The current era is growing Live streaming which includes audio and video data. This research method collects data through the results of measuring Video Streaming latency (delay time) on variations of Local Area Network and Web-based computer networks. Based on the analysis of measurement results, the latency value (delay time) of Video Streaming on Local Area Network-based devices using Quality of Service (QoS) obtained a value of 8.58 ms and is smaller (optimal) compared to Web-based networks. The aim of this study is to describe the development of an innovative art-based analytical method in portrait methodology. This article exemplifies how forms of multimodal analysis can be integrated into portraiture frameworks and provides a fluid qualitative "recipe" for researchers interested in applying the portrait method. The study described in this article examines the teaching of vulnerability and resilience using poetry and the visual arts as integral elements of the portraiture process. Portraiture is a qualitative, feminist, artistic method based on ethnography and phenomenology for depicting, understanding and interpreting complex human experiences. This study leads to the methodological development of the three steps of analysis in the portrait process: Sketch, poetic expression and artistic expression. This phase of data analysis emphasizes the richness of the methodological snapshot and focuses on engaging the researcher in creative, intuitive and associative processes. – The studies presented in this article are examples of qualitative research that pushes methodological boundaries and focuses on the role of intuition, association, and creativity in research

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yakni melihat tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Indonesia terhadap NFT dan kepopuleran karya NFT (Non-Fungible Token) melalui analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Semenjak boomingnya karya NFT milik Ghozali Everyday di Indonesia pada tahun 2021, menjadi daya tarik masyarakat Indonesia tentang “Apa itu NFT” dan “Seperti apa karya NFT”. Hal inilah yang menjadikan penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui persepsi estetik karya popular NFT. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui karakteristik produk NFT popular di kalangan penggunanya, (2) untuk mengetahui persepsi estetik masyarakat Indonesia dalam melihat popularitas produk NFT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; Pertama, hasil analisis estetika karya - karya populer NFT Opensea marketplace, memiliki karakteristik yang mempertimbangkan beberapa hal, yaitu; (a) pemilihan karakter, (b) pengambilan objek gambar, (c) pemilihan gaya, dan (d) nilai guna. Kedua, hasil analisis persepsi masyarakat terhadap Karya – Karya Populer NFT Opensea Marketplace dipengaruhi,oleh, (a) rasa “unik”, (b) media pengantarnya, (c) rasa “estetik”, (d) lingkungan (situasi dan kondisi disekitarnya). Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini, dapat membantu dalam melihat kondisi masyarakat Indonesia tentang fenomena yang muncul dalam masyarakat, khususnya mengenai NFT (non-fungble token) sehingga dapat dijadikan referensi pada civitas akademika ataupun pengguna atau pemerhati seni yang memiliki minat pada produk NFT.

