A study on the cross section in pipe type orifice of suitable piston rod moving in gas spring elevation working 气弹簧高程工作中合适活塞杆运动的管式孔口截面研究

Gas springs of the television is to control the piston speed when operating under along stroke(200~300 mm, television elevation)is possible. User by this principle is capable of elevation adjustment. First carried out a flow analysis of the piston. A piston speed adjustment technique for precise pipe type cross-section was examined. The piston structure for flow rate control and elevation action is proposed. This study is the development of a gas spring of more than 50 inch television with a large television stand. Hollow piston rod for optimal control(the outer diameter 19.9 mm, the inner diameter 13.9 mm) was injected into the nitrogen gas(0.3 mm/s) in. As a result, the flow rate the pressure drop of the piston rod as the increase was increased without any change of the external force. As a result, control of the displacement via the gas spring is possible.

Analyses of Studies on Swallowing Rehabilitation Program for Stroke patients in Korea 韩国脑卒中患者吞咽康复方案研究分析

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of studies on swallowing rehabilitation interventions for stroke patients that had been conducted in the past 5 years (2010-2014) in Korea and to examine their findings. A literature search was conducted through RISS, National Assembly Library, and KISS, and 12 papers were analyzed. Four articles were from nursing science, and 8 from other disciplines. Qualitative evaluation of the articles was conducted by using an evaluation framework that was designed by the researcher, which took into account the checklist presented by the Scottish Intercollegiate Guideline Network (2013). In the results of the qualitative evaluation on the papers, 4 studies scored 7 out of 10 points, 6 studies scored between 5 and 6 points, and 2 studies scored 4 points. Intervention sessions were conducted for 25 minutes, on average, each at a frequency of 4.1 sessions per week, for a total of 33.7 sessions. This study found that direct swallowing training and comprehensive intervention of respiratory and oral, including pharyngeal were effective in relieving difficulties in swallowing. In the future, such findings are expected to be used in nursing interventions for establishment of the basis for evidence-based nursing practice.

A design on Light-Weight Key Exchange and Mutual Authentication Routing Protocol in Sensor Network Environments 传感器网络环境下轻量级密钥交换与互认证路由协议的设计

Abstract Wireless Sensor Networks is the technology which is used in explore role for military purposes, as wellas various fields such as industrial equipment management, process management, and leverage available technologies by distributing node into various areas. but there are some limitations about energy, processing power, and memorystorage capacity in wireless sensor networks environment, because of tiny hardware, so various routing protocols are proposed to overcome it. however existing routing protocols are very vulnerable in the intercommunication, because they focus on energy efficiency, and they can't use existing encryption for it, Because of sensor's limitations suchlike processing power and memory. Therefore, this paper propose mutual authentication scheme that prevent various security threats by using mutual authentication techniques and, Key generation and updating system as taking into account energy efficiency Keywords : LEACH, Sensor, Sensor Authentication, Sensor Network, Sensor Routing Protocol

Redundancy Allocation in A Multi-Level Series System by Cuckoo Search 基于杜鹃搜索的多级串联系统冗余分配

The systems such as train, airplane and passenger ship require high reliability because of the critical result due to system failure. Redundancy allocation is known as an efficiency method to enhance the system reliability. The methodology of redundancy allocation is developed for a multi-level system with hierarchical structure. This paper considers an optimization algorithm for multi-level redundancy allocation problems(MRAPs). Most of cases in system design employ duplicating single unit in a direct line to improve reliability because of complexity of duplicating units in multi levels. The constraint for the direct line reduces the search space in the optimization problem, but makes it difficult to find feasible solutions in meta-heuristics. Cuckoo search(CS) is presented to optimize MRAP. An upper bound of the number of redundancy is considered to improve search efficiency.

Enhancement of carbon dioxide absorption rate with metal nano particles 金属纳米粒子增强二氧化碳吸收率的研究

With increasing concern about global warming, CCS (Carbon dioxide capture and storage) has attracted much attention as a promising technology for reducing CO2 emission. It is necessary to develop the cost-effective absorbents materials in order to rapid commercialize CCS technologies. In this work, he study for the promotion of absorption rate in CO2 capture system using metal nanoparticle were investigated. Three kinds of metal nanoparticle, cobalt, zinc, and nickel, were prepared by wet and dry method and effect of preparation method on the absorption rate of CO2 were compared. Among the tested using pH method, nickel nanoparticle prepared by wet method showed the most significant improvement of CO2 absorption rate. In case that metal nanoparticle is applied to CCS process, it is expected to be more efficient in CO2 capture process due to reduce the size of absorption tower.

An Empirical Analysis of Management and Innovative Performances by the Characteristics of the Industrial Park Tenancy 工业园区租赁特征对管理与创新绩效的实证分析

This study applies regression analysis and propensity score matching to analyze the agglomeration economies which the characteristics of tenancy affect the performance of the manufacturing industry based on industrial parks. The estimation main data are from Kis-Value, KIPRIS and FEMIS. The results show that the industrial park tenancy tends to work positively on the management performances. But there is no evidence that on-Park firms in the metropolitan areas(Gyeonggi-do) have higher management and innovative performances than the comparable firms. The firms that have lived for a long time in the industrial parks, are good in total sales, however, they have no significant efficiency in net profit, operating profit, and patents. The firms, having several branches of the industrial parks, have lower operating profit than others. Long-term and multiple tenant firms do not learn over time nor do they establish better linkages and networks.

