Fuzzy Synthetic Assessment of Air Traffic Controllers Situational Awareness Based on Short-term Memory Measurement 基于短时记忆测量的空中交通管制员态势感知模糊综合评价

This paper presents an approach for evaluating air traffic controllers situational awareness (SA). In the approach, the relationship between situational awareness and short-term memory is analyzed, based on which, the factors for fuzzy synthetic assessment of controllers situational awareness are determined. And then, weighting coefficient is given for each factor by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and membership function for each factor is obtained in accordance with air traffic control rules and expertise, upon that the fuzzy assessment model is built. At last, an example is presented to demonstrate the proposed approach is useful and effective in selection, training and work load evaluation for air traffic controllers.

A Collision Avoidance Method Based on Satisfying Game Theory 基于满足博弈论的避碰方法

Flight safety at both high and low altitude airspace become more and more important in the recent years. In this paper, considering the free flight characteristic of aircrafts in airspace, a decentralized approach based on satisficing game theory is proposed. This method can eliminate conflicts among aircrafts effectively, and it can also solve collisions with obstacles which mainly include the special use airspace (SUA), severe weather regions in high altitude airspace, and obstacles in low altitude airspace. The simulations show good performance in a complex scenario, which includes a large number of aircrafts flying through a airspace with obstacles at the same time.
近年来,高低空空域的飞行安全越来越受到人们的重视。针对空域中飞行器的自由飞行特性,提出了一种基于满足博弈论的分散控制方法。该方法可以有效地消除飞机之间的碰撞,也可以解决与障碍物的碰撞问题,主要包括特殊用途空域(SUA)、高空恶劣天气区域和低空障碍物。仿真结果表明,在多架飞机同时通过有障碍物空域的复杂情况下,该系统具有良好的性能。

Object Tracking Algorithm Based on Combination of Dynamic Template Matching and Kalman Filter 基于动态模板匹配和卡尔曼滤波相结合的目标跟踪算法

The moving object detection is a prerequisite and difficult point to realize tracking in the video tracking system. In order to detect moving object effectively, an object tracking algorithm is proposed based on combination of dynamic template matching and Kalman filter. First, get the area of the moving object by using inter-frame difference method and extract the SIFT feature points. Then, find the location of the candidate object that is most matched with the object template in the search area by Kalman filter and match it with the object template in the current frame. Finally, the feature points' loss rate will serve as the limited threshold, and we update template according to dynamic template updating strategy. By the number of the frames of the target's matching failures we determine whether the moving target is disappeared. Several experiments of the object tracking show that the approach is accurate and fast, and it has a better robust performance during the attitude changing, the size changing and the shelter instance.

Magneto Hydrodynamics Real-time Detection on HT-7 Tokamak Device Based on RBP Neural Network 基于RBP神经网络的HT-7托卡马克装置磁流体动力学实时检测

The instability of Magneto Hydrodynamics (MHD) in tokamak plasma is a main factor in deciding high performance operation of the device. The occurrence of MHD instability will lead to deterioration of plasma confinement and even split of plasma discharge in severe instance, which can poke potential risk of damage to the device and its work staff. This paper presents a HT-7 MHD real-time detection system based on Radial Basis Probabilistic Neural Networks (RBPNN). The article firstly expands on measurement of MHD in HT-7 and corresponding character analysis of it. According to the signal frequency of MHD, RBFNN training samples can be constructed via mass data acquired through repeated discharges and thus completes the task of sample training. During the discharge, high speed data acquisition board DAQ2010 with double buffer is used to finish the job of real-time data acquisition while the trained RBPNN works spontaneously to process MHD signal. Repeated Tokamak discharges proved the effectiveness of the method described above.

The Construction of Visualness Attributes Network Based on Conceptual Graphs 基于概念图的可视化属性网络构建

This paper proposed a new method for extracting visualness attributes (the extent to which an attribute can be perceived visually) that based on conceptual graphs (CGs). By providing a small scale seed attributes, this method acquire the context which contain these seed attributes by two steps, primary entity matching and sentence selection, then transform the selected sentences into CG templates, after systematic expansion of its semantic information on the basis of HowNet lexicon, extract the attribute concepts by computing the similarity between CG templates and textual CGs, then compute the visualness of these attribute concepts and retain the attributes with the visualness value greater than the threshold. At last, we construct the relationship among the attributes by bringing in world knowledge. Experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of our conceptual graph based method when compared with the state of art ones.