This study discusses the meaning contained in the logo of the Province of Gorontalo in semiotic analysis. Logo is the identity of an institution that represents the history and culture of the institution while semiotics is the science of reading signs both verbally and visually, visual forms make the vision and mission as well as identity reflected in a logo. Just like the regional logo of Gorontalo Province which has various meanings of signs and symbols that reflect the area, for example, the Padi and cotton symbols are inspired by the city government logo which means depicting prosperity and others. There is also an oval pattern in the logo taken from the eggs of the Maleo bird, which is endemic to Gorontalo. There is the fort of Otana and pictures of books taken from our philosophy "adat based on sara', sara' based on the book of Allah. The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze what the meaning of the symbols in the logo of the Gorontalo Province were. The research used semiotic analysis of Charles Sanders Peirce. Semiotics departed from three main elements, which Peirce called the triangle theory of meaning, namely: signs, objects, and interpretants. The meaning of the logo can be studied scientifically with semiotic theory. In Peirce's study, symbols are divided into 3 categories: icons, indexes, and symbols. To analyze the meaning of symbols, Peirce uses 3 semiotic terms: representamen which is a symbol, semiotic object which is a real object of symbol reference, and interpretant which states the relationship between representamen and semiotic objects. Benefits of this research To add scientific insight in the field of linguistics, especially to the use of semiotic theory and to find out creative strategies in promotional activities of a government institution so that they can build a brand in the eyes of the public. The results of this study determine the meaning of the signs on the regional symbols of Gorontalo province. Perancangan identitas visual brand dapat membantu sebuah brand membedakan satu dengan yang lainnya. Dengan adanya identitas visual brand, audiens pada akhirnya akan lebih mudah mengingat brand secara jelas, unik dan konsisten. Perancangan identitas visual brand Terminal Dungingi adalah sebagai representasi visual dari nilai – nilai kepribadian brand termasuk mempromosikan tujuan perusahaan. Rumusan Masalah bagaimana merancang identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi yang efektif sehingga memiliki identitas yang tepat sebagai terminal angkutan penumpang di kota Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian perancangan identitas visual branding Terminal Dungingi sebagai upaya untuk membangun identitas dan citra terminal Dungingi dengan mengoptimalkan unsur dan potensi yang ada melalui media komunikasi visual yang menarik, efektif dan komunikatif. KISS Semarang adalah sebuah UMKM yang berlokasi di Mangunharjo, berdiri sejak tahun 2010. UMKM “KISS” Semarang telah melakukan media promosi dengan menyebarkan brosur. Namun dalam media promosinya belum optimal. Penulis tertarik untuk membuat media promosi dengan membuat web design berupa katalog agar dapat menarik daya beli produk dan lebih mengefisienkan media promosinya.Desain web design mengacu pada penelitian yang menggunakan metode analisis AIDA+S: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action dan Satisfaction. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menetapkan KISS Semarang sebagai subjek penelitian, data yang diperoleh untuk keperluan penelitian menggunakan teknik seperti wawancara, observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian dan pengembangan dalam industri merupakan ujung tombak suatu industri dalam menghasilkan produk-produk baru yang dibutuhkan pasar. Hampir 4% biaya yang digunakan untuk penelitian dan pengembangan, bahkan untuk industri farmasi dan komputer lebih dari 4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji coba lapangan, desain web termasuk dalam kategori baik dan mampu mempromosikan produk. Setelah dilakukan uji validasi dan revisi web dari media sebelumnya maka web design tersebut layak untuk digunakan dan dipublikasikan.

UMKM “KISS” Semarang telah melakukan media promosi dengan menyebarkan brosur. Namun dalam media promosinya belum optimal. Penulis tertarik untuk membuat media promosi dengan membuat web design berupa katalog agar dapat menarik daya beli produk dan lebih mengefisienkan media promosinya.Desain web design mengacu pada penelitian yang menggunakan metode analisis AIDA+S: Attention, Interest, Desire, Action dan Satisfaction. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menetapkan KISS Semarang sebagai subjek penelitian, data yang diperoleh untuk keperluan penelitian menggunakan teknik seperti wawancara, observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian dan pengembangan dalam industri merupakan ujung tombak suatu industri dalam menghasilkan produk-produk baru yang dibutuhkan pasar. Hampir 4% biaya yang digunakan untuk penelitian dan pengembangan, bahkan untuk industri farmasi dan komputer lebih dari 4%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada uji coba lapangan, desain web termasuk dalam kategori baik dan mampu mempromosikan produk. Diskon merupakan strategi penjualan yang menurunkan harga yang ditawarkan kepada pembeli dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan penjualan. Namun dalam menawarkan diskon tersebut, toko seringkali tidak memikirkan bagaimana produk diskon dapat menarik pelanggan, sehingga diperlukan sistem pendukung yang dapat merespon diskon yang tepat dan tepat. Sistem pendukung ini dengan teknik data mining menggunakan algoritma apriori. Metode apriori ini dapat mencari beberapa produk yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan, oleh karena itu bila disandingkan dengan penelitian ini efektivitas rekomendasi akan sangat baik. Tidak hanya itu, jika ditambah dengan kombinasi rekomendasi dengan diskon akan membuat konsumen tertarik untuk membeli produk tersebut. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan strategi penjualan baru dengan membuat rekomendasi barang yang akan dijadikan paket diskon.

Infografis adalah alat atau media yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi dalam bentuk visual, baik berupa spanduk, baliho, poster, dan lain sebagainya. Di era sekarang ini, teknologi informasi telah berkembang pesat baik di kalangan masyarakat pedesaan maupun perkotaan, sehingga infografis ini juga dapat disebarluaskan melalui media sosial, seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana membangun infografis sebagai media informasi protokol kesehatan di era pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu peneliti mengamati secara detail objek yang akan diteliti dan hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan objek yang akan diteliti, dimana teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
