Firstly, aiming at the characteristics of accuracy and complexity of uncertain information representation. the interval grey number extended the general grey number. Then, the concept of extended general grey number is put forward based on grey number theory, which is used to represent complex uncertain information. Secondly, according to the essence of the kernel and degree of greyness of general grey number, the basic method of reducing general grey number to interval grey number is given. Thirdly, the measurement method of general grey number distance is given based on the essential characteristics of kernel and grey degree and Euclidean metric. Finally, from perspective of expectation and variance, the concept of kernel expectation and kernel variance of general grey number is put forward, and the ranking method of general grey number is given.

Civil-Military Integration is a national strategy of China. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China established a committee of Civil-Military Integration development recently to provide a primary guarantee for the implementation of this major strategy. In order to put the strategy into practice at the industrial level, we need to study on the composition, structure and construction measures of the Civil-Military Integration industrial policy system. This paper argues that in the era of law-based governance, using law to reflect national strategy is the fundamental way to make it implement in social practice. At the industrial level, it is necessary to formulate and implement the policy of Civil-Military Integration industries to make the integrate development strategy into the practice of national defense and economic construction. But in current, Civil-Military Integration industry-related laws, regulations and policies are not perfect, we need pay more attention to establish a sound Civil-Military Integration industrial policy system. This paper analyzes the constituent elements and structural forms of the Civil-Military Integration industrial policy system, and puts forward the key measures to establish this system.

Restricted by the localization management and other factors, the social security level of the floating population in China is quite different. This study used the 2014 national population dynamic monitoring data, employment and living conditions, social insurance, housing and living conditions, public health and health conditions of the four first level indexes and two stage grey clustering model selected 21 level three indexes based on the country's 31 provinces (cities, districts) to evaluate the flow the population level of social security. The evaluation result shows that with the implementation of the Chinese policy, there are 20 provinces in the floating population social security level in the strong gray in the two stage results, the social security level of the floating population is better; but after adjusting, the medium level is 8, and Qinghai is added to the weak class. This study puts forward countermeasures and suggestions mainly about floating population social security countermeasures of moderate and weak areas.

Based on the system dynamics analyzing and considering the competition environment sufficiently, this study constructs an integrated multi-generation diffusion model based on system dynamics, which considers dynamic market potential with a competitive relationship among generations and products. In addition, this study investigates how the price could be included as an explanatory variable. To verify the proposed model, an empirical study on telecommunication products. The finding reveal that given insufficient historical data related to product spread, the model has a perfect fitness, and the parameter estimate results tell a good story about the whole picture of telecommunication products spread. The model has done better than other models in terms of forecasts precision. Accordingly, we can conclude that the multi-generation product diffusion model is effective.

This paper built a local tourism supply chain by taking the accommodation services as an example based on the present situation of the online travel industry, and described the co-opetition relationship between online travel agency and hotels in detail. In order to explore the coordination mechanism considering longitudinal and horizontal co-opetition relationship between online travel agency and hotels, two basic models for the longitudinal competition and cooperation relationship were first built. Then, by adding horizontal competition between hotels, we established the evolutionary game, and discussed the ESS in different situations. At last, we provided a numerical analysis to illustrate the rationality and efficiency of the model, and made some suggestions for online travel agency according to the result.

A grey model with opposite-direction average generating operator is put forward in order to fully extract information concealed in new data. Besides, the relationship between the sample size and the error from the inverse opposite-direction average generating operator is discussed. Compared with traditional grey forecasting model, the results of practical numerical examples have demonstrated that this grey model perform well in forecasting problems with limited data, and can provide reliable and acceptable accuracy for future prediction.

Concrete specimens made with Portland cement at water-binder ratio of 0.35 incorporating 0% mineral admixture or 10% silica fume or 30% fly ash or 50% ground blast furnace slag with the replacement of cement were made and exposed to a wetting-drying salt lake environment. Total chloride ion content and free chloride ion content of specimens were measured. Concrete chloride binding capacity was calculated based on the test data. Effects of wet-dry cycle time, mineral admixtures on concrete chloride binding capacity were studied through the grey relational analysis. Multivariate grey prediction model was established to predict the rule of concrete chloride binding capacity subjected to salt lake environment. The study ranked these effective variables from high to low by silica fume content, fly ash content, ground blast furnace slag content, and wet-dry cycle time. Multivariate grey prediction model shows enough precision to predict the rule of concrete chloride binding capacity subjected to sulfate environment.

In view of dynamic multi-criteria decision-making problems, in which the criteria value of alternatives are three-parameters interval numbers and criteria exists different natural states, a dynamic grey stochastic multi-criteria decision-making method is proposed. According to the stationary distribution thought of Markov chain, the final state of natural possibility is obtained. The time information is concentrated by calculating the importance of time function. On this basis, the three-unit connection number of three-parameter interval number is defined, and the optimization models based on single to noise ratio theory are constructed and solved according to the interactive interference of alternatives. Then, the comprehensive criteria weights are given based on the compromise thought, and alternatives are sorted by comparing the values of satisfaction of single to noise. Finally, An illustrative example shows the feasibility and rationality of the proposed approach.

Industrial innovation platform is the engine of China's industrial structure transformation and upgrading in the new era and how to protect the interests of the cooperative units in the platform is an important factor to ensure the stable operation of the entire platform. Cooperative interest distribution is a complete and complex system engineering, which needs to consider the input, output, risk, brand and other factors. However, the constraints are often fuzzy constraint, coefficient is grey number. Therefore, this paper constructs the Shapley value model for profit distribution based on grey system theory. The grey coefficients of the model will be treated with whitening. The model can promote the scientific distribution of benefits and ensure the sustainable operation of industrial innovation platform.
