A Study on Increasing the Efficiency of Biogas Production using Mixed Sludge in an Improved Single-Phase Anaerobic Digestion Process 改进的单相厌氧消化混合污泥提高沼气生产效率的研究

In this study, we attempted to improve the biogas production efficiency by varying the mixing ratio of the mixed sludge of organic wastes in the improved single-phase anaerobic digestion process. The types of organic waste used in this study were raw sewage sludge, food wastewater leachate and livestock excretions. The biomethane potential was determined through the BMP test. The results showed that the biomethane potential of the livestock excretions was the highest at 1.55 m3CH4/kgVS, and that the highest value of the composite sample, containing primary sludge, food waste leachate and livestock excretions at proportions of 50%, 30% and 20% respectively) was 0.43 m3CH4/kgVS. On the other hand, the optimal mixture ratio of composite sludge in the demonstration plant was 68.5 (raw sludge) : 18.0 (food waste leachate) : 13.5 (livestock excretions), which was a somewhat different result from that obtained in the BMP test. This difference was attributed to the changes in the composite sludge properties and digester operating conditions, such as the retention time. The amount of biogas produced in the single-phase anaerobic digestion process was 2,514m3/d with a methane content of 62.8%. Considering the value of 2,319m3/d of biogas produced as its design capacity, it was considered that this process demonstrated the maximum capacity. Also, through this study, it was shown that, in the case of the anaerobic digestion process, the two-phase digestion process is better in terms of its stable tank operation and high efficiency, whereas the existing single-phase digestion process allows for the improvement of the digestion efficiency and performance.

Reliability of static balance abilities measure using a smartphone's acceleration sensor 使用智能手机的加速度传感器测量静态平衡能力的可靠性

The purpose of this study is to investigate the reliability of static balance measurements using a smartphone. Thirty subjects were selected among university students who had no fractures, history of operation, or inflammatory arthritis, and they had not started regular exercise during the past three months. The smartphone used in this study was a Galaxy S5LTE (SM-G900F, Samsung, Korea, 2014), and the application was a Sensor Kinetics Pro (Ver. 2.1.2, INNOVENTIONS Inc., US, 2015). Static balance ability was measured three times at one-day intervals between tests and retests. The first and second measurements used the same process. Analysis was done using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC (2,1)). The results were as follows. With eyes opened, there was no significant difference (p>0.05), a high volume of correlation (r>0.75, p<0.05), and very high reliability (ICC>0.80) between the first measurement and second measurement. With eyes closed, there was also no significant difference (p>0.05), a high volume of correlation (r>0.75, p<0.05), and very high reliability (ICC>0.80) between the measurements. The results show that the smartphone is likely accurate for measuring static balance. This study will look forward to being the only basis for measuring future application development and the ability to balance.

Size and Dispersion Characteristics of Silver Nanoparticles Prepared Using Liquid Phase Reduction Method 液相还原法制备银纳米颗粒的粒径和分散特性

Abstract This work investigates the size and dispersion characteristics of silver nanoparticles synthesized by a liquidphase reduction method using PAA. The experimental variables were the molecular weight and doses of the PAA,reducing agent, dispersant, and organic solvent (ethanol-acetone). UV-visible spectrophotometer results confirm the formation of the silver particles, and SEM indicates size in the nanometer range. As the ultrasonication time increases,there is a tendency toward smaller agglomerates of nanoparticles. The agglomerates were dispersed into 1-5 agglomerates of particles by ultrasonication for 3 hours or more. Relatively spherical nanoparticles were produced witha completely homogeneous dispersion and size of 49.56-85.75 nm by ultrasonication using BYK-192, a dispersant containing copolymer with a pigment affinic group. The average size of the silver nanoparticles was increased to 36.82, 50.66, and 56.06 nm with increasing molecular weight of PAA. Also, the size of the nanoparticles increasedwith the capping of PAA on the surfaces of the nanoparticles when increasing the amount of PAA. The addition ofhydrazine as a reducing agent produced relatively small particles because many nuclei were created by the reductionreaction. The ethanol-acetone solvent helped with the regular arrangement of the silver nanoparticles

