GEOELECTRIC PHASOMETRIC CONTROL OF THE RAILWAY TRACKBED 铁路路基的地电相位控制

During the operation of the railway track, various defects and deformations may occur and accumulate in the earth bed and its soil base, which leads to a violation of their bearing capacity. The task of developing new technological methods for monitoring the condition of the ground foundation – roadbed – railway track system is becoming urgent. The article proposes a geoelectric phase-measuring method for monitoring the phase of recorded signals with changes in the load on the ground at the base of the railway track. The control of phase characteristics allows for greater sensitivity, accuracy and noise immunity compared to the control of the amplitude of geoelectric signals. The developed laboratory setup allows simulating various natural processes (changes in soil moisture, suffusion, karst dips, landslides, landslides, and others) and assessing their impact on the railway transport complex. The installation contains a model of the controlled object (a container with soil), generators of probing signals, a subsystem for recording signals in the environment, a subsystem for data processing. The proposed approach makes it possible to detect early geodynamic indicators of deformations of the railway trackbed.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR INPUT TESTING AND DIAGNOSTICS OF CU/TI RODS 开发用于 CU/TI 棒输入测试和诊断的自动化系统

The article presents the results of the development and testing of an automatic installation designed to diagnose (classify) defects of Cu/Ti rods (electrodes) widely used as current conductors in electroplating and chemical production. It is shown that the introduction of such an installation using one of the methods of non-destructive testing allows, on average, to reduce the diagnostic time by an order of magnitude compared to the option if the necessary actions were performed manually. To create an automated system based on the installation, modern electromechanical, electronic and computing tools have been used, which allow almost completely automating the diagnostic process from taking the necessary measurements, filtering data, displaying them in the form of graphs and tables, as well as classifying defects at the last stage using a neural network. According to the tests carried out, it was shown that the classification accuracy was at least 93 %.

QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE STABILITY OF PORTABLE RADIOGRAPHIC MONITORING TOOLS TO THE FACTORS OF A TRANSPORT ACCIDENT BY THE METHOD OF FINITE ELEMENT CALCULATIONS 用有限元计算方法定量评估便携式射线监测工具对运输事故因素的稳定性

A method of quantitative finite-element verification of stability of design and technological solutions of new generation portable radiographic equipment to the factors of transport accident at the stage of automated design of mathematical solid model of the shutter-type radiation head using software packages: "ZENIT-95" and "LS-DYNA" is proposed for consideration. The need for virtual quantitative assessment of stability of developed gamma detector components to emergency transport conditions at the design stage is largely due to the need to reduce costs for full-scale prototyping of technical solutions and test emergency tests. At the same time, production of prototypes equipped with radionuclide emitters without substantiating confirmation of the consistency of design solutions to extreme transportation conditions is certainly risky. Minimization of risk of making incorrect technical decisions at the stage of designing of radiographic control facilities of new generation with confirmation of consistency of design solutions to conditions of emergency transportation can be provided with the use of systems of automated design in 3D format and program-calculating modules "LS-DYNA" and "ZENIT-95" by finite-element calculations method. The object of the quantitative analysis of stability of the main functional unit of portable gamma detector to the transport accident factors by the finite element calculations method is a mathematical solid model of the radiation head conditionally containing radionuclide radiator and virtually exposed to transport accident factors: fall from height onto a target; thermal effects of fire. The 3D model of the WG as the main functional part of the gamma detector represents a logically connected system of elements, the state of which can be described by a set of differential equations, the solution of which using digital technology determines the stresses, strains and zones of thermal effect, allowing a quantitative assessment of mechanical strength and thermal stability of the structural solutions of the product. The results of finite element analysis in the software package "LS-DYNA" with a quantitative assessment of structural and strength stability of the radiation head of a gamma detector when falling from height, as well as the results of stability to thermal influence by the example of a finite element model of the radiation head in the software package "ZENIT-95" are presented.

DIELECTRIC SPECTROSCOPY METHOD FOR POLAR POLYMERS ELASTIC PROPERTIES DIAGNOSTICS 用于极性聚合物弹性性能诊断的介电光谱法

The mechanical properties of polymer materials are changes under the complex influence of such climatic factors as, for example, solar radiation, temperature changes, high humidity, and the impact of microorganisms – destructors. The methods of non-invasive diagnostics have to be used for changes prediction of the polymers materials products mechanical properties. The dielectric spectroscopy possibility using for diagnosing the modulus of elasticity of polymeric materials is considered in that paper. The results of elasticity modulus investigation by the dielectric spectroscopy using the DiMarzio–Bishop model and the mechanical measurements method are considered and compared in that paper. The results of dielectric and mechanical properties of polymers samples (polymethylmethacrylate, polycarbonate and polyvinylchloride) investigation are considered in that paper. These polymers are polar, so their mechanical properties in the elastic region of deformations can be investigate by dielectric spectroscopy method. This is due to the fact that the elastic deformations of a polymer are determined by the deformation of its macromolecules. It is show, that there are qualitative agreements between results of that measurement and the DiMarzio–Bishop model have to be refinement. The dipoles are represented as a spheres and interaction between dipoles are neglected in the DiMarzio–Bishop model. In our opinion, the interaction between dipoles in polymeric macromolecules is inevitable, and the configuration of dipoles differs from spherical. The necessity of using the calibration coefficient in the DiMarzio–Bishop model is shown by comparing the results of elastic modulus experimental measurements by the mechanical method and the dielectric spectroscopy method. This calibration factor takes into account the average number of dipoles in a macromolecule with a coefficient proportionality ∼6,7⋅10–5.

