Water-Quality-Analysis using Machine Learning 使用机器学习进行水质分析

One of the most serious and alarming problems facing humanity is the degradation of natural water resources such as lakes as well as rivers is one of the most serious and vexing problems we are facing today. The long-term effects of polluted water affect all areas of life. Therefore, it is essential to manage water resources if you want tomaximize the quality of your water. If data are examinedand water quality can be predicted, the effects of watercontamination can be dealt with effectively. The purpose of this study is to use machine learning to make a water qualityprediction model based on water quality measurements. Machine learning can be used for building models fromalgorithms with some data gathered from the sick ones. For a better examination of parametric findings, the acquired data will be pre-processed, separated into training and testing parts, and subjected to machine learning classification techniques. Decision tree, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, and K-Nearest Neighbor are some of the classification-type algorithms employed in this work. All the model's performance indicators are calculated, and they change for each model. A technique for improving machine learning model performance metrics is hyperparameter tuning.

Blockchain in Cloud Computing: Design Challenges 云计算中的区块链:设计挑战

Blockchains is an immutable network comprising data records that are shared from across show's nodes and include all the specifics of the transactions that have transpired. Consent techniques are used to validate every transaction made in the computer, and once data has been recorded, it cannot be changed. Bitcoin, a well-known virtual currency, is supported by blockchains, which is a prerequisite new tech. The term “cloud technology” refers to the usage of a network of remote servers located on the internet to store, process, and analyse data instead of a server or even a personal computer. Numerous difficulties still exist, including those associated with data management, safety, and dependability. In this post, we've discussed some of the major problems that the clouds are now facing and suggested remedies by fusing the internet with block chain. To demonstrate their superiority, we prefer to go at a quick review of prior research that were centre on blockchain integration with the cloud. In this study, we have created an infrastructure that integrates cryptocurrency and cloud, exposing how they communicate.

Comparative Analysis of Scheduling Algorithms in Cloud Computing using CloudSim 基于CloudSim的云计算调度算法比较分析

Cloud computing restructured the entire world of IT by providing shared scalable resources to the organization. Cloud establishes a huge path to find the solution for many major problems found in the industry. Cloud offers virtualized resources such as applications, software, networks, servers, and storage services. Cloud enables all the virtualized resources to clients on a pay-per-use basis. Because of handling the vast request sent by multiple clients and providing more versatile services to the organization, the cloud faces many critical problems such as security issues, dissatisfied Quality-Of-Services, and sometimes an unbalanced load arises. Among those, the most serious problem is balancing the load across the network. Load balancing issues can be handled by scheduling the work eventually to all nodes without overloading any single node. This paper gives an overview idea of different load balancing algorithms and provides comparative results on its quality metrics.

This study examines short Range radio technological devices that are in use now and in the near term. This essay also considers the advantages and disadvantages of such developments, and now it concludes with either a call for the enhancement of fair collective custom for recent and foreseeable faraway developments. The summary and connection presented in this work are thought to aid experts and project is approved in selecting the best tech for Mobile ad hoc networks enterprises.

A Process for Improved Agriculture: Harvest Forecasting 改善农业的过程:收成预测

According to the Niti Aayog study, the Indian government plans to quadruple farmers' incomes by 2022. In different research, Niti Aayog showed that from 2001 to 2011, there was a 3.6 percent decline in all agricultural activity. The soil birthrate, volume of water, and temperature are shifting in India as well as its subcontinent, that is one of the main reasons why people are giving up farming. As a result, the farmers' crops don't provide an abundance following harvest. The naive bayes method, a supervised learning technique, will be used by the model to forecast the best crop. Along with pertinent factors like temperature, humidity, and climate, the seed information for the plants will really be gathered to help them develop effectively and efficiently. Users may anticipate the most appealing crop for improved agriculture by entering parameters like area, weather, etc. on the application system.

For distributed ledgers, there is variety of consensus mechanism, each with unique strengths and limitations. When compared to conventional intricate fault tolerance procedures, Osa is a new class of Byzantium Fuzzy Inference consensus mechanism that is often used in practise. Several firms are migrating toward a more conventional POA cryptocurrency with Byzantium Fault - tolerant. Without even a broad agreement system, it is exceedingly difficult to stop node assaults. Our goal is to determine if we can create centralized systems with better methods to lessen the danger of assaults on blockchain technology. Utilizing the Pom and POV methods, we generate blocks, add present in the study' vote profile, then update them depending just on voting patterns of verifiers and collect chain rewards. In latest days, the bitcoin has gained enormous popularity, and the underpinning consensus mechanism have also drawn a lot of attention in academic circles. This effort sought to research several bitcoin consensus algorithms to enhance the functionality of bitcoin and construct an universal and adaptable to fit on the majority of systems.

