Pembelajaran Science, Technology, engineering, Art and Mathematic (STEAM) memiliki efek positif pada pembelajaran anak. Metode STEAM dalam pembelajaran mampu melatih peserta didik baik secara kognitif, keterampilan, maupun afektif. Tujuan yang akan dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya sebuah model pembelajaran bermuatan STEAM yang dapat diterapkan di satuan PAUD. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian pengembangan atau research and development dengan responden pengelola dan guru PAUD di Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil kuesioner disimpulkan bahwa indikator yang menjadi tolok ukur keterbacaan kurikulum bermuatan STEAM. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru setelah dilakukan ujicoba operasional model pengembangan kurikulum PAUD berbasis STEAM pada subjek penelitian yang telah dilakukan.

Kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Sementara itu dari sisi internal salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru adalah regulasi diri guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala RA terhadap kinerja guru di PC Cilimus Kab. Kuningan; (2) seberapa besar pengaruh regulasi diri guru terhadap kinerja guru RA di PC Cilimus Kab. Kuningan; dan (3) seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala RA dan regulasi diri guru terhadap kinerja guru di PC Cilimus Kab. Kuningan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Raudhatul Athfal di PC Cilimus Kabupaten Kuningan yang berjumlah 61 guru dari 23 lembaga. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert yang memiliki 4 alternatif jawaban. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis uji parsial (Uji t) dan uji simultan (Uji F) menggunakan software SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala RA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 1,202; kemudian (2) Regulasi diri guru berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,469; dan (3) Kepemimpinan kepala RA dan regulasi diri guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 90,7%, sedangkan 9,3% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak kelompok B melalui penggunaan media bahan alam. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 orang peserta didik yang berusia 5-6 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini, data diperoleh melalui pengamatan menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1 pertemuan 1 rata-rata perkembangan kognitif anak mencapai 60%, dan pada pertemuan ke-2 mencapai 66%. Pada siklus 2, yaitu pada pertemuan ke-1 memperoleh persentase rata-rata 80% dan rata-rata 87% pada pertemuan ke-2. Selain mengembangkan kognitif, penggunaan bahan alam dapat meningkatkan interaksi peserta didik dengan alam, sehingga peserta didik dapat mengeksplor alam untuk mengembangkan kognitifnya. This research is located at the Early Childhood Education Unit (Roudlotul Athfal) in Bangkalan Regency by examining traditional games that use natural ingredients. Traditional games are games that use traditional tools and are characteristic of certain regions or have become a distinctive feature in Indonesia. Traditional games use simple tools derived from simple materials and natural materials available in the environment. The purpose of this study was to describe traditional games using natural materials in Bangkalan. Researchers used a qualitative research approach with a type of case study. The data collection methods used by researchers were interviews and observations and the stages of data analysis used an interactive model. The results of this study indicate that the tools used to play traditional games are very dependent on the area where they are played, namely when playing traditional games in coastal areas, the tools used come from the sea such as shells, small corals, tamarind seeds that grow near the beach , and if you play traditional games located near rice fields and plantations, the game tools used use leaves and bamboo trees. Traditional games using natural materials can optimize children's development, such as communication skills, creativity, fine and gross motives.

Kesiapan guru harus diukur dan menjadi dasar pengembangan pembelajaran. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi dari mengukur kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran daring serta mencari skala untuk mengukurnya. Hasil literature review yang dilakukan menunjukan penting untuk mengetahui kesiapan guru dalam pembelajaran daring karena akan mempengaruhi kesiapan lembaga PAUD dan keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyajikan perspektif guru tentang konten engineering di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan enam sampel guru yang sudah mempraktikkan konten engineering di PAUD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan purpossive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi terstruktur dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa konten engineering di PAUD adalah proses belajar dan bermain yang anak-anak dapat mengembangkan kemampuan mereka untuk memecahkan masalah, berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, dan berkomunikasi dengan baik. Guru menerapkan konten engineering berdasarkan pada tahap perkembangan anak, kemudian menggabungkan semua rencana pelajaran yang sesuai, metode pengajaran, media, dan proses penilaian. Konsep konten engineering terkait dengan keterlibatan orang tua dan dapat mengarahkan guru untuk berpikir lebih kreatif dan inovatif.

This article examines the process of familiarization the Sasak Alus Language into Indonesian language communication in early childhood. Through descriptive methods in the sociopragmatic study, this study aims to find forms of communication politeness character and the process of forming the character of early childhood politeness through loan languages. This study is strategic in two ways; first, the process of forming dominant characters is a deliberate and conscious activity through the learning system. This study shows the natural process and non-indoctrination. Second, sociopragmatic studies always place the process of language lending as a disruption of language events in a multilingual context. This study shows a positive contribution to the growth of politeness in language from an early age. Previously with word class grouping techniques and the description of communication context, it was found that familiarization of the loan language of the Sasak Alus language into Indonesian communication fostered the character of politeness in communicating early childhood. The demonstration method is a very important method in showing the development of children's social behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of demonstration methods in developing social behavior of children in the Kartika XX-32 Palu Kindergarten BI Group, with a sample of 19 children enrolled in the 2019/2020 school year. The observed indicators are responsibility, courtesy, and help. The results of the study are the effect of demonstration methods on children's social behavior through the application of one-group pretest-posttest design and descriptive data analysis with calculations based on percentages. The proof is that there is a development of children's social behavior from an average of 0% before treatment to 15.78% after treatment for the category of Very Good Developing, from 10.52% to 42.1% the category of Developing as Expected, from 56.13% to 29.81% in the category of Developing, and from 33.32% to 12.27% in the category of Not Developing.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media permainan yang dapat mengembangkan kemampuan keseimbangan anak usia 5-6 tahun, serta mengetahui kefektifan dari media tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall yang dibatasi menjadi 6 tahap yaitu penelitian dan pengumpulan data, perencanaan, pengembangan draf produk, uji coba lapangan awal, revisi hasil uji coba, dan uji pelaksanaan lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian peningkatan hasil perkembangan keseimbangan anak dengan menggunakan media permainan sunda manda robot bercahaya meningkat sebesar 27.7, dari nilai rata-rata awal sebesar 65.2 menjadi 92.9. Pada hasil uji t nilai posttest kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen, diperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara perkembangan motorik kasar aspek keseimbangan menggunakan media permainan sunda manda robot bercahaya dengan perkembangan motorik kasar aspek keseimbangan tanpa menggunakan media permainan sunda manda robot bercahaya.
