Design of Intelligent Guiding Equipment Based on Man-Machine Interaction and Multi-sensor Technique 基于人机交互和多传感器技术的智能导向设备设计

This paper introduced basic concept of man-machine interaction and multi-sensor technique, and the medical theory, such as pathology and physiology, basis of its application in guiding equipment. Based on the analysis of demands of blind people and comparing the strong point and shortcoming among the common types of the guiding equipment, the design for novel intelligent guiding equipment based on man-machine interaction and multi-sensor technique was proposed. This method used multiple sense information mainly by infrared sensor and impacted sensor etc to detect obstruction and control the advancing direction of whole guiding equipment through the intellectualized judgment and processing by microprocessor to guide the blind. In addition, the principle and process of detecting method, control function, command definition, program design and debugging improvement of the guiding equipment were introduced. The practice proves the application of this intelligent guiding equipment can deal with various requirements, and the prospect of it was discussed finally.
本文介绍了人机交互和多传感器技术的基本概念、病理、生理学等医学理论及其在引导设备上应用的基础。在分析盲人需求的基础上,比较了常用导盲设备的优缺点,提出了一种基于人机交互和多传感器技术的新型智能导盲设备设计方案。该方法利用以红外传感器和冲击传感器等为主的多感测信息检测障碍物,通过微处理器的智能化判断和处理,控制整个引导设备的前进方向,实现对盲人的引导。介绍了导向装置的检测方法、控制功能、命令定义、程序设计和调试改进的原理和过程。实践证明,该智能导向装置的应用能够满足各种要求,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

The Design of Embedded Single Chip Network Measure and Control System 嵌入式单片机网络测控系统的设计

This article introduces a type of embedded single chip network measure and control system based on Ethernet, which adopts high speed single chip with kernel of 8052. Through controlling the special chip for Ethernet, the system realized the function of TCP/IP protocol. Since the system can be used as an independent system, any computer on the net can control the system or transmit order and data to the system through standard TCP/IP protocol. Equipped the system by digital temperature sensor, it can be used to measure industry field temperature and transmit the results to computer through network, and then get temperature curve. And its measure and control range are all -10~+125degC, the accuracy is plusmn1degC, the resolution reaches 0.1degC. This system have many advantages such as simple structure, better universal, communicating through network, flexible usage, low cost etc. It can be adapted by various intelligent sensors and has better expanding ability. It can be used in the fields of powder object temperature measurement remote data acquisition, remote measurement and control and so on.

Preparation and Characteristics of Guar Gum-Sodium Alginate Complexed Bone Adhesive Material 瓜尔胶-海藻酸钠复合骨胶粘剂的制备及性能研究

Comminuted fracture is still a medical problem because of the difficulties for the small bone pieces fixation. Bone adhesive is one of the most potential methods to solve the problem. However, there are a lot of defects in the present medical adhesives. Some adhesives will produce certain poisonous substance in body which would be harmful to people's health. Some have worse adhesive strength and degrade slowly in body. Therefore, it is necessary to search for the new bone adhesive materials for the use in comminuted fracture. A new bone adhesive material, the guar gum- sodium alginate (GS) complexed bone adhesive was developed in the present paper. According to the analysis of IR spectra, XRD patterns and SEM photos, the GS adhesive material had the functional groups of both guar gum and sodium alginate, but its crystal structure was more like that of sodium alginate, and its surface morphology structure was a porous, crosslinking and amorphous surface morphology structure, which could be a good support material for the growth of bone cells.

Derivation of Respiratory Signals from Single-Lead ECG 单导联心电图呼吸信号的推导

Respiratory patterns carry clinically useful information. In many cases, ECG signals but not respirations are routinely monitored. We describe a signal processing technique which derives respiratory waveforms from ordinary single-lead ECG. First, we transform the original single-lead ECG signal using quadric B-spline wavelet, then extend R waves of supra ventricular beats in the 2nd approximation of wavelet transform. The extended signal is passed through a low-pass filter to reduce sample rate to 5 Hz, then through a band-pass filter. The output of the band-pass filter is the ECG derived respiration (EDR). We compare examples of EDR signals with conventional respiration measurements. The results show the EDR signals bear remarkable resemblance to the measured respiration. In many cases apneas are easily identifiable. This technique is applicable to real-time remote health care monitoring systems, requires no supplementary transducers or hardware.

