Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan siswa melalui model Picture and Picture dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran sains materi penggolongan hewan di SDN 73/IX Simpang Sungai Duren Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota. Penelitian menggunakan metode tindakan kelas serta dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus, setiap siklus dua kali pertemuan dalam alokasi waktu 2 jam setiap siklus akan melalui tahap tahap persiapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui model Picture and Picture pada siklus I pencapaian hasil belajar masih sangat rendah yaitu pada materi “Penggolongan Hewan” yakni mencapai rata-rata pada siklus I 36%, pada siklus II mencapai 75% terjadi peningkatan 39% dan pada siklus ke III mencapai 83% terjadi Peningkatan 8%. Hal ini terlihat pada setiap siklus terjadi peningkatan dan pada tes akhir mencapai nilai rata – rata yang memuaskan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran melalui model Picture and Picture dapat neningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu melihat persentase dan pencapaian kompetensi pada pokok bahasan “Penggolongan Hewan”

Objective. Thalassemia is a genetic disorder that can be experienced by a person. A person suffering from thalassemia can be detected at the age of 2 years. There are two types of thalassemia, namely major and minor. The Sleman district general hospital is one of the referral hospitals for thalassemia patients in the Sleman district. The number of thalassemia patients who were registered and carried out routine examinations were 30 patients. Purpose. This study aims to determine trend changes in hemoglobin levels giving packed red cells in thalassemia patients. Method. This study used descriptive analytic research method by looking at the trend of changes in hemoglobin levels of patients who underwent blood transfusions for 3 months. Results. A total of 30 thalassemia patients were included in this study but there were 3 patients who did not re-control the first post-control during the study. The results of patient data analysis showed that from 30 thalassemia patients, 11 patients had an increasing trend of hemoglobin levels. A total of 4 patients had a trend of decreased hemoglobin levels. A total of 11 patients had a trend of increasing and decreasing hemoglobin levels. And there is 1 patient who has a steady trend of hemoglobin levels. Conclusion. The trend of increasing hemoglobin levels was as many as 11 patients.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of learning physics using the practicum method on the motivation and learning outcomes of class VII A MTs Berkah Palangka Raya Integrated MTs. The type of research used was aquasi-experimental designwith the type "one group pretest-posttest design". The population in this study used one class with a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and test questions. The data analysis technique used in this study is the prerequisite analysis test using the normality test and hypothesis testing. Normality test using Shapiro Wilk and hypothesis testing using Paired Sample T-Test t-test with a significant level of 0.05. The results of this study are 1) there is an effect of learning physics using the practicum method on students' learning motivation with a significant value of 0.000. 2) there is an effect of learning physics using practicum methods on results with a significant value of 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of learning physics using the practicum method on the motivation and learning outcomes of students. Uji normalitas dengan menggunakan Shapiro wilk dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t Paired Sampel T-Test dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1) terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran fisika menggunakan metode praktikum terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. 2) terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran fisika menggunakan metode praktikum terhadap hasil dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran fisika menggunakan metode praktikum terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract - The topic of this research was purposed to understanding the readiness of students to receive a face-by-face learning at integrated science lesson. This study took the research methond in the form of descriptive qualitative. This topic was conducted at SMP IT Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya with 10 students of class 2 junior high school as a reaserch subjects. The data gathering technique by the researcher is a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed descriptively with reference to the ability category scale. By the results of the research that has been analyzed, that can be concluded the level of student learning readiness in face-by-face learning at integrated science subjects is on range “very good” criteria. Abstrak - Topik penelitian ini diangkat dengan intensi untuk memahami kesiapan anak didik dalam menerima pembelajaran secara tatap muka pada pelajaran IPA Terpadu. Penelitian ini mengambil metode penelitian berupa kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP IT Sahabat Alam Palangka Raya dengan subjek penyelidikan sebanyak 10 anak didik kelas VIII. Teknik pengambilan data yang dipakai peneliti adalah angket/ kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan acuan skala kategori kemampuan. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dianalisis bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kesiapan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tatap muka pada mata pelajaran IPA Terpadu termasuk pada kriteria “sangat baik”.

The research is aimed to examine the influence of a guided discovery learning model assisted by PhET simulation media on students' creative thinking skills. The type of research used is quasi-experiment research with a nonequivalent control group design. The population used is the students of class X IPA SMAN 1 Kediri. Sampling using a saturated sampling technique with all members of the population as a sample, where class X IPA 1 is the experimental class and X IPA 2 is the control class. The technique of data analysis was carried out by a polled variance t-test. The results of the t-test indicate that the value of is greater than (2.03) at a significant level of 5% so that Ha is accepted, which means that the creative thinking ability of students on the subject of momentum and impulse has increased after being given treatment. The highest increase occurred in the class using a guided discovery learning model assisted by PhET simulation media. This study aims to determine the effect of applying the picture and picture method to improve the numeracy skills of grade II students at SD Negeri 01 Mamben Daya for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research subjects were grade II students at SD Negeri 01 Mamben Daya with a total of 31 students consisting of 17 boys and 14 girls. The results of this study indicate that the results of the evaluation using a written test in the form of multiple choices to find out the acquisition of students' numeracy skills are quite good, namely from the first cycle the results were 64%, which then increased by 20% so that the proportion of completeness in the second cycle became 84% with an average class cycle I of 64 which then increased in cycle II to 84. Thus the application of the picture and picture method to improve numeracy skills in class II students at SD Negeri 01 mamben daya for the 2022/2023 academic year can improve participants' numeracy skills educate.

