В статье рассматриваются результаты научного исследования, проведенного авторским коллективом и посвященного рассмотрению вопросов определения наличия возможности выявления признаков внутрикадрового монтажа видеоизображений, выполненных с использованием нейронных сетей (видеодипфейков). Данное исследование является результатом мероприятий в рамках реализации комплекса мер по повышению уровня научно - технического обеспечения деятельности экспертно - криминалистических подразделений МВД России. В работе выдвинута и обоснована гипотеза о наличии возможностей выявления видеодипфейков, что подтверждается результатами проведенных теоретических, экспериментальных, экспертных и патентных исследований. he article discusses the results of a scientific study conducted by the author's team and devoted to the consideration of the issues of determining whether it is possible to identify signs of intra-frame editing of video images made using neural networks (video clips). В статье рассматриваются преступления, совершаемые в сети Интернет посредством цифровых средств анонимизации, а также следственная и судебная практика по уголовным делаем указанной категории. На основании проведенного сравнительно - правового анализа сделан вывод о наиболее распространенных способах совершения преступлений с использованием информационно - телекоммуникационных технологий и сокрытия цифровых следов. Помимо вышеизложенного автором выявлены проблемы, которые возникают у сотрудников подразделений следствия и дознания, осуществляющих производство по уголовным делам указанной категории, при собирании доказательственной голосовой информации. Несмотря на постоянно совершенствующиеся меры по противодействию, предотвращению, пресечению, предупреждению, раскрытию и расследованию данных преступлений, они показывают возрастающую динамику прироста в общем массиве преступлений, совершаемых в Российской Федерации. В связи с этим автор предлагает некоторые нормативно - правовые меры, направленные на повышение эффективности противодействия, раскрытия и расследования преступлений, совершаемых с использованием компьютерных технологий, специальных программ - анонимайзеров, а также на совершенствование уголовно - процессуального законодательства, регулирующего получение голосовой информации следователями и дознавателями. In the article, the author examines crimes that are committed through digital means of anonymization on the Internet, investigative and judicial practice in criminal cases of this category. Based on the conducted comparative legal analysis, the author comes to the conclusion about the most common ways of committing crimes using information and telecommunication technologies and hiding digital traces of crimes at the present time. In addition to the above, the author has identified problems that arise among employees of the investigation and inquiry units conducting criminal proceedings in this cate-gory when collecting evidentiary voice information. Despite the constantly improving measures to counteract, prevent, suppress, prevent, disclose and investigate these crimes, they continuously show an increasing dynamics of growth in the total array of crimes committed in the Russian Federation. In this connection, the author suggests some regulatory and legal measures aimed at improving the effectiveness of countering, disclosing and investigat-ing crimes committed using computer technologies, special anonymizer pro-grams used by criminals in the digital space, as well as improving criminal procedural legislation regulating the receipt of voice information by investi-gators and interrogators.

В последние годы в России отмечается резкий рост преступлений, совершаемых с использованием информационно -телекоммуникационных технологий, что требует создания нового направления – компьютерной криминалистики. Появление нового научного направления начинается с определения его объекта и предмета. На основе анализа имеющихся научных публикаций и обобщения следственно - судебной практики в статье предлагается определить виды противоправных деяний, относящихся к компьютерным преступлениям и подлежащих рассмотрению в рамках компьютерной криминалистики, отмечаются возникающие при этом проблемы. Результатом работы является определение предмета компьютерной криминалистики. In recent years, there has been a sharp increase in crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies in Russia, which requires the creation of a new direction - computer forensics. На основе анализа современных методических рекомендаций по производству экспертизы ударно - раздробляющего холодного оружия авторы делают выводы о том, что действующие подходы к производству данного вида экспертиз имеют существенные недостатки. The article highlights one of the semantic text categories, intertextuality, with the aim of specifying precedent texts and means of their functioning in the media text. Media texts are selected in order to show how intertextuality is formed in different functional-semantic types of speech – narration, description and argumentation. The paper looks at the phenomenon of sentential alphabetisms and the combination of economization processes applied to their production. The term alphabetism is used as a broad category to cover acronyms and initialisms which both result from acronymization processes. The focus is on sentential alphabetisms and their unacronymized equivalents with the aim to verify the assumption that economization in a significant number of cases involves a combination of processes at the lexical level (acronymization) and the syntactic level (syntactic ellipsis).

Culturally, gardens are opposed to forests and are correlated to parks, and various types of food and flowers growing. Perceptive characteristics of a garden in the English world-view are mostly connected with it as part of home adjoining a house, whereas in Russian descriptions of gardens we can often see abandoned old gardens as symbols of a lost happy life. The present paper offers a cognitive perspective on sensory metaphor in English slang phytonyms, namely denominations of vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Resemblance-based metaphors relying on the mental imagery stemming from the five basic senses, namely vision, hearing, touch, taste, and smell are found to abound in slang. The linguocognitive evidence collected allows for designing a typology of visual metaphors depending on the mathematical and physical properties of the referents as well as for concluding that English slang is a highly physicalist, anthropocentrist, and somatocentrist construct.

This contribution reflects on Wen's (2022) proposal to develop Construction Pragmatics as a new field of research. On the one hand, this proposal is fully supported, on the other hand, this paper brings together some existing literature that can be considered as already inspiring representations of research from the perspective of Construction Pragmatics. The paper also reflects on the way pragmatics and semantics are demarcated by different authors and stresses the importance of awareness of such differences. Such an awareness is a condition for a successful integration of different research fields as is aimed at in the enterprise of Construction Pragmatics.
