Numerical Simulation of Downdraft Biomass Gasifier With Computational Fluid Dynamic 下吸式生物质气化炉的计算流体力学数值模拟

World energy demand has resulted in a surge in renewable energy needs. One of them is biomass. The gasification process takes place in a reactor called a gasifier, and the most effective way is to implement the Fixed Bed method on the downdraft gasifier. The process was executed in a downdraft gasifier because of the gas-making process without stopping the ignition and producing a small amount of tar. The biomass raw material used in this study is wood pellets because of their abundant availability in Indonesia. This research discussed numerical simulations for downdraft gasifier by utilizing wood pellet biomass as a raw material. The simulation technique is computational fluid dynamic with the DPM (Discrete Phase Model) because it can predict the experiment result details more precisely. The simulation results have shown that the convergence rate got better with the longer process iteration time. The simulation results were close to 100% in real-scale laboratory research results.

Determination of Lathe Component Replacement Interval Using Age Replacment Method 用年龄置换法确定车床零件更换间隔

Competition between industries currently requires the industry to continue to improve in improving the industrial system. Machine flexibility is one of the programs to improve industry's ability to increase competitiveness. In meeting consumer demand, general purpose machines have become one of the foundations for industrial systems in producing various types of products. Machine performance will decrease in line with the age of the machine / component and the length of the machine's operation. Maintenance planning / component replacement is one way to reduce downtime. A lathe is a general purpose machine, which has components that are often damaged, such as gear and control cables, which cause a lot to stop using the machine. Scheduling replacing components is a vital process in reducing lost time and minimizing costs arising from decreased machine performance. The focus of this research is determining the component replacement schedule that can meet these two criteria. This can be achieved by applying the age replacement method. The Age Replacement method is basically looking for a balance point between the probability of component failure and component reliability to obtain the optimal probability value of total down time. By estimating the pattern of component failure with the Weibull distribution, calculations are made for the two components that are most frequently damaged on a lathe. The results obtained are the time to replace the components, the replacement period and the costs arising from the optimal replacement of these components. By paying attention to the total down time probability value, it can be concluded that the optimal time to apply preventive replacement on the gear component and the control cable component.

Android-Based Agriculture And Livestock (Maritani) Marketplace Application 基于android的农业和畜牧业(Maritani)市场应用程序

The Maritani application is an android-based agricultural and livestock marketplace application specifically designed to bring together sellers and buyers on one digitalized platform. The maritime marketplace application aims to facilitate sellers and buyers in buying and selling agricultural and livestock needs as well as food needs online. In its business process, the maritime marketplace application uses the B2C (Business to Customer) business model. Where business activities are carried out by producers to consumers using electronic media directly. The development of the Android-based Maritani marketplace is built with the Flutter framework and uses the Dart programming language. At the time of making the Maritani marketplace application for system development using the waterfall method, the development was started with an analysis of system requirements, then carried out the application display design (Graphic User Interface) implementation stage of the application implementation with the Dart programming language. The result of this research is a market application that can have a positive impact on users, both sellers and buyers. In the Maritani application which has a greater opportunity from the community to share knowledge with other sellers, sellers do not need to be afraid of losing consumers, features and regulations of the online market which greatly affect to increase the credibility and safety of the seller's shop, sellers are not required to have large capital.

A successful company is a company with a work environment that supports both workers and machines in that environment. A good work environment can support the comfort and safety of employees so that the work done will be optimal. Therefore, the aim of this study is to ensure a safe work environment or area without hazards which can be identified by the 6S method which stands for seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke, and safety. The research method used is the observation of every 6S aspect in the work environment of Suci Rizki UKM. Based on the results of this study, it shows that UKM Suci Rizki gets a final score of 1.3437 which is included in the Unacceptable classification which means that the 6S method activity is not carried out or only a small part in the Suci Rizki UKM

IMPLEMENTASI INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) DALAM SISTEM PEMANTAUAN SERTA KONTROL SUHU DAN PAKAN AYAM PETELUR KANDANG TERTUTUP 互联网的实施(许多)在监测和温度控制系统和饲养关蛋壳鸡

The global pandemic that has attacked Indonesia has had a negative impact on many sectors of life. In the food strength sector, many livestock producers have experienced a decline in income and production. In an effort to overcome the risks and impacts that are more severe, the author makes a tool with a monitoring and control system in a closed chicken coop as an effort to increase the quality and quantity of eggs from laying hens. This tool uses an ESP32 controller with a user interface through the Blynk application over a WiFi network based on the Internet of Things. The monitoring function of this tool is for monitoring temperature, humidity, and light intensity in the cage. While the control function that is run on this tool is a function of controlling the volume of drinking water for poultry, remaining poultry feed, and the temperature in the cage which is regulated by flowing cold or hot air in each room of the temperature control box according to the temperature set desired by the user. Based on the test results, this system has a good success rate with a sensor reading error value of not more than 5%.

