Socioeconomic vulnerability is a priority issue due to the effects of climate change and the increase in entropy of different climatic factors, which is linked to the rise in disasters and has implications on the sustainable development of coastal municipalities. The objective was to show the socioeconomic impacts that Matamoros, Tamaulipas, may suffer under the scenario of a sudden five-meter increase in sea level. The methodological matrix consisted of territorializing and qualifying vulnerable groups. Results show that if Matamoros suffered a flood of five meters above sea level, more than half of its territory would be flooded.

The purpose of this paper is to measure financial literacy in Mexico and to analyze its determinants with a regional approach. Ordered logit models were constructed from data for the year 2018 from the National Survey on Financial Inclusion. This work emphasizes the regional differences in financial attitude, financial behavior, and financial knowledge in Mexico, thus its relevance and originality. The results confirm that education is essential for financial literacy, but other factors have different effects in each region. These findings can be useful in designing financial inclusion policies that might contribute to social and economic development.

Analiticamente se explican las formas de apropiacion en el tiempo y los acuerdos para su gobernanza en el marco teorico de los bienes comunes, con un enfoque cualitativo aplicado al caso del Parque “Simon Bolivar” de la ciudad de Toluca, Mexico. Mexico es uno de los mayores paises en turismo internacional, siendo esta actividad de gran importancia debido a los ingresos anuales que produce. Sin embargo, pocos son los recursos tecnologicos empleados en este campo, estancando asi el crecimiento del turismo principalmente de las zonas costeras. Este trabajo propone el diseno de un modelo computacional basado en un Proceso Analitico Jerarquico, para obtener un indice de evaluacion de playas que emita recomendaciones para la realizacion de actividades turisticas. Este indice tiene como finalidad el proporcionar informacion relevante para los turistas que se disponen a viajar para realizar estancias en playas mexicanas.

This article analyzes the concepts of business associativity and governance with emphasis in Protected Natural Areas (PA) dedicated to the provision of tourist services. Thus, the definition of business associativity and its possible contributions to economic development are presented. At the same time, the concept of governance is examined as element in the implementation of associative models. The methodology used is exploratory. The results obtained are the determination of the components that constitute the associative processes, as well as a conceptual framework that explains the importance of governance in the fulfillment of community objectives.

The research analyzed the participation of the Special Tobacco Fund (FET) in the collection value as a way to study its incidence in the income of producers and infer its link with the appropriate proportion by the collectors when comparing it with a theoretical price of competition. It was revealed that the FET contributions grew from 90% to 260% in the stockpile value, exhibiting a growing incidence in the subsistence of producers. The work was based on a case study, located in the province of Misiones, Argentina during the period 2010-2018.

TThe present document reports the results obtained from the spatial and CRITIC multi-criteria analysis performed to 1062 houses and the variables conforming the Cadastral Value of each one within the Cadastral Housing Categories ranging from M2 to M7 in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico. The weighting and the information for each criterion was obtained and used to analyze the current influence of each variable and how these allow to demonstrate the existence of inequity when obtaining the cadastral value of housing.
