Research on Course Teaching Quality Evaluation Based on Improved BP Neural Network Algorithm 基于改进BP神经网络算法的课程教学质量评价研究

BP neural network is a model that abstractly portrays the neuronal system of the brain, however, the selection of the number of neurons in the Hide layer becomes the key to the construction of the neural network model. This paper addresses the problems of Hide layer selection in the transmission model, improves the "in-and-out method" and applies it to the neural network model, and combines the improved nonlinear Levenberg-Marquardt function to make the evaluation model operation process faster and more reasonable. Then the evaluation model was applied to the SPOC+MOOC learning evaluation of a major course at University L to assess student learning behavior. The results show that the course teaching quality evaluation model based on improved BP neural network algorithm has fast convergence speed and small error, and its evaluation results can effectively reflect the level of course teaching quality, and the analysis results have certain reference, which can provide reference basis for improving and improving online course teaching.

One of the core connotations of smart classroom is personalization, which abandons the neat and uniform knowledge transfer mode of traditional classroom. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of online and offline teaching mode, we focus on the principle and application of big data technology . The lecturer has made innovative designs in teaching mode, teaching content and curriculum evaluation system. It is true to change standardized teaching into personalized teaching that respects learning individuals and promotes students' knowledge construction and literacy improvement . We are teaching students according to their aptitude. At the same time, adhere to the people-oriented teaching concept and use data to guide teaching, but not too much rely on data, change the way of thinking, and transform teaching from industrialized production to agricultural deep-rooted and meticulous work to create good teaching ecological environment.

Student Creativity and Talent Development in Higher Education Institutions of Azerbaijan 阿塞拜疆高等教育机构的学生创造力和人才发展

The aim of the study is to find out how to develop student creativity in Azerbaijan higher education institutions. This research is consists of two parts: descriptive part of the research, where the author tried to analyze background of the study and research have been done in the filed so far. The second part based on a survey, which is conducted for students and teachers of various HEIs of the country. 219 respondents answered the research questions from various universities of Azerbaijan. The results of research indicated that creativity can be strengthen in higher education with help and support of teachers and by knowledge, creativity can be further enhanced in the teaching process depending on the teacher's pedagogical skills and approach, various teaching methods can develop creativity of students in higher education including modern innovative technologies, creativity justifies itself at every moment in teaching and learning process in higher education, motivation is a key issue for increasing creativity.

Social-Network-Assisted Task Recommendation Algorithm in Mobile Crowd Sensing 移动人群感知中的社交网络辅助任务推荐算法

With the popularity of mobile smart devices, collecting data has become more convenient. Freeing from the constraints of professional equipment, Mobile Crowd Sensing (MCS) has gained wide attention. As the key component of MCS system, task recommendation directly affects the quantity and quality of task completion. However, most of previous task recommendation modules in MCS system only consider the situation where users complete tasks independently, without further consideration of the possibility that users can seek assistance through social networks. In this paper, we come up with a task recommendation algorithm combined social networks to maximize the number of completed tasks. We build up a user-task rating matrix based on the number of tasks performed by each user, and then we use the matrix factorization method to get the latent factor matrix. According to the latent factor matrix, we greedily select some tasks for each user. Next, we calculate the user extroversion and intimacy with others through social networks data to get the probability of users asking for help from their friends. We get the scoring matrix and task recommendation list, considering that users could complete the task together. Finally, we conduct lots of experiments based on a real-world dataset, and the experimental results show that our solution outperforms the existing algorithms.

Research on the Teaching of Music Education in Colleges and Universities Under the Reflective Teaching Dimension 反思性教学维度下的高校音乐教学研究

Reflective teaching, that is, teaching reflection, is a teaching method that scholars have studied more and more, and its importance has attracted the attention of today's educational circles, but the teaching reflection in college education has not been paid enough attention. This paper makes a detailed and in-depth analysis and research on the teaching of music education in colleges and universities from the perspectives of theory and practice by drawing on the relevant principles and characteristics of teaching reflection, and discusses the necessity and teaching strategies of college teachers' teaching reflection and college music education teaching. In order to achieve a harmonious and natural state between all aspects of music education and teaching, it is expected that music education in colleges and universities will develop in a more vivid, orderly, healthy and harmonious direction.

