This research was conducted with the intention to identify the effect of product image excellence, product image strength and product image uniqueness on the decision making of purchasing SME products in management study program students in East Java. The population determined in this study were all active students of management study programs in East Java Province. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. This research was conducted through a survey approach. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple regression techniques to test the hypothesis proposed in this study. This research has urgency both for the development of marketing science or for stakeholders related to the development of SMEs. The novelty element of this research compared to other studies in the same field is the use of dimensions in the product image that are excellence, strength and uniqueness that are enhanced into research variables. This research has proven that product image, product image strength and product image uniqueness have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This paper explains the situation of changing the industrial era 4.0 to society 5.0, the interpersonal skills of accounting students in their relationship to readiness to face era 5.0, as well as analyzing the best ways to develop skills in this digital era. The interpersonal skills presented are the results of research on accounting students undergoing digital-based learning. The resulting discussion shows that the community is moving towards an era of society 5.0. Digitalization and shift in the role of the accounting profession in era 4. 0 this time will be directed to develop big data to solve various problems in the era of society 5.0. Interpersonal skills are increasingly important, especially the leadership dimension. Therefore, the development of digital- based accounting student learning such as case studies, Class Polling and Surveys, discussion groups, and others is considered to be adaptable to prepare them to become accountants in the eraofsociety5.0.

Human resource plays an important role for the economy. How to obtain human resource quality is by implementing the quality of education system. Education is one of the important considerations sought by the government, as proved by the size of its allocation on budget. Therefore, evaluating the efficiency of its implementation in Indonesia is needed by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This paper attempts to develop a new efficiency model of Indonesian education system and implement it to all school’s levels: primary school, junior high school, senior and vocational high school, in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results show provinces that already have achieved cost, technical and overall efficiency are only 1 and 2 provinces at each levels of education. Regarding the managerial implications, teacher’s equity is a top priority in improving the quality of education system in Indonesia.

This research investigates the effect of service quality and price perception on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research also seeks to investigate the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and price perception with customer loyalty. This research focuses observations on 100 students in Sidoarjo who have made purchases in Indomaret- Sidoarjo. To test the research hypothesis, this research adopted the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique using SmartPLS. This research found that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and price perception also has a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, this study actually proves that service quality apparently has no significant effect on customer satisfaction

This research examines the effect of social networking on brand trust and brand loyalty while simultaneously examining the role of brand trust mediation on the relationship between social networking and brand loyalty. Respondents in this study consisted of 100 consumers who use social networks and do beauty treatments at beauty clinics in Surabaya. Students in private universities and employees dominate the number of respondents in this research. To test the research hypothesis, this research adopted the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique using SmartPLS. This research proves that brand trust has a significant influence on brand loyalty and a significant effect of social networking on brand trust. This research also found that social networking does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty. Therefore, this research also proves that brand trust has a full mediating role in the relationship between social networking and brand loyalty