Simalungun Batak culture is a custom inherited from previous generationsthat still exists today. Still, the influence of the development of the current era is the lack of community knowledge of Simalungun Batak cultures such as Batak scripts, Batak traditional houses, musical instruments, and others, this due to the lack of education given to the community especially to school children so that the knowledge of the Simalungun Batak culture becomes less. The introduction of Simalungun Batak culture is applied with a multimedia-based learning model to be more practical and more comfortable to understand, where this learning uses multimedia-based instruction that is on the computer that is said to be Computer-assisted Instruction. The development of schoolchildren's understanding of the teaching of the Simalungun Batak culture has become faster.

Design and Build a Data Collection System for a Solar Power Plant Based on Wireless Fidelity 基于无线保真度的太阳能电站数据采集系统的设计与实现

The solar cell module absorbs electrons from sunlight where the electrons are converted through a semiconductor intermediary in the solar cell module. In Kalimantan, in particular, it has the potential to install a Solar Power Plant because it is traversed by the equator. However, there are various disadvantages of the Solar Power Plant, namely the building is quite large, so it needs extra monitoring so that all the conditions of the Solar Power Plant can be known. One of the data communication methods in question is using the telemetry method or long distance communication. There are many ways for the telemetry method, one of which is to use a wireless system with a connection to a cloud storage database. In short, data in the field can be sent to users wherever they are. Data sent to previous users is sent through a cloud storage database where the data can be accessed by anyone. For data sent from the Solar Power Plant in the form of incoming and outgoing voltages as well as incoming and outgoing currents. Based on the research results, it is known that the design of the data transmission system for incoming and outgoing voltages as well as incoming and outgoing currents is made from a variety of component tools used are the solar cell module, Robotdyn Mega Wi-Fi, voltage sensor, current sensor, SCC, inverter, and battery. In the process of sending data using a Wi-Fi router, data originating from the sensor is sent to Robotdyn where inside Robotdyn there is a Wi-Fi module which will then be assisted to be forwarded via a Wi-Fi router whose internet network source uses GSM. The data sent to the cloud storage database is assisted by the PHP programming language and to display the website using the HTML programming language.

Classification of Graduate Profiles Based on Graduate Tracer Study Using Algorithm Naive Bayes Classifier 利用朴素贝叶斯分类器研究基于毕业生示踪的毕业生档案分类

The graduate profile is the role of the graduate of the study program or field of expertise / field of work planned after completing education from the study program. The determination of the profile of study program graduates is generally carried out based on the results of the assessment of stakeholder needs. Based on data from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, the IT study program is one of the most majors or study programs in Indonesian universities and the highest number of enthusiasts choose this study program each year. Each year, graduates of IT study programs have a large number of graduates, both vocational and non- vocational colleges. The number of IT graduates is large but they have low graduate competencies, even they do not have competencies in the IT field so that their work is not in accordance with the graduate profile that has been designed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to classify the profile of graduates who have worked based on tracer study data using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method. This study uses attributes, namely study program, value criteria, gender and field of work and the labels used are status (Linear and Non-Linear). The results of the study on the classification of the profile of graduates using the Naïve Bayes Classfier method show that alumni work not according to the profile of graduates by 73% and according to the profile of graduates by 23%, with a data accuracy rate of 87% and are included in the good classification category.

This study aims to answer empirically one of the biggest challenges faced by immigration in terms of implementing a crossing system, especially related to information technology implemented by the Directorate General of Immigration. The theme chosen is the implementation of the crossing system that has been implemented through autogate technology and the classical implementation of the crossing system. The discussion of this theme is the imbalance in the number of users between the two implementations of the system where the application of this crossing system technology should be able to solve queuing problems and also increase effectiveness and efficiency. This analysis uses descriptive analysis by assessing data and information obtained from various sources. The method used is to describe systematically through the research flow that is researched in a precise, simple and easy to do by conducting a theoretical study to deepen the immigration crossing system. The results of this study are in the form of recommendations that aim to provide a description, explanation, and validation of a phenomenon being studied about immigration crossings.
