Extremely high-frequency-therapy in complex treatment of patients with lung cancer 极高频疗法在肺癌患者综合治疗中的应用

Extremely high frequency radiation is one of the physiotherapeutic factors used in oncology, as waves of millimeterwave range have no cancer stimulating effect. The present work was aimed to study the morphofunctional status of neutrophils of peripheral blood for patients with lung cancer of III-IV stages at combined application of specific antiblastom therapy and electromagnetic radiation of millimeter-range waves.

Peculiarities of plastic deformation behavior of surface hardened materials with various interface profile 不同界面轮廓表面硬化材料塑性变形特性研究

It was experimentally revealed that loading of coated/surface-hardened materials gives rise to oscillating mese-stress concentrators (mesoSCs) that emerge at the interface between coating/surface-hardened layer (SHL) and substrate. Their relaxation is followed by the development of a system of mesobands oriented in the direction of maximum tangential stresses. The thickness of SHL and the transverse cracking period were clearly correlated, with the former being uniform over the entire working part of the specimen.

Automation of blood sedimentation rate measurement methods 血液沉降率测量方法的自动化

Clinical blood analysis is one of the most widespread clinical-laboratory researches in medical practice. Blood index measurement is the routine part of the diagnostic examination. Manual methods have been used in haematology index measurement for decades. However over the last 15-20 years the technology and apparatus for automatic blood components analysis, and for blood functional properties analysis have been developed. In progressive countries the automatic blood analysis methods have ousted the manual and semi-automatic methods.

The performance analysis of power processing unit for electrojet plasma thrusters of space crafts 航天器电喷等离子体推力器功率处理单元性能分析

At the present time, modern spacecraft have an onboard orbit raising thrusters system (ORTS). Many ORTSs contain electrojet plasma thrusters. The power processing unit is an obligatory part of any ORTS. It ensures the required electropower modes to all stationary plasma thruster elements. Here, the author presents a method for the performance analysis of spacecraft electrojet plasma thruster power processing units.

Calculation of 10 kV overhead transmission lines failures caused by induced overvoltages 10kv架空输电线路感应过电压故障计算

10 kV overhead transmission lines (OTL) are the main element in distribution circuits. Power supply reliability directly depends on the line reliability. However, the OTL are most influenced by external forces, especially lightning (approximately half of all failures). Thus, improving OTL resistivity to lightning is a problem that needs solving. The aim of the work is to determine the specific annual quantity failures of 10 kV OTL caused by lightning induced overvoltages (IO) taking into account the electrical strength of insulation. Pulse electrical strength tests were performed on insulators.

Crystallography methods and modern computer technologies application for urolithiasis study 晶体学方法及现代计算机技术在尿石症研究中的应用

Different methods of testing have been applied to analyse urolithaisis: clinical, laboratory, rontgenological, ultrasonic, and radioisotope techniques. However, none of these methods gives information on the morphology and elemental composition of urolites. Broad capabilities for the analysis of urolithaisis are opened with research into mineralogical and elemental composition, and ontogenetic studies of urinary stones through methods of crystallography coupled with modern computer technologies. The technique used for urinary macroconcrements study provides for the research of their morphology, mineral composition, structure and texture. The analysis is carried out over three stages.

System of power energetic impulses diagnostic of an accelerating complex "Omega-350" 能量脉冲诊断系统加速复合体“Omega-350”

The authors describe how a system of diagnosis of the power pulse beams of an accelerating complex "OMEGA - 350" was developed and created, permitting the simultaneous registering of a pulse of accelerating voltage and current of a beam with error no more than 5%, and also the performance of mathematical signal processing. The characteristics of primary converters are investigated, a new technique for improvement of the quality of measurement of beam parameters is designed and ways of further advancing the diagnostic complex are indicated.

The simulation of shock induced reactions of synthesis of materials in a wave of combustion 燃烧波中合成材料的冲击诱导反应的模拟

The model of shock induced chemical reactions by combustion of reacting powder components is considered. The shock mechanism of initialization of reaction ensures making necessary conditions of synthesis at the expense of a heating and activation of a reacting powder compact set behind the front of a shock wave. The possibilities of a computer simulation of physical-chemical processes are explored for mechanical-chemical reactions of synthesis of intermetallic compounds (TiAl/sub 3/) and high-melting compounds (TiB/sub 2/) immediately from powder mixtures (Ti-Al and Ti-B).

The approaches to operative spatial visualizations of internal structures of heart 心脏内部结构的手术空间可视化方法

Expression of the internal structures of the body of a person may be obtained by means of X-ray devices. The method has so far had no alternatives in surgical practice in terms of being efficient, of width of envelopment of the operating field, of validity and for displaying the objects in real-time. X-ray techniques however have an inherent number of defects: in the image of the investigated object information from accompanying body tissues interferes; the X-ray image in principle does not obtain information on the depth of the displayed structures (it's flat).

The express-diagnostic of mammary diseases and forecasting the breast cancer development 乳腺疾病的表达诊断及乳腺癌发展的预测

The purpose of the present study is the development of methods for the express diagnosis of mammary diseases and for forecasting breast cancer development. This is based on the results of the estimation of autonomic nervous system condition, the immunity system and also intersystem interactions. The immune status and heart rate variability of each patient were examined. Immune status results included the following parameters: a T-system (CD-markers: CD3, CD4, CD8, CD 16, CD4/CD8), B-system: IgG, IgF6, IgA, monocytic phapocytosis (NST-test spontaneous, stimulus, phagocyte's reserve, reaction intensity), complement system and CIC. The heart rate variability was studied by 256 RR-intervals which were obtained in rest, during a tilt-test and during recovery. For the statistical characterisation of the heart rhythm the authors used Baevski's pressure index (IN), index of autonomic balance (IVR), autonomic parameter of the rhythm (VPR), parameter of adequacy of regulative process (PAPR). Summary parameters were determined of the relation of the basic parameters of variational pulsometry: mode (Mo), amplitude of the mode (AMo), variation scope (dX). The spectral analysis of the cardiorhythm was studied.
