical dictionaries, as well as the existence of specific legislation, reflects the importance of the years. They came to be distinguished as an architectural typology of their own, up to the point of view of a project and the examination proposal for access to the titles of architect or master of works in the different Academies of Fine Arts that emerged in Spain for the regulation of exercise of architecture. The roads are elements that are subordinated to the characteristics of this type of architecture, qualities that depend on their entertainment function and based on these establishments, becoming a characteristic image that distinguishes it from the rest. At present, although they are part of the history of communications and their value to be part of the Cultural Heritage and public works, these pieces are in disuse and many of them have disappeared or are in danger of to do it without having been documented what were its morphological, compositional, constructive aspects and its relations with the society of the moment.

espanolEsta investigacion se centra en la elaboracion de un prototipo de control numerico computarizado (CNC), teniendo en cuenta los parametros de diseno, control e interfaz mejorando la diagramacion y elaboracion de placas electronicas PCBs, con un software libre EMC2, mejorando notablemente a los metodos tradicionales o artesanales mejorando la calidad, bajando los costos de produccion e incrementando la repetitividad de las mismas placas o construccion en serie. El diseno se realiza en el software Solidworks Educacional con una comprobacion de cada elemento en Ansys aplicando los esfuerzos en la traslacion longitudinal o eje Y con carga normal de esta manera realizar los analisis estaticos y comportamiento de los elementos segun el material que se vaya a fabricar teniendo las dimensiones principales de largo: 520 mm, Ancho: 160 mm y Espesor: 15mm. con un area de trabajo de 320 mm de ancho. El prototipo cuenta con un sistema mecanico, sistema de control con una tarjeta controladora JP-382 y sistema de programacion con la visualizacion de las trayectorias y la ubicacion de la punta de la herramienta mediante la generacion de los codigos G, disminuyendo la fabricacion de estas tarjetas en un 60% de la construccion de una placa de forma manual. The design is carried out in the Solidworks Educational software with a check of each element in Ansys applying the efforts in the longitudinal translation or Y axis with normal load in this way to perform the static analysis and behavior of the elements according to the material to be manufactured having the main length dimensions: 520 mm, Width: 160 mm and Thickness: 15 mm. with a working area of 320 mm width. The prototype has a mechanical system, control system with a controller card JP-382 and programming system with the visualization of the trajectories and the location of the tip of the tool by generating the G codes, reducing the manufacture of these cards in 60% of the construction of a plate manually.

The design is carried out in the Solidworks Educational software with a check of each element in Ansys applying the efforts in the longitudinal translation or Y axis with normal load in this way to perform the static analysis and behavior of the elements according to the material to be manufactured having the main length dimensions: 520 mm, Width: 160 mm and Thickness: 15 mm. with a working area of 320 mm width.
