The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of Coliform bacterial contamination in tomato sauce snacks on Jalan Toto Tengah, Gorontalo City.This research method is descriptive observational with a qualitative approach. The method in this study uses the MPN method which consists of the estimator test, reinforcement test and Gram staining and uses the MPN 333 table according to Thomas's formula.The results showed that all samples of tomato sauce tested positive for Coliform bacteria and did not meet the standards based on BPOM Standard number HK.00.06.1.52.4011 in 2009 concerning the maximum limit of microbial and chemical contamination in food with a maximum APM Coliform of 100 APM/g. estimator test all samples change color to yellow. Meanwhile, in the reinforcement test results, 1 sample had metallic green bacterial colonies and 5 other samples had pink colonies and for Gram staining, rod-shaped Gram negative bacteria were obtained.

This study aims to determine the results of urine nitrite examination in patients with Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) as well as to determine the factors that influence it. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data in the form of research results and secondary data in the form of data from literature, books and documents. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 30 people.The results showed that of the 30 patients diagnosed with UTI, 19 people or 63.3% had positive urine nitrite, while 11 people had negative urine nitrite or 36.7%. Factors that affect urine nitrite levels in patients with Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) are individual hygiene, use of catheters, and gender. UTI sufferers are more common in women than men.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan skrining sifilis dengan metode rapid Pada Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Kota Utara beserta Untuk mengetahui pemahaman ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kota Utara tentang penyakit sifilis melalui kuesioner. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data berupa hasil penelitian dan data sekunder berupa data-data dari literatur, buku, kuesioner, dan catatan medik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidetal sampling, yang berjumlah 28 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 28 responden ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kota Utara, tedapat 1 (3,6%) responden ibu hamil yang positif sifilis dan 27 (96,4%) responden ibu hamil negatif sifilis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah positif sifilis ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kota Utara sangat rendah. Hal ini dapat disebabkan rutinnya ibu hamil datang ke Puskesmas untuk memeriksa kesehatan kehamilan serta adanya program pemeriksaan kehatan kehamilan setiap hari rabu di Puskesmas Kota Utara.

This study aims to determine the relationship of giving Fe tablets to hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.The research method uses a quantitative analytic approach. The type of data used is primary data, namely the results of giving Fe tablets to hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls and secondary data obtained from data from the Kabila Health Center and the Gorontalo Provincial Health Office. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 26 people.The results showed that there was a significant relationship between Fe tablets and Hemoglobin levels, namely 0.04 more <0.05. The average hemoglobin level of adolescent girls aged 15-17 years was obtained at the Kabila District Health Center. Bone Bolango is 12.4 g/dL. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between Fe tablets and hemoglobin levels, which is 0.04 more than 0.05. suggestions for further researchers, it is better for further researchers to conduct further research on other factors that affect hemoglobin levels.

Excess weight can cause changes to the body's cells, making the body's cells resistant to the hormone insulin. This can cause blood glucose levels to increase. This study aims to determine blood glucose levels in obese patients and the factors that influence them. This study aims to assess blood glucose levels in obese patients at the North City Health Center and the factors that affect them.The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data from research results of blood glucose levels in obese patients and secondary data in data from the literature, books, questionnaires, and medical record books. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling, with a total sample of 29 people.The results showed that from 29 obese patients, there were 24 people or 82.8% whose blood glucose levels were abnormal, while five people, or 17.2%, had normal blood glucose levels. Factors that affect blood glucose levels in obese patients are gender, age, physical pattern (Body Mass Index/BMI), physical activity, and eating patterns (number of calories). Suggestions to the next researcher are suggested to examine blood sugar levels between the obese and non-obese groups as a comparison.