Content analysis of the way university students appreciate the meaning of life 大学生对人生意义认识的内容分析

The purpose of this study is to understand the way university students appreciate the meaning of life. The subjects were 1, 2, 3, and 4 grade students from four universities located in Gyeonggido and Gangwondo Provinces; This study was a descriptive research project conducted from March to June 2015 for the purpose of understanding how university students appreciate the meaning of life. The data, gathered from interviews with a number of university students, who are at the last stage of adolescence, were classified into 102 statements and 30 categories through a series of content analyses of certain subjects, such as the definition and importance of the meaning of life, the endeavor to make life meaningful, the moments they feel the meaning of life, and the methods they adopt to feel the meaning of life. We analyzed the ways in which university students appreciate the meaning of life. We hope this study will provide a small guide for them so that the meaning of their lives can be enriched and their feeling of well-being enhanced. In addition, it is necessary to develop appropriate measures for college students to deal with crises in their life and, thus, the results of this study could be used as an important material for the systematic development of support programs for college students. Finally, this study will provide the basis for multifaceted interventions designed to improve the physical and mental health of college students and help them to adapt to college life.

The Maintenance Process Model using BPMN Method in Public Rental Housing 基于BPMN方法的公租房维修过程模型

It is critical to effectively change the measures of prevention from the breakdown maintenance proceeding an apartment housing maintenance task scope. It is necessary that systematization be performed for a series of tasks, such as facility inspection, diagnosis and replacement. In addition, it is preceded by establishing a standardization for maintenance work scope. Therefore, this study examined the problems related to public rental housing maintenance work scope to manage it more systematically. In addition, the study suggests a work process section for facility repairs, long term replacement and general maintenance using one on one interviews with experts to classify the occupants, management office and head office. This study's standard work system is expected to provide fairness and transparency in addition to improving the productivity in public rental housing maintenance via an efficiency promotion plan. In addition, it is used as the basic reference for developing a system of public rental housing maintenance costs and diagnosis actions. Finally, it is necessary to create improvements that provide a more objective work system standardization throughout the analysis of the productivity data according to the work flow and the review of the occupants, management office and head office in the future applications of the pilot site.

The Influence of Senior Entrepreneurial Decision Making Types and Entrepreneurial Supporting Policy on Start-up Performance 高层创业决策类型与创业扶持政策对创业绩效的影响

While economic crises are happening internationally due to the global financial crisis and the long-term recession of the domestic economy, South Korea is also experiencing an aging society with the retirement of the baby-boomers and a low birth-rate. The rapid retirement of baby-boomers, which is one of the essential parts of the Korean economy, is ongoing. Consequently, the number of seniors showing interest in entrepreneurship, as a way to avoid the economic threat, is increasing. Therefore, this study examined the correlation between two factors and its success, which can be stated as the influence of decision making in entrepreneurship and the influence of promotion policies to entrepreneurship. A survey was taken from 393 people, who received academic and managerial assistance from the Senior-Founded Support Center of Small Business Market Corporation and Adults Incubators of Seoul-Business Agency. and 'Hypothesis 1-1' and 'Hypothesis 2-2' were selected, because a positive effect was derived at each verification process. As a result, under the decision making types of entrepreneurship, only a reasonable type showed a positive effect at both the financial outcome and non-financial outcome of success, and the intuitive type was affected positively by the non-financial outcome. In addition, under the entrepreneur supporting business, among financial support, managerial support and educational support only managerial support had a positive effect.

Optimum Service Life Management Based on Probabilistic Life-Cycle Cost-Benefit Analysis 基于概率寿命周期成本效益分析的最优使用寿命管理

Engineering structures including civil infrastructures require a life-cycle cost and benefit during their service lives. The service life of a structure can be extended through appropriate inspection and maintenance actions. In general, this service life extension requires more life-cycle cost and cumulative benefit. For this reason, structure managers need to make a rational decision regarding the service life management considering both the cost and benefit simultaneously. In this paper, the probabilistic decision tool to determine the optimal service life based on cost-benefit analysis is presented. This decision tool requires an estimation of the time-dependent effective cost-benefit under uncertainty to formulate the optimization problem. The effective cost-benefit is expressed by the difference between the cumulative benefit and life-cycle cost of a deteriorating structure over time. The objective of the optimization problem is maximizing the effective cost-benefit, and the associated solutions are the optimal service life and maintenance interventions. The decision tool presented in this paper can be applied to any deteriorating engineering structure.

