Interaction of structures on public relations and mass-media 公共关系与大众传媒结构的互动

Interaction of structures on communications from the public /press services with mass media is being in­ vestigated. The purpose of the article is to identify problems in the interaction, to find ways to optimize it. The conclusions are based on the analysis of a series of expert interviews, round tables and focus groups which are carried out at the Institute of Journalism of the Belarusian State University in 2014-2017 with representatives of media, press-secretaries and employees of PR departments of state, commercial and public organizations. The increased role of PR specialists as sources of relevant and reliable information was revealed, increasing the confidence of media representatives in them, the desire of journalists and public relations specialists to cooperate constructively, but a number of barriers that hampered such inter­ action were also discovered. The main problems in the relationship between PR structures and the media, as well as ways to realize mutual expectations, are identified. The willingness of both sides to cooperate with the leading role of representatives of the institute of public relations was confirmed. The results of the research create prerequisites for increase in the social status and humanization of public relations as specialized type of professional activity. They can be applied to development of educational programs of training of specialists for public relations and journalists and also improvement of communication policy of the organizations of various spheres and forms of ownership for achievement of mutual understanding and establishment of trust with media and the public. проблемы, оптимизация.

Quite a large number of pre-revolutionary provincial publications in Russia is still out of the field of view of researchers. Until recently, in the history of Volgograd journalism Tsaritsyno pre-revolutionary press as Russian Empire and local history literature. The implementation of research tasks was achieved on the basis of the use of documents extracted from the funds of the Russian state historical archive, the state archive of the Volgograd region, the funds of the Volgograd regional Museum, the hall of rare and valua-ble publications of the Volgograd regional universal scientific library. The set task was solved with the use of such research methods as contextual analysis edition, structural-functional analysis of the content of publications of texts of different genres – editorial ads, diary printing, Chronicles, satires.

The formation of the experience of pedagogical interaction of future teachers of secondary professional education 中等专业教育未来教师教学互动经验的形成

The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogical interaction. The author is convinced that the experience of pedagogical interaction of the teacher of System of secondary professional education agrarian profile may be partially formed at the stage of University training. Conditions for its formation: the introduction of practical elements of rhetoric, business communication with the aim of developing skills of pedagogical communication at the appropriate level, development of understanding teacher both the students and the situation of communication, to introduce students to the basics of hermeneutics, the inclusion of students in contextual learning, allowing the use in the process of learning business and role-playing games that include students in the context of pedagogical process in the institution of secondary professional education. In the article the theoretical basis for drawing up a pilot programme for the formation of the experience of pedagogical interaction.

Value motivation as a strong foundation of teaching foreign languages at non-language university 重视动机作为非语言大学外语教学的坚实基础

This paper examines the problem of updating positive and value-based motivation of non-linguistic universities students to study a foreign language throughout the whole course of education, as well as the ways and means to increase and support such motivation. The authors of the article analyze the key factors, which determine students’ motives and interest to foreign languages learning, the specific character of teaching foreign languages at non-linguistic educational institutions and the role of motives in the educational process and their value components either. The authors concentrate their attention on the positive and effective experience gained by the Department of foreign languages of Belgorod University of cooperation, economics and law in the sphere of students’ motivation enhancement and its maintenance at the sufficient level.
