A Time-Varying Structural VAR Method for the Effects of Oil Shocks on US Dollars 石油冲击对美元影响的时变结构VAR方法

In order to compare the difference in the transmission of positive and negative oil shocks on US dollar, a time-varying structural VAR model with oil shocks and US dollar exchange rates is proposed in this paper. By extending the basic time-varying structural VAR model, two structure orthogonal oil shocks can be gained by changing the time-varying state space matrix. Then, the net effects of positive and negative oil shocks are calculated by an accumulated contribution model and the rolling regression. Finally, the corresponding reasons for the conclusions are presented.

A Fuzzy Method for Signal Smoothing 一种信号平滑的模糊方法

In signal testing procedure, due to the various interference, experimental data records collected by test system always deviate from original true data. The interference factors do not only contain measurement errors but also contain ambiguity of measuring concepts. Mixed data makes contiguous sample values be mixed up and also makes data curves vibrate strongly, which will produce unexpected sharp signals. It is required to smooth the sharp signals in order to weaken interference factors and enhance the curve'ssmoothness. In this paper a new fuzzy smoothing method is proposed by using the weighted mean idea. In addition, based on the expectation operator of fuzzy variables, a new method is presented to estimate the signal's average angle.

Stochastic Vehicle Routing Problem with Uncertain Demand and Travel Time and Simultaneous Pickups and Deliveries 需求和行程时间不确定且同时取货和交货的随机车辆路径问题

Aiming at the stochastic vehicle routing problems with uncertain demand and travel time and with simultaneous pickups and deliveries, a stochastic programming model is formulated and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed for routes optimization. Self-adaptive mechanism is introduced for amending the fitness value to overcome the premature convergence effectively and to improve the efficiency of the algorithm. The performance of the algorithm is discussed under a variety of problem settings and parameters value by the numerical experiments and sensitivity analysis. Results demonstrate that not only the proposed algorithm obtains even better results, but also it has a good robustness.
针对需求和行程时间不确定、同时上下车的随机车辆路径问题,建立了随机规划模型,提出了一种改进的遗传算法进行路径优化。引入自适应机制对适应度值进行修正,有效克服了算法的过早收敛,提高了算法的效率。通过数值实验和灵敏度分析,讨论了该算法在各种问题设置和参数值下的性能。结果表明,该算法不仅取得了较好的效果,而且具有较好的鲁棒性。

Fuzzy Fatigue Reliability Analysis for a Landing Gear Structure 某型起落架结构疲劳可靠性模糊分析

Acoording to the conventional structure reliability theory, the bigger stress than the fatigue limit will bring some damage which can be accumulated. When the stress is smaller than the fatigue limit, there will be no damage to the structure. The model uncertainty can not be disposed very well by the conventional fatigue reliability theory. Fuzzy math theory can be used to describe the model uncertainty. So, the fuzziness of structural fatigue problem is described in this paper and calculated by the fuzzy math theory. The "cumulative damage -- critical damage "dynamic interference model based on the Miner linear cumulative fatigue damage theory is established. Taking a nose landing gear as an example, the fatigue damage is predicted first through the fatigue analysis. The varying reliability along with the fatigue life of the landing gear can be obtained by the fuzzy math theory. The results show that the fuzzy fatigue reliability analysis has much more practicality and flexibility.

A Network-Based Method for Modeling Pedestrian Evacuation in Indoor Areas 基于网络的室内行人疏散建模方法

We develop a method to formulate pedestrians’ route choice behavior and physical congestion during evacuation process in indoor areas with internal obstacles. This method first constructs a network through discretizing the pedestrian space and then employs a proposed cell transmission model to predict the pedestrian flow’s evolution propagation over time and space in the network. It is quite remarkable that this method can be used to predict pedestrians’ evolution over time and space, especially in the indoor area with internal obstacles, and also formulate the collection behaviors of pedestrians through a bottleneck.