An Influence of Adolescent's Self-Esteem and Environmental Characteristics on Life Satisfaction : Moderating Effect of Positive Self-Evaluation and Negative Self-Evaluation 青少年自尊和环境特征对生活满意度的影响:积极自我评价和消极自我评价的调节作用

This study analyzes the moderating effects of the self-esteem on the life satisfaction of 2,040 middle school senior students using the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2012 Data (KCYPS 2012) provided by the National Youth Policy Institute. The path analysis of how environmental characteristics, such as parents, friends, and school, affect life satisfaction, is based on four groups of self-esteem, categorized by positive and negative self-evaluation levels. The analysis suggests that groups with higher levels of positive self-evaluation have closer relevance in more paths than other groups. Furthermore, in groups with higher levels of negative self-evaluation, negative effects on life satisfaction are offset by positive self-evaluation. These results suggest research associated with the mental health of adolescents and their self-esteem should be performed according to two separate levels of self-esteem: positive self-evaluation and negative self-evaluation. Since low levels of negative self-evaluation doesn't necessarily guarantee high levels of positive self-evaluation, counseling for adolescents needs to have different tracks, addressing positive and negative self-evaluation levels.

A Production Efficiency Analysis of Cucumber Farms in South Korea 韩国黄瓜农场的生产效率分析

The purpose of this study is to analyse cucumber farms managing efficiency and to draw some factors needed to maximize farms production efficiency. After reviewing and analysing some cucumber farms main management index in detail, we found that, compared to scale improvement, technical efficiency has more potential to increase cucumber farms income. Moreover There is a positive correlation between cucumber production and farms pure technical efficiency slightly, but because of the degree, we suggested to reduce input elements for enhancing pure technical efficiency under certain conditions.
本研究的目的是分析黄瓜农场的管理效率,并得出农场生产效率最大化所需的一些因素。在对一些黄瓜农场的主要管理指标进行详细回顾和分析后,我们发现,与规模提升相比,技术效率更有可能增加黄瓜农场的收入。此外,黄瓜产量与农场纯技术效率之间略有正相关,但由于程度不同,我们建议在一定条件下减少投入要素以提高纯技术效率。

Study on Remote control and monitoring system of the multipurpose guard rail using USN 基于USN的多用途护栏远程控制与监控系统研究

This thesis is about the system where the solar module is attached to the high functional guardrail posts with anti-weed, anti-plant, and road-kill applied to produce internal power, enabling the integrated control and real-time monitoring of appearance of wildlife and road conditions using the USN. The whole system consists of a photovoltaic module(PV), a detection sensor(pyroelectric), a controller(operation select and motion sensor), the USN system, the DB(sound and flash), an output unit of sound and flash, and the control system of road-kill prevention and safety induction for vehicles. Thus this study aims to address the remote control and monitoring system of multipurpose guardrails to improve road environment, prevent road-kills, protect wild animals, and guide cars safely by using the USN which is combined with new renewable energy and IT convergence technology. As a result of the study on the remote control and monitoring system using the USN, it was ascertained that the response time of the unmanned sensing system was within 5.1 ms with the current consumption of 0.328 mA, and the data transmission speed of the remote control system was 250 kbps with the current consumption of 0.283 mA.

A Study on the Effects of Emotional Labor on Counterproductive Work Behavior: Mediated by Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment 情绪劳动对反生产行为的影响:工作满意度和组织承诺的中介作用

This research conducted a survey of the workers in medical institutions and carried out empirical analysis through covariance structure equation modelling in order to examine the relationship among emotional labor, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and counterproductive work behaviors of medical institution workers. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows; First, the frequency of emotional expression, one of the dimensions of emotional labor, did not have a positive influence on job satisfaction, but both the degree of emotional expression attentiveness and emotional dissonance had a negatively significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction had a positively significant effect on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment had a negatively significant effect on counterproductive work behaviors toward both individuals and organizations. This research result shows that it is necessary to pay attention to drawing a plan to reduce emotional labor that workers in medical institutions experience since emotional labor causes them to get negative results while they are performing their duties.
本研究通过对医疗机构工作人员的调查,通过协方差结构方程模型进行实证分析,探讨医疗机构工作人员情绪劳动、工作满意度、组织承诺与反生产行为之间的关系。实证分析结果如下:首先,情绪劳动维度之一的情绪表达频率对工作满意度没有正向影响,但情绪表达专注度和情绪失调度对工作满意度都有显著的负向影响。第二,工作满意度对组织承诺有显著的正向影响。第三,组织承诺对个体和组织的反生产行为都有显著的负向影响。这一研究结果表明,有必要注意制定减少医疗机构工作人员情绪劳动的计划,因为情绪劳动会使他们在履行职责时获得负面的结果。
