Multi-level Classifier Design for Tumor Micro-image Based on Multi-feature Fusion 基于多特征融合的肿瘤微图像分级器设计

In this paper, we propose a computer aided recognition system. With a series of approaches of image pre-processing and segmentation, extract the whole image feature namely global features, such as the number of cell, also extract the single cell feature namely local features, for example cell area and so on. Then separately do the multi-feature fusion for global feature and local feature. We construct two level of classifier, the first level is global classifier based on the most-short distance which is designed according to the global features; the second level is local classifier based on decision tree which is designed according to the local features design. Firstly according to global classifier to judge whether the stomach epidermis is normal or not, if the image is recognized to be abnormal, the classification ends. Otherwise, we recognize the image by the local classifier once again. After two level of recognitions, The experiment result indicates that this classifier can enormously enhance the classification accuracy rate.

GA Based QoS Multicast Routing Algorithm in Mobile Ad Hoc Network 移动Ad Hoc网络中基于GA的QoS组播路由算法

Providing QoS support is crucial to guarantee effective transportation of multimedia service for ad hoc network. In this paper, a QoS multicast routing algorithm with bandwidth and delay constraints was proposed. It utilizes genetic algorithm to search optimized multicast tree which satisfies the QoS requirement. The simulation results show that the algorithm has fast convergence and high routing discovery rate. It will provide an available approach for multicast communication with QoS guarantee in mobile networks.

An Improved Apriori Algorithm Based on the Matrix 基于矩阵的改进Apriori算法

A priori algorithm is a classical algorithm of association rule mining and also is one of the most important algorithms. But it also has some limitations. It produces overfull candidates of frequent itemsets, so the algorithm needs scan database frequently when finding frequent itemsets. So it must be inefficient. To solve the bottleneck of the a priori algorithm, this paper introduces an improved algorithm based on the matrix. It uses the matrix effectively indicate the affairs in the database and uses the "AND operation" to deal with the matrix to produce the largest frequent itemsets and others. It needn't scan the database time and again to lookup the affairs, and also greatly reduce the number of candidates of frequent itemsets. This paper uses an example to analyze and compare the difference between the two algorithms and the result shows that the improved algorithm obtains the bonus time of calculating and promotes the efficiency of computing.

A New Kind of Hybrid Filter Based on the ICM and the Improved Peak-and-Valley Filter 一种基于ICM和改进峰谷滤波器的新型混合滤波器

Intersecting cortical model (ICM) has gained widely research as a new artificial neural network. It derives directly from the studies of the small mammal's visual cortex. The improved peak-and-valley filter can keep the details of image sufficiently if the density of noise is low enough. But the image that is badly contaminated with noise, the effect of the improved peak-and-valley filter is inadequate. To overcome this shortage, this paper suggests a kind of designing project of the hybrid filter that applies the ideas of the ICM and the improved peak-and-valley filter. The theory analysis and the simulation experiments of the image processing indicate that this kind of filter can not only remove noise effectively but also keep the details of the image sufficiently.

Information Processing in Digital Holographic Microscopy 数字全息显微术中的信息处理

Digital holography is a new three-dimensional imaging technology. The recording conditions of hologram in off-axis Fresnel transform digital holography with pre-magnification are analyzed. The experimental setup used for recording the digital hologram of microscopic object is built. The numerical reconstruction methods of digital hologram disturbed by strong noise are studied experimentally. The intensity and phase image of the USAF test target is obtained by Fresnel transform algorithm. The lateral resolution of and axial resolution of no larger than 10 nm are achieved. The results show that for strong noisy hologram the automatic phase compensation method must be combined with manual adjusting parameter in order to obtain accurate phase image.

Intelligent Medical WardShip-System Based on Agent 基于Agent的智能医疗监护系统

By researched technology of Agent, designed a model of intelligent wardship-system based of agent. The modeling of facing to the agent which embodied synthesize calculator system's brand-new method improved the modeling of calculator system and the theories and the fulfillment of designing. Had a design with collection-agent to the model of bedside machine, constructed the module of intelligent-control center importantly, and researched a suitable scheme of video-collection system according to the specialty of system. Analyzed capability of the system, combined with test-running situation of system, validated the correction and feasible of system's scheme and development way. It could fulfil the need of system enough. At present the intelligent medical wardship-system's success development with tries and move has confirmed that the software development method based on Agent is accuracy and feasibility.