Reflection Coefficient Improvement of Leather Substrate Wearable Antenna with Square and Circular Slot compared to Cotton Substrate Antenna 方槽和圆槽皮基可穿戴天线与棉基天线相比反射系数的提高

Aim: The aim of this research paper is to analyze the wearable square and circular slot antenna using leather substrate in comparison with the wearable square and circular slot antenna using cotton substrate to improve reflection coefficient. Materials and Methods: There were two sampling groups used for this statistical study. Twenty samples were taken from each of two groups. The first group consisted of a square and circular slot antenna on a unique leather substrate, whereas the second group consisted of a similar antenna on a cotton substrate. Twenty individuals were used for the study of the wearable antenna with the enhanced reflection coefficient (Group 1 = 10 and Group 2 = 10), and the numbers were calculated using G-power 0.8, alpha qualities of 0.05 and beta qualities of 0.2, and a 95% confidence interval. Results: In comparison to the −17.51dB reflection coefficient of the cotton substrate antenna, the leather antenna has a reflection value of −25.75dB. The study is statistically significant. Conclusion: Wearable square and circular slot antennas using leather substrate provide better performance in the reflection coefficient parameter at a frequency of 3.7 GHz when compared to wearable square and circular slot antennas using cotton substrate.

Adaptive Admission Control Policy in Distributed Real Time Database System 分布式实时数据库系统中的自适应准入控制策略

Today's real time computers activities and applications required data services in the distributed platform where real time applications have been needed for databases, in which data and operations have special characteristics in terms of time constraints. It stores large amount of data with time-sensitive manner and process it within fix given time frame. The requirement for real time computers activities and its applications are increasing in distributed real time database system (DRTDBS) including advanced traffic control, global environment control, nationwide power grid control etc. The transaction work load in DRTDBS has not balanced and the transaction processing patterns have time varying and distorted. Due to the unbalanced computation workload on DRTDBS and unpredictable communication delay can lead to miss the large number of transaction deadline. Hence, an adaptive admission control architecture and protocol have required for DRTDBS. The Adaptive admission Control Policy has fulfil to accessing and maintaining real time computers activities and application of data for satisfy timing constraints of transaction supported applications. This paper presents an adaptive admission control architecture and an efficient set of protocol. The local controller controls the local transaction request and global load balancer works global transaction request on distributed environment. The functionality of Adaptive Admission Control Policy have increased the performance because minimizing the miss ratio and increasing throughput. The experiment results show that an adaptive admission control policy effectively balances the workload in distributed real time database system under tight transaction workload as compared to existing protocols.

DLC Algorithm for Milk Contamination Categorization 牛奶污染分类的DLC算法

As buyers and producers turn out to be more aware of the significance of safe and high-quality products, food quality has always been a significant issue on the global market. Milk contamination is a typical extortion. One of the most widely known methods is to expand water, which is difficult to detect with sophisticated logical methods. Even at a scientific science research facility, it is hard to assess the validity of obsolete products at the time of procurement, which is more uncommon, but more hazardous. In other words, milk adulteration testing methodologies are frantically needed by the dairy industry. A microfluidic channel is used to separate different types of milk tests using chronoamperometry. Intriguing strategies use only ten microliters of data and rely on microfluidic-based SVM Classification. An illustration is provided that demonstrates how fast tests can be used to distinguish five distinctive milk brands. According to its past experiences, the framework can arrange the example type in less than five minutes. Various features from different natures were examined and tested for the refreshment curl communication circuit model, such as size, abundance, stage. When five types of milk were utilized for milk newness grouping, the accuracy rate was as high as 96.7%, and when 2% fat milk was used for milk newness grouping, the accuracy rate was as high as 100%. In addition, SVD and boxplot analysis were utilized without affecting the grouping precision of two different methods for extracting includes, thereby decreasing the frequency of radio recurrence data transfer. It is proposed in this paper that DL20 can be calculated with three fundamental attributes, such as water content, time taken, and quantity of milk, and the results show different characterizations. Compared with other milks with high water contents, this milk has low lacto levels because it is blended in with some substance to show it is legitimately lactose.

An Optimized Ensemble Machine Learning Model for Automobile Risk Factor Prediction 汽车风险因素预测的优化集成机器学习模型

Automobiles are widely utilized in today's fast-paced society and we are completely reliant on them. A four-wheeled vehicle with a fuel-powered engine that is mostly utilized for passenger transportation. Automobile businesses have problems at the very beginning of production due of trade disputes between nations, which need the payment of a large number of tariffs. When we use these autos, a variety of technical concerns arise, which might be difficult to fix or deal with in the event of an accident. Machine learning in conjunction with data mining tools significantly leads to the establishment of prediction models, The standard machine learning algorithms applied to the auto sector are initially covered in this paper. Further to optimize the performance of applied model the ensemble approach with lazy and eager learning is applied where eager represents M5 and Lazy represents K-star and they both operates in parallel, taking their respective predictions and combined with voting mechanism the performance of ensembled technique found to be optimized and quite satisfactory when tested and compared on various parameters.
