Advocates are one of the legal professions in Indonesia. Advocates have the duty and function to ensure legal justice can be upheld in court. An Advocate is a person who has been deemed capable and eligible to become an Advocate in accordance with the qualifications established by laws and regulations. The Advocate organization determines the eligibility of an Advocate. The Advocate Organization also functions as a party that oversees all Advocates and ensures that all Advocates act by implementing the Advocate code of ethics. Advocate organizations also serve as protection providers for all Advocate members when faced with the law. This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of the Advocate Professional organization if Advocate members are dealing with legal cases. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data used is secondary data sourced from the results of library observations conducted by researchers. The study results show that several actions can be categorized as responsible actions carried out by advocate organizations if members conflict with the law in their profession. These actions include directing investigators to ask permission from the organization if they intend to conduct investigations on members. Another action is to assist all members who are dealing with the law.

Fresh water is critical and imperative for human life and to the supportability of Earth. Till date there is no known substitute for freshwater to be utilized by people for their reality. With water, people have profound ties whether it is concerning nature, soil, wellbeing, strict holiness, efficiency obviously or for some other reasons. Strolling down the world of fond memories one can understand that prior water had no cost barring the separating charges, cost for refining and afterward at last utilizing it. However, with the entry of the last half ten years, water has progressively procured a cost as a ware on the lookout and is being dependent upon worldwide exchange. The author in this paper is focusing on the need for collective effort to be made by all the states of International community in preservation, restoration and implementation of different international laws in the municipal laws of respective states. The author focuses on the Westphalian theory which adversely hampers the concept of shared water resources between the Upper riparian and lower riparian states. The research includes the five prominent pillars of water sharing principles to be observed by the states. The author also observes the positive initiatives taken by the international community which leads to the development of international laws relating to water. The author takes a positive approach to focus on the development of laws by judicial decisions given by different dispute settlement bodies for the protection, preservation & restoration of water. This research aims to provide input on the arrangement of the Village Market. The research case study is the Village Market in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The locus was chosen because the Pamarayan Village Market crosses Serang Regency and Lebak Regency and has been running activities since independence. The research approach combines qualitative and quantitative. The research informants amounted to 15 people consisting of market traders associations, village market managers, Village-Owned Enterprises, RT/RW heads, youth leaders, and local community leaders. The main data used are primary data through Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The analysis technique used is MICMAC, by analyzing through a systematic solution to a problem. Research results show: First, based on existing conditions and analysis of Village Markets regulations, Pamarayan Market is a village market whose governance is under the authority of the village government. Second, based on the MICMAC analysis, the research results obtained in quadrant II, namely the relay variables including regional governance arrangements (zoning) of traditional markets, traditional market management (waste management and parking management), increasing trader competence, building revitalization, market trading facilities, and market financial management are seen to significantly affect the arrangement of the Pamarayan Market in Serang Regency. Third, the existence of Pamarayan Market is considered by stakeholders in the long term of around 3-6 years requires relocation due to the current conditions that harm the accumulation of waste, air and water pollution, and cause congestion. The relocation is expected to meet the location criteria: easy access to public/private vehicles, close to the highway, clean and comfortable location, and relatively cheap shop/trade location prices.

The researcher used the descriptive research design and adopted the convenience sampling method. The sample size is taken as 100 and analysis was done based on the data collected from the questionnaire. The tools used for analyzing the data are Percentage analysis, ANOVA analysis, chi-square, Correlation Analysis and Friedman Analysis.

The majority of countries throughout the world struggle with the issue of economic stability. Financial policy measures may occasionally fall short of achieving the requisite level of economic stability. Therefore, the current research aims to know the impact of fiscal policy tools to attain financial stability and any of these tools that have the most significant impact in achieving the goal of economic stability, to reduce an effort made by officials to establish the fiscal situation in to achieve the best outcomes and so that they can develop specific aspirations that have the most considerable influence on the stability of the Iraqi financial system. For this study, data has been compiled from the World Bank (2022) database, which covers the variables of economic growth and fiscal policy, such as the gross domestic product of Iraq, financial policy instrument track, monetary policy tools, and impacts on Iraq (the effect of public expenditures on economic stability, impact of public revenues on economic stability, and the effect of the general budget on financial stability) were considered variables. The analysis of the study has presented the significance of economic stability and the favorable or unfavorable impacts it has on the economy. Given the oscillations and fluctuations that occur in the financial policy tools, it is determined from the research that fiscal policy has a limited impact on achieving the goal of economic stability for Iraq. However, compared to other fiscal policy tools, public spending has the most significant implications for monetary stability.

Inappropriate trash disposal continues to be a problem on a global scale as a result of rapid industrialization and population growth. Using a quantitative research design, this study is conducted. To accomplish the goals set forth in this research, the descriptive approach was specifically used in this study. According to the study's findings, the respondents have a very favorable opinion on solid waste management. The respondents are also well-aware of the waste generation and storage processes, which include separating waste materials into categories using labeled bins or sacks, properly separating recyclable wastes and selling them to junkyards, properly storing biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes in designated containers, and providing three containers for recyclable, biodegradable, and non-biodegradable waste. The respondents are also very knowledgeable about the process for disposing of solid waste, which includes gathering household waste materials in a designated area, burning waste materials, prohibiting the dumping of solid waste along creeks, drainage canals, parks, or other similar locations, placing solid wastes into the appropriate containers, and disposing of household waste after separating those that can be sold.

This work aims to build a scale of runner support among middle school students and the researchers, and the researchers promised the scale according to the theory of Weiner (1979). It consists of (33) items, three areas, and four alternatives, and the statistical characteristics of the scale were extracted and it was found that all items with distinction and correlation are statistically significant. Also, we obtained the psychometric characteristics of the scale such as virtual honesty and honesty of construction, and the data was analyzed by the program (spss) and a number of statistical means and the researchers reached to achieve the goal of the research by building a scale of runner attribution at the preparatory stage. Based on the results, the study came out with some recommendations and suggestions.
