It doesn`t lean back, even taking into account the development of the internet, and still plays an important role in shaping informational space of any region. The television influences the general population, forms the world outlook and appears to be a source of information about life of a specific area, most accurately indicates the interests and preferences of the population, encourages citizens to take part in life of their city or district, performs the critical orienting function. Thence it is so important to observe the role of the local television in social, political and cultural life of the provinces. The article analyzes the content profile of one of the main Tambov Region TV-channels. The features of the \"Noviy journalism are identified, the regional television development tendencies in the period of the last twenty years are noted. The present analysis is a part of a complex picture of development of the regional television as an element of socio-cultural life of an individual territory. Milestones in the development of this type of the Tambov region mass-media are indicated. The article makes the conclusion about the public importance of the local media. {"title":"THE IMAGE OF REVOLUTIONARY CATALONIA IN THE PUBLICISM OF GEORGE ORWELL (2nd article)","authors":"G. Orwell","doi":"10.18413/2075-4574-2019-38-3-386-394","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18413/2075-4574-2019-38-3-386-394","url":null,"abstract":"In this paper we attempt to examine the contribution of George Orwell in the creation of journalistic it, to the historical betrayal that predetermined the subsequent defeat of the Republic and the social revolution that began in Catalonia. The author reproduces and analyzes the dominant characteristics of the image of revolutionary Barcelona and the struggle of Republicans on the anti-Franco front, as well as pictures of the suppression by Stalinists of political \"fellow travelers\" during the Barcelona clashes of may 1937 and subsequent events that led to the fall of the Republic. The first article deals with the dominant characteristics, emotional and moral assessment of the author of the Catalan events and their current forces up to the may clashes. Orwell portrays the situation in Catalonia in the initial period of stay there, not only and not so much as a situation of civil war with all its attendant horrors and chaos, but above all as a simultaneous social revolution, a rush to a new life. Images of defenders of the Republic, descriptions of the front situation are presented in the works of Orwell without heroization. The reader is given an objective collective portrait of the participants of the anti-Franco militia, forming a strong impression of the boundless self-sacrifice, spiritual nobility and resilience of the Catalan Republicans. Том 38, No 3 Today, contradictions are revealed between the increasing demands of society for a graduate of higher education and the health-care mechanisms that operate in it. This actualizes the need to develop a technology for organizing a health-saving educational process in the classroom at the university. The presented technology assumes variations in conducting lectures and practical exercises on the preservation of the physical, mental and social components of students' health. The lecture session includes the organizational, informative, procedural and reflexive stages. Practical lesson contains motivational-stimulating, substantive-orienting, procedural, controladjusting, reflexive stages. The risk factors for students' health during lectures and practical exercises at the university were studied. An insufficient level of students' health was established as a result of such factors as stressful pedagogical tactics of teachers (authoritarianism); student immobility; ignoring their individual characteristics and dynamics of performance. Such indicators of students 'health were investigated as optimal working posture, physical well-being, mental performance, degree of emotionality in class, mental and social components of students' health. The following pedagogical conditions are theoretically substantiated and practically tested: saturation of the educational process with health-saving elements (techniques, means); accounting teacher mental, physical performance and individual characteristics of students; methodological support of the organization of health-saving educational process in the classroom at the university; psychological, theoretical and technological readiness of the teacher to preserve the health of students in the classroom. The experimental technology was implemented on the basis of the Transnistrian State University named after T.G. Shevchenko and Kamenetz-Podolsk National University Ivan Ogienko. Knowledge can be regarded as one of the key issues in terms of this type of human discourse activity. Knowledge and discourse are considered to be the fundamental categories in the field of the Humanities. In linguodidactic discourse, knowledge can be represented on the level of different formats. Within these terms the leading role belongs to linguistic knowledge that includes both the theoretical basis of language and culture acquisition, as well as language proficiency issues. In the English discourse the linguistic knowledge concept can be presented by various terminological units, among which the most capacious way of the integrative meaning representation is the word-combination “linguistic knowledge”, the semantic peculiarities of which are conditioned by the specificity of its context, that plays the leading role in the process of semantic meanings formation in the actual speech reality. There is no doubt today that mass media affects opinions and public sentiments. There is an objective necessity of studying the essence of such media, in that regard. The research examines the unstudied subtype of international print media, the magazine «Guten Tag» is taken as an example. This kind of print is interested in popularization of its own culture at the international arena. With the help of printing country, it spreads through the territory of country, where it is necessary to get the acknowledgement. Periodical print «Guten Tag» has played an important role in relationship-building between FRG and USSR, as far as the relationships became more difficult due to the realities of «cold war». These functions performed by particles in the speech sphere, have a certain functionality that requires careful study in the scientific plane. The functional potential of russian particles is incredibly wide, which means that each of these functions, both individually and collectively, is of particular interest to researchers. The article analyzes the emotional-typological representative-explication, expressive, localisation and functions of particles, and also describes the parameters of the functioning of these linguistic resources in the formation of declining offers, performing as independent member of the sentence with the replacement of significant words, the increase in the degree of speech influence on the addressee and updating the reported. The functional characteristics of russian particles as a tool of the speaker's speech influence on the addressee in the communicative process are investigated. In addition, since that time education in Russia has lost its destination as a source of academic and professional functional literacy, personal development and training. There are two types of functional literacy in education – elementary and fundamental. Persons-functionaries possess elementary functional literacy being obedient executors. Moreover, people-promising creators and producers possess fundamental functional literacy. In order to get a society of people with fundamental literacy, the state, the society itself and each individual should solve many cultural, educational, economic and social problems. We’ll dwell here only on four of them: 1) the teacher’s role in education; 2) the conditions for human intellectual development; 3) the application of the author’s text-centered technique in education; 4) the realization in practical educational process some pedagogical frameworks of fundamental functional foreign language literacy.
