Since the 90s the financial sector in Colombia has been characterized by a series of trans-formations related to corporate strategies of mergers and acquisitions, internationaliza-tion, product diversification, technological advances, changes in regulatory systems. In this context, Corporate Governance has been of great importance, which includes fun-damental principles to follow on the administration and control of an organization. The objective of this research is to analyze the Corporate Governance practices of the Grupo AVAL. For this, the research was approached from a qualitative approach, in which the case study was used as a method. It was found that the Grupo AVAL has developed strategies to mediate relations with its different stakeholders, which are materialized in Codes of Ethics, Good Governance and management reports, which reveal both the responsibil-ities of its stakeholders and the transparency of acting.

This study aims to describe and understand the reality of Brazilian organizations in terms of compliance with the General Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LGPD). Such an approach is justified by the regulations established by the Brazilian State for the manipulation, processing and storage of personal data by organizations. In this sense, the capacity of organizations to meet the regulatory frameworks established by the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) is discussed. In order to achieve the proposed intent, the study is based on NBR ISO/IEC 27001, NBR ISO/IEC 27002 and Law No. 13.709/2018. This article analyzes the problem of people with disabilities in terms of physical accessibility to education, information, and use of ICT, asking themselves if these barriers have an impact on the entrepreneurship of this group. For this, 15 people have been interviewed related to the world of disability and entrepreneurship. The methodology used has been the semi-structured, individualized and oral in-depth interview. The analysis of the discourse has been carried out with the professional software Atlas.TI, and it is clear that among the barriers experienced by the interviewees are those that prevent them from having the knowledge and information necessary to undertake. In all cases, it is a matter of highlighting the possible proposals that allow putting in value the strategies that these entrepreneurs have set in motion, as well as the problems they have found.