The formability of high strength steel plate applied TRB for stamping 用TRB冲压高强度钢板的成形性能

Recently, research on lightweight automobiles is increasing continuously to respond to the high safety standards and environmental regulations. The application of high strength steel is one of the effective methods for developing lightweight car bodies. A TWB (Tailor Welded Blank) is major method that allows partial high strength with light weighting using a multi-thickness and multi-material welded blank. On the other hand, additional welding process is required to prepare the blank and quality control for the welding process also required. To secure this point, the TRB (Tailor Rolled Blank) method was suggested. In the TRB method, the thickness of sheet is controlled by the rolling presses and the production efficiency is much higher than welding in TWB methods. In this study, the formability of high strength TRB steel plate was analyzed to examine the rolling effect of the blank. The formability of the specimen was tested using 0.8 and 1 mm thick steel sheets for the TRB plate. The strain was analyzed by the digital image sensing of grid markings on the specimen and the forming limit diagram was calculated. An Erichsen test for the 0.8 and 1 mm thick TRB specimens was carried out and the formability was investigated by comparing with FE analysis.

Influence of Consumption Patterns and Satisfaction for Convenience Store Private Brand Foods 便利店自有品牌食品消费方式与满意度的影响

This study examined the purchasing behavior and satisfaction of people with convenience store PB foods. The factors affecting the purchasing behavior and the overall satisfaction with the convenience store PB foods were examined. This study first found that the purchasing motivation of PB foods is the cheaper price than NB foods. Second, age is a statistically effective variable for the visit frequency at the convenience store and gender and age are effective variables for the purchase frequency of PB foods. Third, there is a statistically positive correlation of convenience store brand preference with the PB food brand preference for 6 food categories. Next, in terms of the attribute-level satisfaction, the most satisfied areas are diverse food groups and diverse food taste and the least satisfied areas is price. This is followed by taste and design/packaging influence overall satisfaction. From this analysis, the following suggestions were drawn. First, because consumers are likely to be matched convenience store brand preference and PB food brand preference, advertising is necessary to ensure that the consumers continue to visit the convenience store. Second, product improvement by increasing the quality should be designed to motivate the major consumer group of people in their 20s and 30s. Finally, to boost PB food satisfaction, the industry should improve the taste and design/packaging.

A Study on the Comparison and Analysis of Debris Reduction System on Small Bridge 小桥减渣系统的比较与分析研究

Damage to structures, such as bridge piers, are increasing rapidly due to the debris moving along rivers at the time of flooding. Therefore, the debris fin, debris deflector and debris sweeper, which are debris reduction systems, were produced in this study and an accumulation experiment was carried out on the experimental channel according to the existence of the reduction system. The debris fin is the reduction system that creates parallel flow on debris accumulated on the bridge to pass through the bridge, which was produced using wood. In addition, the debris deflector was produced using steel pipes and it has the type of detouring the direction of debris. The debris sweeper passes the debris using the magnetic force rotation of a screw-shaped cylindrical structure by water flow and it was produced using acrylic material. The experiment was carried out by analyzing the level of accumulation according to the hardness and dropping method of the debris and comparing the accumulation rate of reduction systems, and the experiment was carried out 5 times. According to the experimental results, there was a difference in the accumulation rate according to the type of reduction system and the shape of debris, and it often depended significantly on the initial shape of debris accumulation. The direct debris reduction effect on the bridge was higher in the order of the debris deflector, debris sweeper and debris fin, but in case of the debris deflector, damage, such as stream turbulence, changes in water level and river bed, and the loss of deflector can occur due to debris accumulated directly on the debris deflector. Therefore, it is necessary to design the debris deflector considering these issues.
