IMPLEMENTASI ARDUINO UNO DALAM PERANCANGAN MSW 3OOWatt PADA PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA ANGIN

In the use of power plants that produce DC voltage, such as Solar panels (PLTS), Wind Power Plants (PLTB), Micro Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH), and others. Inverter is an important tool, inverter is a tool used to convert DC voltage into AC. The Modified Sine Wave Inverter is a type of inverter that produces a modified square wave. The design is done by connecting the inverter input to the battery and then connecting the jack to the inverter output so that the load being tested can be easily replaced with another output load, which is displayed by an oscilloscope of the form modified wave. The results of the research using this inverter produce the highest efficiency at an inductive load of 58.92% at a Blender load and the lowest efficiency of 1.67% at a 5 watt load.

The rapid development of technology and the high level of human innovation have led to the emergence of sophisticated technology products, one of which is Arduino, a microcontroller system that has been integrated with various electronic modules and using C ++ programming language, automatic smarthome control system, is one of the technological advancements in the field mechanics and electronics both digital and analog, by integrating smartphones as a remote to turn on and turn off certain electrical equipment by using Arduino as main control, and Esp 32 as a link between smartphone and Arduino using wifi technology, and smarthome remote application as a user interface media to give orders through smartphones that will be executed by Arduino and then relays that will execute electrical equipment installed at home.

Perawatan Mesin Pemerah Susu Sapi Portable Model Bodypack

Cow milking machines are used to help farmers in mountainous areas in the milking process. The problem faced is that it takes a schedule and selection of appropriate engine maintenance methods so that the milking machine for cows is not easily damaged. This study aims to make a schedule and determine the engine components that must be treated. The data obtained are then processed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study concluded: (1) the maintenance of a portable milking machine with a bodypack model is carried out every day using the Inspection, Small Repair, Medium Repair, and Overhaul (ISMO) methods; (2) the main components to be examined are the electrical parts of the machine, the machine box, the putting straw, the milk container, and the carrying case; (3) routine maintenance carried out is proven to be able to maintain and extend the life of the portable milking machine model bodypack.

Tantangan Penyelenggaraan Perfomance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC) Pada Jalan Nasional

The applicaton of Performance Based Maintenance Contract (PBMC)is a kind of updated innovation which recently applied conventional contract. The maintenance contract performance based was applied by General Director of Highways (Bina Marga) to replace conventional maintenance contract. The contrast between conventional contract and PBMC lied on The maintenance system conducted. Conventional contract maintains the input and maintenance, however PBMC maintains the output and the outcome. The contractors independently determined the maintenance work will be conducted. In shake of fulfilling users intentions, the contractors will raise the value added for the maintenance process with fully creative and innovative. PBMC application training has been conducting since 2011 by director of highways, however the rapid overloading described that the condition of national roads application isn’t yet ideal, the provision of infrastructure is unstabel and preservation handling isn’t quite assertive and hasn’t completely conducted. In line with the well management principals, they are planning and organizing PMBC application. The way to handle broken and failed infrastructure. There are some topics being discussed in this paper, such as the deception of PBMC contract based on management principals, gap between field technically and basic concepts. Some challenges ruined over the concept of PBMC in improving the maintenance of national roads near future

Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendeteksi Gangguan Pencernaan Dengan Metode Backward Chaining 专业系统用反锁方法检测消化不良

Digestive disorders are various types of problems that occur in the body's digestive system, ranging from the mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, and anus. The digestive system functions to receive and digest food which is then converted into nutrients for the body to absorb. The absorbed nutrients will then be distributed throughout the body through the bloodstream. In addition, the digestive system is also tasked with separating and removing parts of food that are not needed and cannot be digested by the body. Digestive disorders that occur can be very difficult and should not be ignored. Many do not know that symptoms that are felt in the body are the result of certain digestive disorders, so it is often too late to be known and result in the need for a visit to the doctor. An Expert System is needed that can help the community in knowing the symptoms of the causes and prevention of digestive disorders in the body. Expert system to detect digestive disorders in this study uses backward chaining inference where the search process starts from the goal, which is the conclusion that becomes the solution to the problem at hand.

Kualitas menjadi faktor dasar keputusan konsumen di produk atau jasa. Akibatnya, kualitas merupakan faktor kunci yang membawa keberhasilan bisnis, pertumbuhan dan peningkatan posisi bersaing. CV Gunung Mas Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan keramik dengan sistem job order, dimana kualitas permukaan yang baik atau zero defect sangat diharapkan oleh konsumen. Pada keramik dengan motif White Ivory berukuran 40 x 40 cm yang diproduksi di Bagian II dengan pengambilan data yang dilakukan bulan Februari, Maret dan April pada tahun 2012 diperoleh rata-rata hasil produksi untuk KW 1 sebesar 67,83%, KW 2 sebesar 25,09% dan KW 3 sebesar 7,25%. Hal ini terjadi karena adanya proses yang kurang memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan, sehingga output yang dihasilkan tidak konsisten dan memiliki tingkat variabilitas yang cukup tinggi. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana meningkatkan kualitas dengan menggunakan siklus DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analys, Improve and Control) dari Six Sigma. Dari penerapan metode tersebut didapatkan penurunan tingkat kegagalan yang cukup signifikan yaitu dari 57426,55 DPMO menjadi 40591,78 DPMO. Dengan perbaikan dan pengembangan sistem produksi yang telah ada masih memungkinkan dicapai nilai yang lebih baik lagi.
