Objective. Determination of theoretical and methodological methods to the assessment of the marketing potential of the enterprise, which, unlike the existing ones, consists in the determination of the market potential through the calculation of its capacity, share and the potential of marketing activity, which allows taking into account external market factors and internal capabilities of the enterprise when conducting a marketing audit. Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis is the fundamental provisions of marketing theory, the scientific works of leading domestic and foreign economists and specialists in the management of the marketing activities of the enterprise. Results. Control is the final stage of the cycle of marketing activity management, which in the practical activity of most enterprises is an assessment of the results of sales policy. In the decision-making process, among other functions of marketing management, preventive or strategic control aimed at achieving the company's long-term goals and improving the effectiveness of marketing as a whole. Marketing audit is one of the most important types of strategic marketing control, the activity of which is aimed at comprehensive analysis, monitoring and auditing of the company's activities. Scientific novelty. A marketing audit is defined as a process of checking the marketing activities of an enterprise with the aim of identifying shortcomings and opportunities for qualitative improvement of marketing activities, providing practical recommendations for eliminating identified shortcomings and implementing measures related to the use of reserves. Outsourcing complements the results of the inspection and determines ways of rational use of the company's resources to ensure the company's competitiveness on the market. Practical significance. When managing the enterprise as a complete system, it is necessary to avoid duplicating the performance of functions. Therefore, the tasks of marketing and marketing audit should not repeat but complement each other, because with the dual performance of such tasks as assessment and analysis of the external environment, identification of problems and marketing opportunities, formation of a marketing strategy marketing costs increase and their effectiveness decreases. Marketing outsourcing is an effective way to reduce costs and increase business profitability, which contributes to deep optimization of the company's activities Key words: marketing control, external audit, internal audit, outsourcing, business portfolio, strategic management, strategic marketing, strategic planning.

The article explores investment opportunities available for entrepreneurs who wish to start a business in Ukraine despite the ongoing conflict in the country. The authors discuss the challenges faced by startups and investors in the context of war and the instability of the economic sector, such as access to financing, infrastructure, and talent. The study examines potential investment sectors in Ukraine and key legal aspects relevant to investing in the country. The aim of the research is to highlight and understand the peculiarities, challenges, and opportunities that arise for businesses during a military conflict and in the post-conflict period. To achieve this goal, the authors have formulated the following objectives: to study the characteristics of the war and post-war state and their impact on the business environment, markets, and investment climate; to identify potential investment opportunities for businesses in the context of the war and post-war state, including infrastructure restoration, economic recovery, development of new markets, etc.; to identify key risks and obstacles that affect the investment process and business development in the conditions of war and post-war state. Ukraine offers a range of investment opportunities for both local and international investors. An important factor is its strategic location between Europe and Asia, a market full of potential, and abundant natural resources, which makes it highly attractive for investment. The country also has a robust IT sector and a highly skilled workforce with technical and innovative knowledge to create and develop a favorable economic environment. The Ukrainian startup ecosystem is prepared to address challenges and enhance the opportunities that have been gained. A scientific article on this topic can become a valuable source of knowledge and information for researchers, business leaders, investors, and policymakers who are interested in understanding and utilizing investment opportunities in times of war and post-war conditions. Key words: management, business, investments, opportunities, war state, post-war state.

In the research process, it was established that the presence of successful domestic and foreign practices of crowdsourcing confirms the effectiveness of this technology in various spheres of society's life: from economy and politics to social and creative spheres. At the same time, depending on the direction of implementation of the crowdsourcing project and the tasks set before it, different types of this technology are used. However, the key principles in crowdsourcing of any type remain: hobbyist participation, the ability to connect anywhere at any time, minimum reward, etc. At the same time, special attention is paid to the practice of implementing crowdsourcing in the field of public administration, based on the study of which the existing opportunities and barriers of this technology are revealed. It has been established that crowdsourcing has already proven itself as a technology capable of achieving the desired result in a short period of time with minimal financial costs. In this regard, the expediency of using crowdsourcing within the functioning of public authorities has prospects for further development. Key words: barriers, crowdsourcing, opportunities, public authority, system of public control, financial expenses.

Objective. The study is devoted to determining the features of the global experience of using WA for the management of civil aviation enterprises, which will ensure an increase in the efficiency of operations, reduce the costs of managing cases due to the automation of information processing processes, ensure reliable accounting and control of information at all levels of management, and increase the efficiency of data exchange between individual units , branches and central office. Methods. The research uses methods of analysis and synthesis in order to substantiate the theoretical provisions of the use of WA and information technology as an element of increasing the efficiency of management of civil aviation enterprises. Automation methods of WA from the company SITA, CHAMP Cargo systems, Aviareto, CertiPath. The complex system of using WA as a general information management element of the enterprise in the field of civil aviation is substantiated. Results. In order to improve the quality of service to consumers of air transport services, airlines and especially airports need to regularly introduce advanced information systems and technologies into the organizational process of providing air transportation. The international company SITA is the world leader in the field of information and telecommunication solutions for the air transport industry. SITA provides comprehensive services to airlines, airports, government entities and global distribution systems, providing access to a large telecommunications network and providing consulting services for the development, implementation and integration of technological solutions. Among the applications and services intended for airlines and airports are passenger registration systems and integrated baggage management systems, air traffic management systems, communication systems with ground services, as well as distribution and fare management systems. Scientific novelty. The system of adaptation of WA, in accordance with world practice, to the activity of civil aviation entities of Ukraine has been substantiated. Practical significance. It was established that the WA system contributes to the combination of these features within the framework of one integrated program. It is based on a single database, so all units/departments will be able to freely share information, communicate with each other, etc. It has been proven that this integrated approach to the introduction of WA into the practice of civil aviation enterprises using world experience will ensure a high level of return in the future, especially if it is correctly installed and used. Keywords: aviation enterprise, automated workplace (WA), civil aviation industry, management.