Starting with two famous recreational problems, Euler's problem of the Thirty six officers and Kirkman's schoolgirl problem, and stimulated by the needs of computer science, digital communication, modern business management, the subject of design theory has grown into a large branch of combinatorial mathematics. Large set of design is an important topic of design theory, which has some valuable applications to experimental design, coding theory and so on. Though the topic has acquired numerous great advances in recent years, due to its difficulty, the progress is not more than expected. An extended directed triple system is one of oriented designs, It was studied first by Huang and Yaon, By now the question about the large sets of extended directed triple system has not been discussed. In this paper, We give the concept of large sets of extended directed triple system and a recursive construction for large sets of extended directed triple system.

Analysis on Biology Holographicness Based on System Cognition Method 基于系统认知方法的生物全息性分析

Holographic biology found by Chinese Professor Ying-qing Zhang has turned on a new era from the point of view of cognizing the world and has led to a cognitive transform in cognition field and will has broad developmental and applied space. According to systems science and system cognition idea, holographic idea is theoretically explained, it is considered that holographic biomedicine is just a biomedical application of system idea in essence, so holographic biomedicine has gained a theoretical support and scientific foundation. Cognition is a mark of life, is one of the highest forms appearing in the universe, and the ability to think with abstract and ultimate modes helps human to improve cognition from the perception through sense organs up to absolute rational world level, and to get the feeling that the fountain of the universe exists as Dao which as a conception comes from Lao Zi doctrine that is inherited and developed here. Holographic idea is an ultimately evolved form of system idea, and system idea is a kind of holographic units on restricted cognition level. Life bodies are the most complex open giant systems, it is very necessary to use system idea especially holographic idea to direct the researches and applications in biomedical field and many other fields of life sciences.

A Theoretical Framework of Brand Image and Service Quality on Third-Party Logistics Service 第三方物流服务品牌形象与服务质量的理论框架

Since its origins in the 1980s, third-party logistics is maturing as an option to help increase supply chain effectiveness. The trend of using third-party logistics services becomes prominent especially in the industrializing countries like China where manufacturing constitutes a major part of the GDP. This development poses a great challenge to channel managers in selecting the third-party logistics service provider (3PL) and evaluating the quality of its services. Unfortunately, the research nowadays does not provide a sufficient insight on these aspects. Many third-party logistics studies are descriptive in nature, which address the issues such as the benefits of using third-party logistics services and the areas to be outsourced. To resolve this challenge in channel management, it needs to go a step forward in examining the causality between satisfaction and loyalty on third-party logistics services. Drawing the concepts from marketing, a research model is proposed to integrate brand image and service quality in predicting satisfaction and loyalty. It also considers the effect of manufacturer-3PL relationship on these causations.

The Single Training Sample Extraction of VEP Based on Wavelet Transform 基于小波变换的VEP单训练样本提取

Based on the good localization characteristic of the wavelet transform both in time and frequency domain, a de-noising method based on wavelet transform is presented, which can make happen the extraction of visual evoked potentials in single training sample from the EEG background noise in favor of studying the changes between the single sample response. The information is probably related with the different function, appearance and pathologies of the brain. The traditional Fourier filter can hardly attain the similar result. This method is different from other wavelet de-noising methods in that different criteria are employed in choosing wavelet coefficient. It has a biggest virtue of noting the differences among the single training sample and making use of the characteristics of being high time frequency resolution to reduce the effect of interference factors to a maximum extent within the time scope that EP appear. The experiment result proves that this method is not restricted by the signal-to-noise ratio of evoked potential and electroencephalograph and even can recognize instantaneous event under the condition of lower signal-to-noise ratio, as well as recognize more easily the samples which evoked evident response. Therefore, more evident average evoked response could be achieved by de-nosing the signals obtained through averaging out the samples that can evoke evident responses than de-nosing the average of original signals. In addition, averaging methodology can dramatically reduce the number of record samples needed, thus avoiding the effect of behavior change during the recording process. This methodology pays attention to the differences among single training sample and also accomplishes the extraction of visual evoked potentials from single trainings sample. As a result, system speed and accuracy could be improved to a great extent if this methodology is applied to brain-computer interface system based on evoked responses.
