При этом ССЗ составляют примерно 17 млн. случаев смерти в год, то есть треть от общего числа смертей [1]. Одним из наиболее значимых ФР ССЗ является АГ, глобальная распространенность которой достигает 1 млрд. и является причиной 9,4 млн. смертей ежегодно [2]. АГ является распространенным и универсальным ФР ССЗ во всех возрастных группах, включая детей, подростков и беременных женщин [3–6]. Вышеприведенные данные позволяют отнести АГ к неинфекционной пандемии [7]. Распространенность АГ, по данным зарубежных исследований, составляет от 35 до 46 % [8, 9].
