Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization with Cauchy Disturbance for Power Economic Dispatch 考虑柯西扰动的量子粒子群优化电力经济调度

This paper presents a modified quantum behaved particle swarm optimization for power economic dispatch with several equality and inequality constraints. Inspired by the quantum behaved particle swarm optimization method and Cauchy distribution, which has the characteristics of long wings, we introduce the quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization with Cauchy disturbances to perturb the average position. The novel method is good for avoiding algorithm premature. And then we hand constraints with penalty functions to solve economic dispatch problem of power system. Then we apply this algorithm on the 15 units system, the simulation results are presented to show the comparative performance of these methods.

The Implementation of CAN Bus Network of PLC Based on ARM 基于ARM的PLC CAN总线网络的实现

CAN bus is one of the most widely used field bus. In the light of the faults of PLC industrial network established by RS485, this paper presents a scheme for PLC accessing to the CAN bus network, which is based on the 32 bit MCU LPC2294. The author describes in detail the features of 32 bit ARM microcontroller, LPC2294 and CAN TJA1050T transceiver and gives the hardware structure and software design of PLC using as a CAN bus intelligent node. Combining with the actual use of the hardware, the author puts forward the anti interference measures.

Illumination Normalization Based on Local Binary Pattern Image 基于局部二值模式图像的光照归一化

This paper presents a novel and efficient illumination normalization method based on the local binary pattern Image (LBPI). LBPI is a global description combined by the descriptions of every points in the face image using the local binary pattern (LBP) Compared with the traditional approaches, the experimental results show that our algorithms can significantly improve the performance of face recognition under varying illumination conditions on Yale Face database B.

Improved Stability Criterion for Linear Systems with Time-Varying Delay 时变时滞线性系统的改进稳定性判据

This paper investigates the stability analysis problem for linear systems with time-varying delay. The state delay is assumed to be varying within a given interval. By constructing a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and developing new techniques, an improved delay-interval-dependent criterion is derived to ensue the stability of the systems. The stability condition is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be easily solved by means of standard numerical software. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A Framework of Cluster Decision Tree in Data Stream Classification 数据流分类中的聚类决策树框架

Recently, data streams classification with concept drifting has drawn increasing attention of scholars in data mining, due to the deficiencies of existing algorithms in accuracy and efficient. In this paper, we propose a framework for handling the problem mentioned above using cluster decision tree. We cluster those data which cannot be classified temporarily into n class, and generate new branches of the VFDT based on cluster result or replace original ones. Our empirical study shows that the proposed method has substantial advantages over traditional classifiers in prediction accuracy and efficiency.

Optimal Design for Torque Motor of Jet Pipe Electro-hydraulic Servo-valve Based on Dynamic Stiffness 基于动态刚度的射流管式电液伺服阀力矩电机优化设计

In this paper the dynamic characteristics of the armature assembly of torque motor in jet pipe electro-hydraulic is studied. The results show that the stiffness of armature assembly and feedback spring pole are the key parts which can be directly related to geometric and material parameters of torque motor. Therefore, improvement of the operating characteristics of torque motor through dynamic stiffness is developed.

Neural Network Approach for Semivectorial Bilevel Programming Problem 半向量双层规划问题的神经网络方法

A novel neural network approach is proposed for solving semivectorial bilevel programming problem, where the upper level is a scalar-valued optimization problem and the lower level is the linear multiobjective programming. The proposed neural network is proved to be Lyapunov stable and capable of generating optimal solution to the semivectorial BP problem. The numerical result shows that the neural network approach is feasible and efficient.

Small-sized Intelligent Humanoid Robot Based on a Multiple Sensor Fusion 基于多传感器融合的小型智能人形机器人

This paper is to design the small-sized intelligent humanoid robot as the foundation, and introduce how to realize the humanoid robot basic function and human-computer interaction and the intelligence function, which is separately from four aspects, i.e. the speech, vision, proximity sense three single intelligent functions, multiple sensor fusion system and gait planning, physical prototype test. And this physical prototype was proved the feasibility of theories.
本文以设计小型智能仿人机器人为基础,分别从四个方面介绍了如何实现仿人机器人的基本功能和人机交互以及智能功能,即语音、视觉、感知三个单一智能功能、多传感器融合系统以及步态规划、物理样机测试。并通过理论验证了该物理样机的可行性。

The Application of Wavelet Transform to Fault Detection of Aircraft Control Surface 小波变换在飞机控制面故障检测中的应用

Control surface failure which can change the structure of the motion equations is a difficult problem in fault detection. To this failure, the wavelet analysis method is presented to detect fault signal in accordance with wavelet local refinement properties. Wavelet basis selection is one of the key issues in the wavelet analysis method. According to the rules of the wavelet basis, a proper selection is given. Subsequently, fault detection algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed. Finally, simulation is carried out based on the stuck of elevator of F16 fighter. In the process of simulation, wavelet basis db4 is selected and Mallat algorithm, 3-layer decomposition is adopted. The results show that wavelet analysis method can effectively detect the fault occurrence time.

Modeling Study on the Interpersonal Relationship Network of Rumor Spreading 谣言传播的人际关系网络建模研究

Faced with the difficulty to foresee and control the rumors about emergency events, it usually causes psychological panic and inappropriate behavior in people crowd. With the appearance of new media for rumor spreading, for example cell phones, which has something to do with the relations of people, the interpersonal relationship network of rumor spreading is becoming more and more international and complicated. In this paper, some social psychology research related with earthquake rumors in recent years is summarized. Following these achievements, we propose a global interpersonal relationship network model based on the preferential attachments and preferential strengthening mechanism between local characteristic groups. The topological properties of rumor spreading is investigated in the social individual level, and its rationality is also analyzed to well describe the statistical results of rumor spreading on the interpersonal relationship network.
