The principle of education has reasonably been considered the “golden standard” of cooperativism. It is the gateway to knowledge of the essential characteristics of the cooperative and to the exercise of the rights and responsabilities of the partners. At the same time it brings the cooperative as a company close to society, and specially to young people who can find in it a satisfactory future, continuing the cooperative movement through the time. This paper describes the ten main and most frequent deficiencies or opportunity areas that affect the development of thirty cooperatives of the Oaxaca Coast Region in Mexico, covering the social, economic, administrative, technical and political dimensions more institutional rules from considering that the reality phenomena are multidimensional. Likewise, based on the analysis of the theoretical literature more recent of the Social, Administrative and Economic Sciences areas, are identified six underlying strategic external causes of the problems found: 1) Excessive economic precariousness of the cooperative members; 2) Alienated educational policy, without academic programs for social economy and entrepreneurship; 3) Deficient institutional arrangement; 4) Deficient and limited public policies to support the social economy; 5) Development of an individualistic and opportunistic culture in the supra-system, and 6) Formal education scarce and not suitable to the needs of the region. The Cuban socioeconomic model of the last six decades has been characterized by a strong state, which has been absorbing in its relations with cooperatives. This dynamic has also reached the education, training and information of these associative forms, as well as their legal advice. The present work aims to base some ideas on the incidence of legal advice in education, training and information in Cuban cooperatives. With this purpose, the place of the educational dimension in the Model of the Professional of Law in Cuba is analyzed. Next, the legal framework in which the educational and informative work of the legal adviser in cooperatives is carried out is explained. The promulgation of the Declaration on Cooperative Identity, by the International Cooperative Alliance, represented an exercise in rescuing the roots of the original values and principles that have guided the exercise of the Proven Rochdale Pioneers. In addition to the concept of the cooperative society, the Declaration enumerates the values and the cooperative principles, showing that these safeguard a universal aspect that prevents an isolated interpretation or application. However, the principle of education, training and information is essential to the effectiveness of all the principles and the tenacity of Cooperativism itself. For this reason, putting the fifth cooperative principle into practice in the post-pandemic world is essential for the world to find the appropriate alternatives to overcome the health and economic crisis in which it is involved. Cooperative Values and Principles must be rooted in the idiosyncrasy of a nation, to establish the ways of its execution. The principle of Education, training and information requires a solid platform developed in an excellent educational system. Costa Rica developed a Public Policy in Education since the 19th century, whose essential content was free primary education followed by secondary education in the following decades. University education has also had the advantage of free access, in public universities or with low costs and access to information technology and digital development has allowed a university institution to function with the education method to distance. This policy together with the support for Cooperativism has allowed public and private institutions to deal with cooperative education in multiple aspects, the basic ones given by the principle, the rest by the commitment of the public authorities and cooperative leaders. This paper studies the contribution to share capital in Spanish cooperative society. A distinction is made between monetary contribution and non-monetary contribution. In this regard, the legislator takes into account the regulation of the capital company. However, there are certain peculiarities of the cooperative society.