AUTOMATED CONTROL OF TRANSFORMER PARAMETERS ACCORDING TO ASKUE DATA 根据询问数据自动控制变压器参数

The problem of identification and control of the current parameters of the transformer supplying the distribution electrical network (RES) under the conditions of the functioning of the automated control system and electricity metering (ASKUE) is considered. In this case, the parameters are the active and reactive components of the internal resistance of the transformer and the effective value of its emf. A system of algebraic equations for the desired parameters is obtained. The solution of the resulting system is carried out using a numerical algorithm. The developed method and its algorithm can be used to solve the problems of diagnosing the state of the network, optimizing the operating modes of the RES and monitoring power losses in it as part of the ASKUE.

IMPLEMENTATION PECULIARITIES OF METHOD FOR LITHIUM BATTERIES TECHNICAL STATE MONITORING BASED ON ANALYSIS OF RELAXATION PROCESSES CAUSED BY LOAD VARIATIONS 基于负载变化引起的弛豫过程分析的锂电池技术状态监测方法的实施特殊性

The paper describes a technique for estimating the parameters of the second-order electrical model of lithium battery (LB), based on the analysis of its response to a step-like load change. The advantage of this approach is the implementation with simple and compact measuring equipment. Taking into account the limitations for the maximum LB load, the solution of a system of nonlinear equations when estimating the model parameters can be reduced to solving a system of linear algebraic equations. This finding makes it possible to implement the approach with inexpensive general-purpose microcontrollers. Thus, the paper proposes a method for reducing computational costs, which consists in sequential fitting of experimental relaxation curves with two single-exponential models instead of using a complex two-exponential model. It provides more than twofold reduction in the time for identifying the parameters of the LB’s electrical model. The experimental studies show that the obtained dependences of the equivalent circuit parameters can be explained by the general properties of physicochemical reactions occurring in LB. From a practical point of view, the proposed method has great advantages. First, it has better time localization compared to electrochemical impedance spectrometry. This advantage is especially important for LB due to the effect of the discharge processes on the results. In addition, the response time of diagnostic systems is significantly reduced. The advantage of this approach is the implementation with simple and compact measuring equipment. Taking into account the limitations for the maximum LB load, the solution of a system of nonlinear equations when estimating the model parameters can be reduced to solving a system of linear algebraic equations. This finding makes it possible to implement the approach with inexpensive general-purpose microcontrollers. Thus, the paper proposes a method for reducing computational costs, which consists in sequential fitting of experimental relaxation curves with two single-exponential models instead of using a complex two-exponential model. It provides more than twofold reduction in the time for identifying the parameters of the LB’s electrical model. The experimental studies show that the obtained dependences of the equivalent circuit parameters can be explained by the general properties of physicochemical reactions occurring in LB. From a practical point of view, the proposed method has great advantages. First, it has better time localization compared to electrochemical impedance spectrometry. This advantage is especially important for LB due to the effect of the discharge processes on the results. In addition, the response time of diagnostic systems is significantly reduced. At present, metal and polymer nanoparticles are widely used in industry and scientific research. Important characteristics of liquid dispersions of nanoparticles are the size and concentration of particles. There are optical methods that make it possible to rapidly measure the parameters of nanoparticles in a liquid media, but they usually allow only spherical particles to be analyzed. To solve the problem of controlling the characteristics of non-spherical particles, samples of colloidal gold nanorods were studied by nanoparticle tracking analysis. The results showed the possibility of estimating the concentration of particles in the sample, as well as drawing conclusions about the monodispersity of the samples and the presence of large aggregates in them.

The article describes the course of vibration measurements at a particular metallurgical plant, one of the workshops of which is equipped with vibration mills, from the formulation of the problem to the analysis of the results. The problem lies in the low quality of the floor on which four RVM-45 vibratory mills of the RVM-45/131.01 design are located, causing periodic loads and vibrations. The paper presents the results of vibration tests obtained through measurements at various points in the room during the startup, operation and shutdown of mills. The studies were carried out using a measuring device “Vibran-2.1”. The reason for the occurrence of progressive vibration caused by the intearactive operation of vibration mills RVM-45 is revealed. Ways to reduce the overall level of vibration in the room with the simultaneous operation of all mechanisms are proposed.

Increasing the level of reliability of aviation equipment is quite relevant, but at the same time a difficult task. Aircraft engines (AD) are removed from operation every year if they have not exhausted their established resources and service life. As a rule, the reasons for early termination of operation are defects and malfunctions of individual engine components, their mechanical damage, as well as human errors that lead to a malfunction of the engines. From the performed analysis of the causes of failures and damages of the engines of operational-tactical aviation aircraft, it can be concluded that in the vast majority of cases, the failures manifested themselves in increased vibration, which indicated the destruction of the bearing supports of the compressor and turbine rotors, the failure of which may lead to shutdown and damage to the gas turbine engine. Such consequences adversely affect flight safety and can lead to both the loss of the aircraft and the death of the crew. The specifics of the placement of the bearing supports of the GTE rotors greatly complicates their diagnostics in the framework of non-destructive testing. New models are proposed for assessing the presence of defects in the bearing supports of the rotors of aircraft gas turbine engines, based on the analysis of vibroacoustic signals in the frequency and time domains. A software and hardware complex has been created that allows diagnosing the technical condition of the bearing supports of the rotors of aircraft gas turbine engines.

The article provides information about the information-measuring system of the layout of the complex for sorting apples, which allows you to determine the maximum diameter of an apple when it moves along a roller conveyor. The control algorithm is based on the use of automated thresholding using the method of moments, as well as the Advanced Morphology operation. Studies have shown that the maximum diameter measurement error does not exceed 2 mm, and the influence of radial distortion is reduced to 0.17 % as a result of calibration.
