актуальными Abstract The article explores the folklorism of the creativity of the Sami writer Nadezhda Fenina, who until now has not been the subject of scientific analysis. The urgency of the problem posed for Russian Sami literature, which is part of the literary Finno-Ugric process, is beyond doubt. The object of research practice. Mythological and folklore images and motifs in her works reflect the most ancient archetypes of Sami culture. N. Fenina transforms the myth-folkloric elements, constructing the artistic reality of his works. The central idea in her work is the idea of the unity of nature and man, following the laws of ancestors. Folk-ethnographic context, which preserves the aesthetics of folklore, and ideological folklore, is characteristic of N. Phenin's work, since the writer in her works reflects the peculiarities of the outlook of the reindeer-breeding people, the views of the ancient Sami on world order. Appeal to the myth-folklore sources, the selection of folk material and its further use determine the artistic and aesthetic system of the national writer and, ultimately, the originality of Sami literature. The mythological and folklore itself in their relationship in the works of N. Fenin is modeling the picture of the Sami world. Under the conditions of Russian-speaking, the disappearance of the native language, it is literature that conveys cultural values and mental concepts of the ethnos. The value of the indissoluble merger of man and nature, interdependence and interdependence, nature conformance, which were characteristic of the pagan understanding of the Sami in the distant past, turned out to be relevant now, in the XXI century.

The paper investigates the features of institutional discourse, which is a generic concept in relation to the discourse of cultural tourism. The structure of the discourse is described on the basis of the existing concepts of this concept. An attempt is made to reveal the linguistic and cultural correlations between institutional and tourist discourses. The elements of the terminological corpus reflecting nominations of discourse types of cultural discourse are considered in accordance with the operational sections of this type of activity. It is asserted that the concepts of «cultural tourism» and «discourse of cultural tourism» are products not so much of tour operators as of social institutions of power. Prospects for revealing linguoculturological and semiotic correlations of discourses of the type under consideration are outlined. The article deals with the main aspects of the content of the pedagogical model of the preprofessional readiness of the pupil of the art school. Features of the preprofessional process of preparation at the choreographic department of the children's art school are revealed; its purpose and tasks that contribute to an early orientation to the profession are revealed; and also stages of professional development in the process of teaching children choreographic art are determined. Attention is paid to the experience of using the pedagogical model in the Belgorod State University of Arts and Culture in the field of professional readiness of future arts and culture specialists. It is concluded that the proposed model, having enormous psychological and pedagogical capabilities, can work as a developmental technology and be the most effective tool in organizing the educational process for the formation of the pre-professional readiness of the schoolchildren in the field of choreographic education.

моды Abstract The article deals with the activity of mass women's magazines published in skills. By 1918, many periodicals were closed, the editorial offices of which conducted effective commercial activities in the pre-revolutionary period. The mass female press also belonged to the cost-effective periodicals. «Zhurnal dlya hozyaek» («Magazine for hostesses»), «Vestnik mody» («Messenger of fashion») − publications that were published in 1918, despite the financial losses of their publishers (magazines will continue their work in 1922−1926.). Due to the change in the conditions of functioning (increase in prices for paper and publishing services, deterioration in the quality of printing, the introduction of the state monopoly on advertising, etc.), the editorial offices of women's magazines were forced to reduce the frequency, increase prices for publications. Changing themes reflected the transformation of the living conditions of the population and its needs. Current issues of marketing activities of a teacher within conditions of innovations development in the educational system are researched. Social and economic content of marketing activity in relation to the educational organization, as well as stage-by-stage development of marketing activities of teachers within the educational institution are considered. State educational institutions are studied as a social noncommercial sphere; noncommercial marketing in the sphere of noncommercial professional activity of subjects of the education market is considered. The experience of domestic and foreign scientists which reveal marketing and use of marketing activity in education within conditions of innovation development is analyzed. The necessity of using the approach marketing in the organization of network interaction is shown. The relevance in solving the problem of a teacher’s marketing activity development by designing the process of professional training of a future teacher for marketing activities within conditions of information and educational environment of a higher educational institution with the purpose of increasing its competitiveness is demonstrated. Conclusions are made and recommendations on the solution of the problem of a teacher’s marketing activity development are offered.

The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of national culture embodied in Russian and Chinese phraseological units. Phraseology is one of the brightest, peculiar layers of language. Phraseological units represent a clot of cultural information, allow figuratively nominate what was said, while saving language and at the same time reflecting the depth of the national spirit and cultural traditions of the people. The paper presents a comparative analysis of Russian and Chinese phraseological units as a means of expressing universal and unique cultural information in the linguistic worldview, an analysis of the correlation of phraseological units and national culture with the establishment of similarities and differences in Chinese and Russian cultures.