A Kind Of Cell Tracking Algorithm Based on Relaxation Iterative Segmentation Algorithm 一种基于松弛迭代分割算法的细胞跟踪算法

A boundary tracking algorithm with two-dimensional chain tables was proposed to find out the cell nucleus in cytoplasm of the same cell, in which firstly the relaxation iterative algorithm was used in the automatical cell segmentation of the cell nucleus and cytoplasm. As a result of the relaxation iterative cell segmentation, the cell nucleus and cytoplasm were separated from the background clearly, which made a good foundation for the cell boundary tracking. Then a 4-neighbour boundary tracking algorithm was used to get the two-dimensional chain tables of nuclear and cytoplasm, which based on external normal preferential algorithm. Finally, line scan algorithm was used in the scanning of the pixels of cytoplasm parallel so that the cell nucleus in cytoplasm of the same cell was found out, which was innovational and useful for the cell recognition. And at last some test results was presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

A New Method of Transformation of Measurement 一种新的测量变换方法

The world is divided according to different scales. When we face a problem, we usually look into the problem from different perspective and then find out the solution. The different perspectives are actually different ways of measuring the object from various measurements. To change perspectives over an object is an important ability of our human beings, while it is usually not very easy for us to change perspectives in mathematics or algorithms. Pansystems methodology is a newborn developing interdisciplinary investigation of mathematics, cybernetics, systems theory and methodology from the transfield viewpoint of generalized system-transformations-symmetry. In this paper, based on the research on binary relations on sets using pansystems methodology, we propose a new method of transformation of measurement. We first introduce partial and semi-partial order relations, furthermore we give the transformation between the different order-relations. Thirdly, we reveal the essence of the order relation transformation and propose some possible applications for the relation transformation. In future work, we will focus on the relation transformation and application in relational databases.

Constructing the Cost Control System Based on Game Theory's Analysis 基于博弈论分析的成本控制体系构建

Enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition. Cost management has become the core of enterprise management. How to implement cost control effectively and enhance the market competitiveness of the products become the one of the key issues relating enterprises' survival and development. Enterprises have to make effective control of product costs to get the survival and development. This paper using game theory to analysis the relationships between enterprises and employees as well as the staffs in the course of cost control, building China's enterprises' cost control system, and bringing enterprises and employees from non-cooperative game to cooperative game, enhancing enterprises' level of cost control and market's competitiveness.

Supplier selection is a multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problem. A new method based on TOPIS and 2-tuple linguistic is proposed. Due to the vagueness and imprecision of the decision makers' judgment, 2-tuple linguistic is introduced to represent and aggregate the linguistic evaluation information of the experts, and then the TOPSIS method is improved to deal with the information in the form of 2-tuples and used to select the best supplier from the alternatives. Effect of Asparagus Polysaccharides on Migration Time of Erythrocytes in Tumor-Bearing Organisms Using High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis 芦笋多糖对荷瘤生物红细胞迁移时间的影响

This study analyzed the effect of Asparagus polysaccharides on the migration time of erythrocytes in tumor- bearing organisms. A mouse tumor model was developed in which mice were intraperitoneally injected with high, medium, and low dosages of Asparagus polysaccharides for 7 d. The erythrocytes were collected and prepared into suspensions, and the migration time of cells were measured using high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). Experimental conditions included the following: capillaries, 75 mum x 50 cm; buffer for electrophoresis, phosphate solution containing hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose (0.1 mol/L, pH 7.4); injection pressure, 3.448 kPa; injection time, 10 s; separation voltage, 20 kV; column temperature, 25degC. It was found that Asparagus polysaccharides can decrease the migration time of erythrocytes in tumor-bearing organisms, which was 17.20 min for the control group, 14.33 min for the low-dosage group, 11.95 min for the medium-dosage group, 13.03 min for the high-dosage group, and 11.42 min for the normal group. Compared with the negative control group, all three dosage groups were significantly different (P < 0.01). It was also found that Asparagus polysaccharides can change the migration time of erythrocytes in tumor-bearing organisms with the tendency to the condition in normal organisms, which is possibly because Asparagus polysaccharides can change the charges density on erythrocytes surface.

A System Architecture and Its Data Communication Technology of Mobile Office Automation System 移动办公自动化系统体系结构及其数据通信技术

With the development of IT, mobile OA is getting more and more important in government, enterprises and institutions. The traditional OA solutions, for the defect of its combination with mobile equipment, limit the application to mobile OA. This paper introduces a typical representative frame of mobile OA system and puts forward a Web Service communication mode based on GPRS to resolve the data transmission between background server and terminal of this mobile OA system. The system has good expansibility and is easy to upgrade and maintain.
