Didactic Model for Generating a System of Problems Based on the Technological Approach 基于技术方法的问题系统生成教学模型

The article describes a model of didactic technology for generating a system of problems. A combination of the stages of knowledge acquisition, staging of systems design, described in the literature are observed when specifying the technology, which are partially supplemented. The structure and the components, of a specific technology for creating a system of problems for the formation of skills in students to solve irrational equations with one radical, are described. A specific system of problems is proposed.

This paper presents a theoretical research on electronic resources provided for mathematics education in primary school including online education, which has become ubiquitous as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Various aspects and forms of application of e-resources in mathematics education are explored in the literature, but the issue of their quality is less studied. E-resources potential to dynamically illustrate the mathematical learning content is defined as their main advantage, but this potential could be realized only in compliance with the principles of multimedia, as well as the requirements for accessibility, ergonomics and visual design. Therefore, in this study the parameters for the quality of e-resources for mathematics education in primary school are derived and specific criteria and requirements for their quality are proposed. Thus, in addition to providing a basis for future research, this paper could serve to primary teachers as a guide for measuring the quality of e-resources that they select or create for online mathematics education.
本文对新冠肺炎疫情后普及的包括网络教育在内的小学数学教育电子资源进行了理论研究。文献对电子资源在数学教育中应用的各个方面和形式进行了探讨,但对其质量问题的研究较少。电子资源动态展示数学学习内容的潜力被定义为其主要优势,但这种潜力只有在符合多媒体原则、可及性、人机工程学和视觉设计要求的情况下才能实现。因此,本研究推导了小学数学教育电子资源的质量参数,并提出了具体的质量标准和要求。因此,除了为未来的研究提供基础外,本文还可以作为小学教师衡量他们为在线数学教育选择或创建的电子资源质量的指南。

Are the Digital Learners Ready for Innovative Forms of Learning? 数字化学习者准备好接受创新的学习形式了吗?

The integration of modern technologies in the learning process is a key component of the strategies of educational institutions for effective education. Through them the educational content and learning activities are enriched and realized quickly and easily with the active participation of the students. At the same time, technologies are a prerequisite for the realization of new forms of education, adequate to the learners’ needs and expectations. For teachers, the benefits of applying digital technologies in the learning process and their contribution to improving the quality of education are undeniable. For the current generation of learners, technologies are an essential part of their daily lives. But the readiness of digital learners to accept and participate in new forms of learning based on technological innovations is a matter of crucial importance. The aim of the current paper is to present an analysis of the results of a study about the students’ attitude to the implementation of various innovative forms of learning.

The continuous development of technologies on the Internet leads to new threats that can harm the physical and mental health of children and adolescents and their personal safety. The article analyses the importance of creating a culture of information security for children and adolescents, which is necessary to neutralize the negative consequences of Internet threats, highlights the main problems in ensuring the security and development of children in the information space. The article describes the results of the study of Internet projects directed at creating a culture of information security of children and adolescents, as well as projects aimed at ensuring their information security on the Internet. It has been shown that sufficient attention to the problem of creating a culture of information security for children and adolescents has already been paid at the State level and the relevance of solving the problem of developing and implementing educational programs that provide systematic study of the foundations of information security for students has been justified.

The characteristic features of the online competition “VIVA Mathematics with Computer”, organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Union of Mathematicians in Bulgaria and the telecommunications company VIVACOM are described. The tasks are classified according to the type of their answers. The GeoGebra help-files accompanying some of the tasks are discussed as tools for simultaneous development of students‘ digital and mathematical competence. An analysis of the results of the competition, held on April 25, 2020, is presented.