The fungus Candida albicans can cause a condition called candidiasis, which is a disease of the mucous membranes, mouth, vagina and digestive tract. The purpose of this study was to identify the fungus Candida albicans in elderly women with incontinence at the Griajanti Nursing Home, Gorontalo City.This research method uses the approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a descriptive study that tends to use analysis, namely to describe the presence of Candida albicans in the urine of elderly women with incontinence in the Griajanati Nursing Home, Gorontalo City and the type of research used in this study is descriptive. Descriptive research aims to describe and describe a symptom, event and occurrence that occurs.The results showed that some of the Candida albicans fungus was found in the urine of elderly women with incontinence who were successfully isolated in pure form. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa hasil penelitian kadar TG pada penderita obesitas dan data sekunder berupa data-data dari literatur, buku, kuesioner, buku dan catatan medik. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 penderita obesitas, terdapat 27 orang atau 90% yang kadar TG-nya tidak normal. Sedangkan yang kadar TG-nya normal sebanyak 3 orang atau 10%. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kadar kadar TG pada penderita obesitas adalah pola fisik (indeks massa tubuh/IMT) dan pola makan (jumlah kalori). Kesimpulan bahwa dari 30 penderita obesitas 90% yang kadar Trigliseridanya normal sedangkan yang tidak normal sebanyak 10%. Saran untuk penderita obesitas untuk rutin memeriksa dan mengontrol kadar trigliserida, serta melakukan berbagai kegiatan yang dapat mencegah kejadian obesitas.

Potassium is a major intracellular cation that plays an important role in cellular metabolism. This study aims to describe the results of examination of blood potassium levels in the elderly in the work area of the Kabila Health Center.This research method uses a quantitative research approach with the type of research used in this study is a descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that the results of examination of blood potassium levels in the elderly from 26 respondents obtained normal results as many as 5 samples 919.23%, high as many as 5 samples 19.23%, and low as many as 16 samples 61.54%. The amount of low blood potassium is more because respondents have low potassium intake.Conclusion Based on the risk factors that most influence the results of examination of blood potassium levels in the elderly, namely the lack of consuming foods containing potassium and not consuming very high amounts of potassium.

Sodium is an essential nutrient for maintaining blood volume, regulating water balance in cells and maintaining nerve function. Sodium examination generally uses serum as a specimen. Serum is a liquid component of blood that no longer contains blood cells and clotting factors. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of examining sodium electrolyte levels in serum using a red-covered vacuum tube and a yellow covered vacuum tube at Toto Kabila Hospital, Bone Bolango Regency. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 patients. Comparison ResultsExamination of sodium electrolyte levels in serum using a red lid vacuum tube and a yellow lid vacuum tube contained 9 Normal Samples and 21 Abnormal Samples with the Mann-Whitney Test results showing that the significant value was > 0.05 or P = 0.312, so it can be concluded that there was no the difference between the red cap vacuum canister and the yellow cap vacuum canister.

Sodium examination generally uses serum as a specimen. Serum is a liquid component of blood that no longer contains blood cells and clotting factors. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of examining sodium electrolyte levels in serum using a red-covered vacuum tube and a yellow covered vacuum tube at Toto Kabila Hospital, Bone Bolango Regency. \u0000The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Blood electrolyte levels in the tube will decrease after 30 minutes of blood collection due to the hemolysis process at a rate of about 7 mg/dl per hour. This study aims to determine the comparison of potassium electrolyte levels in blood specimens using red and yellow vacuum tubes at Toto Kabila Hospital, Bone Bolango Regency.The method in this study used descriptive with a quantitative approach and the method used in this study was accidental sampling with a sample of 30 patients who were to be studied. The results of the comparison of potassium levels in vacuum tubes with red lids and vacuum tubes with yellow covers showed normal potassium levels in 24 samples or (80%) and abnormal potassium levels in 6 samples or (20%) with the results of the Mann -With a test on comparisons of potassium levels in tubes with red caps and yellow caps showing that .0.099 > 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is nothing significant about potassium examination using vacuum tubes with red lids and vacuum tubes with yellow lids.
