GVF snake model means gradient vector flow snake model. It is a representative of the active contour model and it has been used to solve image segmentation for some conglutinated images. GVF snake model is also a new accurate arithmetic to obtain the boundary of the object edge especially for those stomach epidermis tumors which have several conglutinated areas. As the first step of this arithmetic, many pretreatment processes are necessary such as the gauss blur and the edge mapping to get the clearer image boundary before starting the image segmentation. The next step after pretreatment processes is calculating the GVF outside force field which makes the snake move quicker to the object boundary after the initial points been selected. The experiments also show that as the key parameter of GVF snake model, mu must be set below 0.3 in order to get better segmentation results, otherwise the snake cannot move closer to the object boundary because the GVF outside force field dies down.

Medical document categorization is the process of automatically assigning one or more predefined category labels to medical documents. Document indexing plays a very important role in the process of classification. This paper proposes an improved method of computing term weights which is called tfidfie (term frequency, inverted document frequency and inverted entropy). In comparison with the tfidf (term frequency and inverted document frequency) function, the tfidfie function adds an information entropy factor, H, which represents the distribution of documents in the training set in which the term occurs. Then, we discuss the effects of training set in medical document categorization. An imbalanced training set decreases the performance of classifier. Considering the characteristics of medical documents, the medical classifiers are constructed by the methods of Naive Bayes and Rocchio respectively. The experiment results show that tfidfie improves the classification performance and Naive Bayes outperforms Rocchio.

Practice shows that this system can efficiently improve the efficiency and enhance core competencies of the logistics enterprise and it has strong practical significance.

Traditional field bus system is only suitable to small range monitor. But to a large-scale field monitor system, it has many disadvantages such as difficult cable laying, high cost and hard maintenance, etc. This paper design a kind of new wireless monitoring system application into city electric power cable monitor and control system. System uses low power digital temperature sensor DSB18B20 to realizing cable function temperature monitor, MSP430F149 acts as work slave station to complete signal analysis, and signal transmits between work slave station and central station by wireless transceiver chip nRF905. Upper PC links with inspecting equipment controller through USB bus interface PDIUSBD12, which realizes city high-voltage cable filed inspection and main control room monitor and control system design. This paper mainly introduces system hardware and part of software design in detail. Through experiment, system wireless communication is accurate, and monitor error can match monitoring requirement well as expected. Due to system adopts modulation design, so, it has broad application prospect, such as distributed intelligent building circumstance monitor and control, etc.

Regions of interest (ROI) usually means the meaningful and important regions in the images. The use of ROI can avoid the processing of irrevelent image points and accelerate the processing. Extraction of regions of interest from images is an important and unsolved topic in the image processing area, especially in biomedical image processing area. In this paper, a feasible and fast constrast-based method is proposed to extract regions of interest in biomedical images. Motivated biologically, this approach simulates the bottom-up human visual selective attention mechanism, computes the global contrast of each pixel and constructs the saliency map.Then by segmentating the saliency map using a dynamic threshold, the regions of interest can be extracted. This approach has been tested on many medical images. Computer experimental results show that the proposed method can extract regions of interste in biomedical images rapidly and precisely, and indicate that the proposed approach is effective and practicable.

In May 2008, SFDA released the implementation scheme of drug electronic supervision work, bringing forward clear requirements for the informatization supervision work of drug safety. The condition of standardizing the enterprise operation process through implementing GSP management software aiming at the electronic supervision of the drug retail enterprises has been mature. This paper carries out deep research, practice exploration and detailed explanation aiming at the three key problems of the electronic supervision of drug retail enterprises: compulsory enforcement of GSP flow, safe storage of GSP information, stable upload of GSP data. The paper also makes expectation combining the development trend of drug supervision in China and aiming at the future development of the electronic supervision work of the drug retail enterprises.

This paper presents an automatic term extraction method based on Markov process. The method aims to extract multi-word domain terms from English corpora. The paper proves that the extracting term process is a Markov chain firstly, and then gives the steps of the Markov-based method. In order to evaluate our method, we use a corpus related to computer science got by Web crawlers, and extract domain terms by methods introduced in the paper. The experiment data shows that our method out performs other methods.

According to disadvantages of conventional artificial monitor style or wire transmission monitor style, we adopt wireless communication network between field controllers and monitor central PC to design a distributed clinic medical intelligent physiological parameter data monitor system based on sensor technology, single chip microprocessor (SCM) technology, and visual instrument (VI) technology, etc. System can realize patient healthy condition monitor in real time, such as body temperature, pulse, ECG, respiratory, and so on. Sensors complete patient physiological signal acquisition, SCM AT89C52 analyzes and processes monitoring signal and transmitting to each department of hospital by wireless network. Through connecting each department monitor controller with professor monitor central station installed VI software LabVIEW by serial interface MAX485, distributed patient physiological parameter monitor system is carried out. This paper mainly introduces system structure, sensors, and wireless communication module design in detail. System can largely reduce virus infection rate between patients and nurses each other, largely save installation cost, and medical resource, etc, which has broad application prospect.