Independent Component Analysis without Preprocessing 独立成分分析无需预处理

In this paper, we introduce a novel independent component analysis (ICA) algorithm, which does not require any preprocessing of the mixed signals (as opposed to most current ICA algorithms). Using a zero-forcing technique, the algorithm performs on-line diagonalization of a matrix whose entries are cross-cumulants of nonlinearly transformed mixtures of source signals. To our knowledge, the proposed approach is the only on-line ICA algorithm that separate mixed source signals without any frequently used preprocessing such as "centering" (subtracting the means from the mixtures) or "sphering" (decorrelation or whitening). Most other higher order cumulants based ICA algorithms involve complicated matrix algebra and lacks the desirable equivariant property which means these algorithms may fail to produce the desired source separation when the mixing matrix is ill-conditioned. The algorithm proposed in this paper, however, is equivariant and the separation performance of the algorithm is independent of the underlying mixing matrix.

An Approach to Choosing Gaussian Kernel Parameter for One-Class SVMs via Tightness Detecting 基于紧度检测的一类支持向量机高斯核参数选择方法

In recent years, one-class support vector machines (OCSVMs) have received increasing attention, which are one of the methods to solve one-class classification problems. Among all the kernels available to OCSVMs, Gaussian kernel is the most commonly used one with a single parameter S to tune, which influences classifier performance significantly. This paper proposes a novel heuristic approach to choosing this parameter via tightness detecting, that is designed to detect whether the decision boundaries are satisfactory. The approach tunes the parameter to ensure that the decision boundaries have an appropriate tightness, only according to the geometric distribution of positive samples. Experimental results on different datasets show that the proposed approach has a better performance than previous methods.

Microcontroller Data Recorder for Solar Energy Hybird CPV-Thermal System Evaluation 用于太阳能混合cpv -热系统评价的单片机数据记录仪

MSP430-based portable recorder could use in various occasion outside laboratory. Researchers no more need PC and other not portable instrument for measure and record the data about solar radiation, PV output and domestic hot water. Use DS12887 as real time clock, DS18B20 as the environment thermometer, has LED display and key for field use, 8-channel 4~20mA common standard signals sampling. All the sampling data were saved in SD card as CSV format. The device powered by rechargeable battery and could charge with solar cell, could long term record in the field.

Research on the Modeling and Simulation of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger System Based on MPCE 基于MPCE的管壳式换热器系统建模与仿真研究

Heat exchanger is applied in the field of heat transfer to conserve energy. Therefore, it has been widely used in various industrial production areas, and it is indispensable. Furthermore, most of the heat exchangers are classical shell and tube heat exchangers. In this paper, the technological process of a typical shell and tube heat exchanger based on the multifunction process control platform (MPCE) is discussed in detail. In order to improve control effect and heat transfer efficiency, this research tries to establish a mathematical model using mechanism modeling methods. Then, we design a set of control system schemes for this proposed model of the shell and tube heat exchanger. The structures of PID and feed forward-feedback control system are configured in the MPCE Studio software. Simulation experiment results using feed forward-feedback control strategy are compared to the traditional control algorithms. The simulated curves confirm the effectiveness of the control algorithms.

Extraction of Conceptual Relation Based on HowNet and Concept Graph 基于HowNet和概念图的概念关系提取

In view of the low efficiency of depending on one extracting method, this paper proposes a blending extracting method based on the combination of statistics, regulations and managing nature language. By employing template construction to extract conceptual relations, this method adopts transfer learning to obtain concept pairs and by using the advantages of concept graph in knowledge representation, matches templates through conjoining the Hownet in order to gain template set and extract conceptual relations. The experimental results show that this method can raise the accuracy rate in relation extraction.
针对单一提取方法效率较低的问题,提出了一种基于统计、规则和管理自然语言相结合的混合提取方法。该方法通过模板构建提取概念关系,采用迁移学习获取概念对,利用概念图在知识表示方面的优势,通过连接Hownet匹配模板,获得模板集,提取概念关系。实验结果表明,该方法可以提高关系提取的正确率。
