Evaluation of Tobacco Resource Allocation Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process 基于层次分析法的烟草资源配置评价

Based on the current situation of tobacco production resource allocation, this paper systematically analyzes the development level of tobacco industry and the local agricultural and rural economic development level, finds out the core indicators and key indicators, establishes the tobacco development index, and evaluates the tobacco development. It is found that at present, the planters in Guizhou Province are mainly specialized farmers or family farms with a certain scale. However, due to the high risk of planting tobacco and the difficulty of adjusting land transfer, cooperatives and large enterprises can be appropriately introduced to plant tobacco, so as to have more coordination ability and anti risk ability in land transfer and resource utilization. This paper carries out evaluation and diagnosis, scientific guidance and accurate regulation from the macro and micro levels to promote the transformation from extensive and qualitative decision-making to accurate and quantitative decision-making in tobacco production; Through the pilot application, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, optimize the mode of production organization, optimize policies and measures, and promote the high-quality development of tobacco leaves. 1. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization, demanding that the development of agriculture and rural areas should be given priority, and rural revitalization should be promoted in an all-round way. This has brought new opportunities and hopes for rural development. All parts of Anyang City are also actively implementing the policy of the rural revitalization strategy, speeding up the industrialization of agriculture, adjusting the rural industrial structure, and constantly exploring the industrial model to revitalize the rural economy. The tourism industry in Anyang has developed rapidly in recent years and has become a strong driving force for regional economic development. In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, the coordinated development of the coupling of agriculture and tourism has pointed out the direction for the revitalization of the rural economy. 1. Overview of Agricultural Development in Anyang City Anyang City is located in the transition zone from the Taihang Mountains to the North China Plain. The land is fertile, rich in grain, cotton, oil, vegetables and other food crops. In 2019, the grain planting area was 8.489 million mu, the total grain output was 3.761 million tons, and the agricultural added value was as high as 19.8 billion yuan. The main food crops are wheat, corn, soybeans, peanuts, etc. Neihuang County, Tangyin County, and Anyang County are the main farming areas. Since 2009, Anyang City has continuously increased its support for the development of agricultural industrialization, and has listed the development of agricultural industrialization as one of the city's five key projects, and the development of agricultural industrialization has a good momentum of development. Optimal Weighted Logarithmic Transformation Converted HMOG Features for Automatic Smart Phone Authentication 最优加权对数变换转换HMOG特征的自动智能手机认证

This paper intends to develop an automatic behavior based smart phone authentication model by three major phases: Feature extraction Weighted logarithmic transformation and Classification. Initially, from the data related to the touches/gesture of the Smartphone user, Hand Movement, Orientation, and Grasp (HMOG) features are extracted with the aid of grasp resistance and grasp stability. These extracted features are mapped within the particular range by normalizing HMOG. These normalized data are multiplied with the weights followed by logarithmic transformation in the weighted logarithmic transformation phase. As a novelty, the decision making process related to the logarithmic and weight selection is based on the improved optimization algorithm, so called as Modified Threshold-based Whale Optimization Algorithm (MT-WOA). The final feature vectors are fed to DBN for recognizing the authorized users. Finally, a performance based evaluation is performed between the MT-WOA+DBN and the existing models like in terms of various relevant performance measures.
