Background: The peer-teaching approach is a planned education model that increases learner confidence, self-efficacy, reduces stress and anxiety, and aids in the development of higher level personal and professional skills such as empathy, communication, organization, leadership, decision making, and cooperation. Aims: to assess the effect of peer teaching strategy on self- efficacy, collaborative behavior, and performance of nursing students. Methods: The study was conducted using a quasi-experimental design at the College of Nursing, ABHA, King Khalid University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A simple random sample of 36 fourth-year nursing students was used. Data was collected using six instruments: student's clinical evaluation checklist, knowledge evaluation form, general self-efficacy scale, the collaborative behavior scale shortened, clinical teaching preference questionnaire, and peer teaching experience questionnaire. Results: The majority and slightly more than half of students who were taught a selected unit by peer teaching received excellent plus grades in knowledge and practice, compared to only a small percentage of those who were taught the other knowledge and clinical skills units by traditional lecture, and 75% of students who learned a selected topic by peer teaching had a high level of self-efficacy and collaborative behavior. Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, this method is effective for increasing nursing students' self-efficacy, collaborative behavior, and performance. The study suggests incorporating this strategy into all nursing college curriculums, seminars, and training courses in order to change teaching staff attitudes about the use of advanced teaching methods such as peer teaching.

This research explores the mechanism by which the general budget deficit affects the inflation rate in Latin America, taking Argentina as a model for these countries for the period (1990-2020). To re-test a hypothesis that has often been raised in economic literature, that there are direct effects of the budget deficit on the inflation rate, the researchers used the (ARDL) model to support and prove the hypothesis from which it was based in a country that suffers from major monetary and financial problems, describing this model as more consistent with the research data after conducting the unit root test as well as co-integration. As a result, the research came up with results that supported the research hypothesis, as an increase in the budget deficit by (1%) leads to a rise in the inflation rate by (1.35%), which supports the previous studies of this study and which makes the direct effect of the budget deficit on the inflation rate closer to the irrefutable truth.

Today, the world is witnessing an unparalleled escalation in terrorist operations, in which civilians of all ages are often victims, and perhaps what Iraq witnessed in the recent period of terrorist operations carried out by ISIS and accepted by al-Qaeda is the best evidence of that, so in the absence of ability The perpetrators of these crimes must pay compensation for many reasons. Either because the perpetrator of these crimes is unknown or has been killed, the primary responsibility for compensation lies with the state, as it is obligated to compensate the victims for the damage they sustained as a result of terrorist operations, and we have indicated in this letter To the issue of the state’s responsibility in compensation and its amount, as well as to address the collective mechanisms of compensation(Insurance and Guarantee Funds), which we focused on in an integrated chapter, and which we call on the Iraqi legislator to explicitly adopt them by stipulating them in the laws because these mechanisms have a very important role in compensating the victims of terrorist crimes as they urgently replace the perpetrator of the crime in the face of the victim and this is limited The same constitutes an important guarantee in ensuring compensation for those affected by terrorist crimes.

In this research, we dealt with a basic issue, which is the independence of the local administration, as the recognition of its legal personality is not enough for its independence, but it must be recognized for financial independence, and through that independence it has the authority to obtain the necessary financial resources to carry out the burdens and tasks entrusted to it, but granting these bodies administrative and financial independence does not naturally mean their complete independence from the central authority, as one of the pillars of the success of decentralization is the submission of these bodies to government control. Centralization to preserve the unity of the State, provided that such control is not a restriction on the freedom of local authorities to carry out their work as long as such activities are exercised in accordance with the law, for the purpose of achieving a balance between the central authority and the governorates and preventing encroachment on the powers of either of them.

Juvenile means a child who has not reached majority age, crimes committed by juveniles are among the most common phenomena at present as a result of several factors related to the child's personal and social conditions. Most legislation, including the Algerian legislature, seeks to address this phenomenon by imposing dissuasive penalties to prevent this criminal phenomenon. However, these penalties fit with the child's age and circumstances. Therefore, it differentiates between the criminal irresponsibility stage and between the reduced penalty stage, but in a reduced form compared to those imposed on the adult criminal.

Soft power remains a power that is not absolute and difficult to measure, and it has limits to what it wants to achieve. Therefore, this study aimed at exploring the impact of soft power pillars on the international and regional arena on other countries. It basically examined the sources and limits of soft power. The study summarized the sources of soft power in: culture, academic and scientific exchange, scholarships, publishing houses, artistic production, political values and foreign policy. Regarding the limits of soft power are: the nature of interactive, other party's opinion and stance, the targets, the environment, strategy and the dexterity in using soft power. The study concludes that it is not necessary for a country to enjoy all these resources and tools; what determines the sources of soft power is the way it is used and employed.

This article aims to find out: how to protect float funds in payment system regulations in Indonesia and how to optimize the protection of float funds managed by non-bank institutions as issuers of electronic money in the context of mitigating bankruptcy risk. This research will examine arrangements related to float funds managed by non-bank institutions as issuers of electronic money, which have experienced significant growth in recent years in line with the increasing use of digital finance by the public as users. In fact, the growth of float funds managed by non-bank institutions was greater than that managed by banks, namely 69.95% of the total float funds as of June 2020. The significant increase in float funds was also influenced by the implementation of community social distancing as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic which has accelerated the use of digital finance by the public. However, float funds managed by these non-bank institutions do not yet have optimal protection for mitigating bankruptcy risk caused by the moral hazard of management (members of the board of directors and board of commissioners) and owners (controlling shareholders) of non-bank institutions as issuers of electronic money. So that the urgency of protecting float funds through regulatory reform should be a concern, namely the need for insurance protection for float funds, comprehensive fit and proper tests for prospective managers and controlling shareholders of non-bank institutions that issue electronic money, as well as regulations for the use of investment proceeds of float funds. This research is analytical descriptive research and uses a normative juridical approach by prioritizing secondary data analysis in the form of primary legal materials, namely laws and regulations; secondary legal materials both journals and results of previous research; and tertiary legal materials. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and juridically. The conclusions from this study: (i) regulatory protection for float funds managed by non-bank institutions as issuers of electronic money to mitigate bankruptcy risk caused by the moral hazard of management and controlling shareholders has not been carried out optimally; (ii) concrete efforts are needed from the regulator to optimize the protection of float funds to mitigate the risk of default due to bankruptcy caused by the moral hazard of management and/or controlling shareholders, in the form of updating legal instruments in the form of insurance protection, a comprehensive fit and proper test process and regulation on the use of investment proceeds of float funds.

The countries of the world, as a result of their long experiences in managing their macroeconomic , have realized that in order to advance the joints of the national economy and develop their domestic product, and then increase the rates of economic growth, this is achieved by expanding the variety of public revenues, whether through developing their traditional revenue sources or by finding new ones. To clarify the foregoing, the research went to the analysis of non-oil revenues and the statement of their impact on the gross domestic product in Iraq for the period (2004-2021). The research has reached conclusions of great importance in this regard, represented in proving the hypothesis from which the research was launched, which indicates the weakness of the impact of non-oil public revenues (taxes and loans) in Iraq on the non-oil gross domestic product during the aforementioned period. This indicates a low contribution of the non-oil productive sectors (agriculture, industry) in the formation of the gross domestic product, and this is due to many reasons, including: the weakness of the productive base of the productive sectors of the Iraqi economy, the dependence of these sectors on traditional production methods, as well as the dependence of the Iraqi economy on its development significantly on oil revenues.