Combined Load Prediction Model of SVM-LSTM based on Markov Chain Error Correction 基于马尔可夫链误差校正的SVM-LSTM联合负荷预测模型

Generally, load balancing is implemented based on static load balancing strategy or dynamic load balancing strategy. Static load balancing strategy lacks real-time performance, while dynamic load balancing strategy can select the appropriate server to process requests according to the real-time performance of the server. With the development of machine learning and deep learning, models can be built to predict the load of the server in the future, and the performance of the server can be known in advance. In this paper, a combined load prediction model of SVM-LSTM based on Markov chain error correction is proposed by combining support vector machine and LSTM. Experiments on public data sets show that the experimental results of this model are better than the single prediction model and the combined prediction model without Markov error correction.

The Deep Integration of the Core Value of Characteristic Student Clubs and Teaching Research 特色学生社团核心价值与教学研究的深度融合

The process of the healthy development of a student community with school characteristics is essentially the process of the deep integration of the community activities with the teaching and scientific research work, in which the attribute and typical path are different. This study uses case analysis method, taking UAV Association of South China Agricultural University as an example, to summarize the characteristics and core value of the association, analyze its community role and attribute, and explore the specific path of the deep integration of the association, scientific research and teaching. The research shows that different roles in the community show unique attributes. Under the orderly differentiation of role attributes, around the two major tasks of talent training and scientific research in colleges, the teaching integration path had been formed to ensure the growth of role attributes, and the research integration path based on role attribute exchange had been formed. The research results provide a clear model and reference for the development of university characteristic communities based on their own core value.

Future of Telecom Network Management Systems in Power utility's Telecom Networks 电力公司电信网络中电信网络管理系统的未来

Power utility's communication networks is a critical infrastructure that carries important services. As more internal and external stakeholders are getting visible, the requirement of services have increased. Telecom Network Management Systems need be in line with the development of technologies and expansion of networks. Although utility's Telecom Network Management Systems (TMNS) have evolved since the last two decades, the recent changes in information ecosystem is so demanding that the utility's telecom services have significant impact on economics of power industry. This necessitates a technological and architectural shift in power utility's TNMS. This study focus on transformation of existing silo based TNMS systems into more integrated, interconnected and intelligent systems that can drive the industry to future. The study is based on several challenges and studies done by DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) communication engineers with existing network management systems. The study concludes that it is recommended to shift to a new approach in order to cope with the network and technologies development

Application of Genetic Algorithm in Intelligent Student Management Information System 遗传算法在智能学生管理信息系统中的应用

In order to meet the needs of talent cultivation under the new situation, the existing student management mode of colleges and universities also needs corresponding reform and innovation. The rapid development of today's computer network and software development technology also brings new opportunities for the reform of student management mode in colleges and universities. Nowadays, most colleges and universities are also gradually carrying out campus informatization projects to improve the daily work efficiency of all administrative departments of the school to meet the needs of teaching management reform. Therefore, based on network and software technology, it is of practical significance. In this paper, we study the application of genetic algorithm in intelligent student management information system under the complex environment of multi-campus and multi-discipline in the current smart campus environment, to support the reform of student management information system. The results show that the application of intelligent management system is very necessary in student information management. The college student management system needs to be further developed and improved.
为适应新形势下人才培养的需要,高校现有的学生管理模式也需要进行相应的改革和创新。当今计算机网络和软件开发技术的飞速发展,也为高校学生管理模式的改革带来了新的机遇。如今,大多数高校也在逐步开展校园信息化工程,提高学校各行政部门的日常工作效率,以适应教学管理改革的需要。因此,基于网络和软件技术,具有现实意义。本文研究了在当前智能校园环境下多校区、多学科的复杂环境下,遗传算法在智能学生管理信息系统中的应用,为学生管理信息系统的改革提供支持。结果表明,智能管理系统在学生信息管理中的应用是非常必要的。高校学生管理制度有待进一步发展和完善。

VR technology is a modern science and technology that simulates real life through a computer system. It allows users to have an immersive feeling and experience. Therefore, it takes an significantly role in physical education that emphasizes technical movement education. This paper focus on the studies of VR technology application based on computer vision in college physical education teaching. The necessity and status quo of computer VR technology and physical education teaching efficient, it proposes the application strategy of computer VR technology in college physical education teaching, to effectively apply computer vision VR technology to college physical education, to improve the physical education quality and efficiency, and to promote healthier development of physical education.