The research subjects were grade II students at SD Negeri 01 Mamben Daya with a total of 31 students consisting of 17 boys and 14 girls. \u0000The results of this study indicate that the results of the evaluation using a written test in the form of multiple choices to find out the acquisition of students' numeracy skills are quite good, namely from the first cycle the results were 64%, which then increased by 20% so that the proportion of completeness in the second cycle became 84% with an average class cycle I of 64 which then increased in cycle II to 84. This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of the development of learning tools using the STAD model assisted by flipbooks. This study uses the Borg & Gall development model with the following stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. The validation of the learning device was measured using a validation sheet. The data obtained were analyzed using the Aiken's V formula with a minimum value of 0.78 for 6 validators. The results of the validation of learning devices were declared valid with the average acquisition of Aiken's V calculations in the lesson plan of 0.91, flipbook media of 0.88, LKPD of 0.88, and evaluation questions of 0.90. The reliability of the learning device was tested using the ICC (Interclass Correlation Coeficient) test with SPSS Version 25 software, the results obtained from the reliability of the lesson plan of 0.778 included in the good category, while the reliability value for flipbook media obtained results of 0.537, LKPD of 0.565, and evaluation questions of 0.626 is included in the medium category. It is hoped that this learning device can be tested by the next researcher.

Pemberian transfusi trombosit banyak ditemukan kegagalan transfusi trombosit dengan manifestasi klinis terjadinya platelet transfusion refractoriness (PTR). Kegagalan transfusi trombosit ini diketahui dengan tidak tercapainya angka kenaikan trombosit sesuai yang diharapkan, atau yang sering disebut corrected count increment (CCI) < 7500/ µL dan percentage platelet recovery (PPR) kurang dari 20%. Studi ini merupakan observasi dengan jenis penelitian potong lintang untuk melakukan analisis terhadap peningkatan jumlah trombosit pada pasien multi transfusi trombosit. Diketahui 14,3% hasil CCI < 7500/ µL dan 14,3% hasil PPR< 20%, analisis korelasi didapatkan hasil p > 0,05 dan arah korelasi negatif, yang berarti semakin besar nilai satu variabel semakin kecil nilai variabel lainnya. Analisis keberhasilan kenaikan angka trombosit berdasarkan perhitungan CCI dan PPR 14,3 % diantaranya mengalami refrakter trombosit, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai CCI < 7500/ µL dan nilai PPR < 20%. Peningkatan angka trombosit yang dilihat secara penilaian tunggal tidak mengindikasikan efektifitas/ keberhasilan pemberian transfusi trombosit, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai CCI dan PPR yang menunjukkan terjadinya refrakter trombosit.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Matematika dengan menggunakan model Kooperatif Tipe Stad pada kelas VI SDN.236/IX Aur Duri II Muaro Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Desain PTK menggunakan model Kemmis dan Taggart yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan dan observasi, serta refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Subjeknya adalah siswa kelas VI SDN.236/IX Aur Duri II Muaro Jambi yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase hasil belajar, hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketuntasan KKM siswa dari kegiatan pratindakan dan setiap siklus, yaitu pada pra tindakan sebesar 46%, pada siklus I sebesar 57,14% tingkat keberhasilan, kemudian dilaksanakan tindakan kembali dan meningkat menjadi 71% di siklus II. Namun karena hal ini masih belum mencukupi tingkat keberhasilan, maka dari itu dilaksanakan lah siklus III yang memperoleh hasil 85.71%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model Kooperatif Tipe Stad dalam pembelajaran MTK dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

This article aims to examine the concept of environmental ethics in ecotourism-based science learning. In conventional education, the educational process only focuses on knowledge (cognitive) while the attitude aspect only gets a very small portion. Environmental ethics in ecotourism-based science learning is expected to integrate various science concepts and contextual science learning objectives with the ecotourism concept, so that the formation of environmental care characters in students and the implementation of ESD can be realized optimally. This research uses literature study method. The data used in this study were sourced from scientific articles (national and international, science textbooks (SD, SMP and SMK), reference books, and literature reviews related to the concepts studied. Based on the above reviews, it can be concluded that the concept of environmental ethics that mostly presented in science learning materials at all levels of primary and secondary education dominated by anthropocentrism theory, while the concept of ecotourism is mostly presented at the vocational level with the Tourism Expertise Program.