An Investment Decision-Making Research Based on Mothballing Option 基于封存期权的投资决策研究

Developing Straw power in China has an important significance to improving the energy structure, ensuring energy security and achieving sustainable economic and social development. In accordance with the operating characteristics of power projects, this paper is intended to construct a straw power investment value model and a threshold value model based on mothballing option, and measure investment threshold value in the current stage of our straw power programme and its sensitivity to the influence of the investment costs, variable costs, fixed costs, government subsidies and demand. Case analysis will show that improving the government subsidies is the important approach to resolving the shortage of sustainability in the current straw power industry.
在中国发展秸秆发电,对改善能源结构、保障能源安全、实现经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。根据电力项目运行特点,构建秸秆发电投资价值模型和基于封存期权的门槛值模型,测算我国秸秆发电项目现阶段投资门槛值及其对投资成本、变动成本、固定成本、政府补贴和需求影响的敏感性。案例分析表明,提高政府补贴是解决当前秸秆发电行业可持续性不足的重要途径。

In this paper, we introduce the concept of (alpha,beta)-fuzzy interior ideals and discuss some fundamental properties of (alpha,beta)-fuzzy interior ideals. Alpha and beta will denote any one of ∈, q(λ,μ),∈∨q(λ,μ) or ∈∧q(λ,μ) with α≠∈∧q(λ,μ) unless otherwise specified. When λ=0,μ=0.5, we can get corresponding results in Jun and Song [Y. B. Jun, S. Z. A New Image Segmentation Method Based on Grey Graph Cut 一种基于灰色图切的图像分割新方法

To improve the performance of image segmentation, the paper suggests a new image segmentation method based on grey graph cut, which integrates grey theory and graph cut theory. In the method, the image is taken as a weighted undirected graph first. And then, after the relationships of grey-levels and positions in local regions are discussed via grey relational analysis, a grey weight matrix is established, based on which a grey partition function is constructed. Next, the image is binarized with the gray-level that corresponds to the minimum value of the grey partition function. Experimental results on visible light image and SAR image indicate that the proposed method, being superior to some existing methods like Otsu and Normalized Cut etc., not only can segment the images with obvious difference between targets and backgrounds, but also suppress image noise effectively.

Experimental and Numerical Analyses of Electromagnetic Attenuation Properties of an L-Shaped Channel Constructed by Electromagnetic Absorbing Concrete 电磁吸收混凝土l形通道电磁衰减特性试验与数值分析

In order to explore the application of a kind of electromagnetic absorbing concrete in the protective engineering, the electromagnetic attenuation properties of an L-shaped channel have been analyzed. By utilizing the vector network analyzer for tests, the HFSS and XFDTD for numerical simulations, the measurement data and computed results show that the L-shaped channel with axial length 2.5m, wall thickness 5cm, may realize 10dB~40dB attenuations of the electromagnetic amplitude within frequency range 400MHz~ 6GHz. These results can provide certain reference for the application of this material in building protective engineering’s main body and the passageway channels.

By utilizing the vector network analyzer for tests, the HFSS and XFDTD for numerical simulations, the measurement data and computed results show that the L-shaped channel with axial length 2.5m, wall thickness 5cm, may realize 10dB~40dB attenuations of the electromagnetic amplitude within frequency range 400MHz~ 6GHz. Simulation of Two-Lane Traffic Flow Considering the Combined Effect of Intersection and Bus Stop 考虑交叉口与公交车站联合效应的双车道交通流仿真

In the real road traffic system, local congestion always occurs near the intersections or bus stops, which have become the main bottlenecks of the urban traffic. Considering the combined effect of intersection and a near-by bus stop, this paper investigates the lane-changing and dwelling behaviors in a two-lane mixed traffic and carries out the simulation by using a cellular automaton model under open boundary condition. Simulation results show that, for different proportions of bus flow over the total flow, the critical probabilities of sending vehicles into the system exist and have a decreasing trend with the bus flow proportion. Within the critical value, the traffic is the free flow state and the flow increases with the probability; on the other hand, beyond the critical value, the traffic is saturated. The results also demonstrate that, during rush hours, the queuing upstream the intersection may stretch to the bus stop and then disturb the normal dwelling operation of buses. It is necessary, hence, to adjust the position of signal light and the cycle time.
