Airline industries utilize e-commerce website as one way to offer services. The website creates a new area of competition between the airlines, i.e. comparative qualities among their e-commerce websites. This research aims to develop a framework which can be used to evaluate the quality of airline's e-commerce website. Furthermore, this research also compares the quality of e-commerce website between AirAsia and Lion Air. The evaluation is based on five quality aspects, i.e. information quality, service interaction quality, usability, website design and playfulness/enjoyment. The evaluation was conducted using two survey methods, direct observation and questionnaire distribution. Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test Method was used in this research to process data from questionnaire spreadsheets. Analysis result showed that from five quality aspects, AirAsia's website outperformed Lion Air's website.

Feature modeling on ABS was a modeling process which were performed using a text-based language known as μTVL (Micro Textual Variability Language). This approach was relatively difficult when developing a large-scale system. Therefore, systematic mechanism would be needed to make the common modeling process in feature modeling can be recognized and used by ABS. One approach that could be used was to make a code generator that transforms a feature diagram to ABS code. This research was focused on creating a code generator that can be used to transform feature diagrams into code ABS in μTVL representation. This research had succeeded in making the code generator by first preparing rule-making for feature diagram so the transformation result is suitable with the rules that are owned by ABS. Current code generator is still needed to be refined with the metamodel according to the specifications of ABS so all excess that ABS has can be put to good use.

E-Complaint documents provide information that can be used to measure or evaluate the services that given by campus to its students, lecturers, staff, and public. Using text classification, the documents can be classified based on its importance and urgency. This classification will be useful for campus to make the services better. Classifying the documents can also make the complaints follow-up from campus become faster than before. This paper discussed Directed Acyclic Graph Support Vector Machine (DAGSVM) method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to classify E-Complaint documents into four classes based on the importance and urgecy. Highest accuracy that is obtained from this research is 82,61% with Sequential Training SVM parameters are λ = 0.5, constant of γ = 0.01, Maxiter = 10, and ε = 0.00001, training data 70%, using stemming, and Gaussian RBF kernel without using AHP weight.

Most of the previous E-Learning contents developed for Personal Computer (PC) is not accessible on the new device like Smartphone. The problem is the learning contents may not be supported by the current mobile devices technology. In this paper, we propose a method for adapting an old composite PC-based e-learning content and delivering it onto mobile devices. The proposed method performs information extraction, transcoding and then generates a new content as a web service for smartphone application. The method performs 100% successfully on extract the samples content using Microsoft Producer and generate new content for accesing on Smartphone. Usability test show the accepted score 94%.

Parallel corpora are necessary for multilingual researches especially in information retrieval (IR) and natural language processing (NLP). However, such corpora are hard to find, specifically for low-resources languages like ethnic languages. Parallel corpora of ethnic languages were usually collected manually. On the other hand, Wikipedia as a free online encyclopedia is supporting more and more languages each year, including ethnic languages in Indonesia. It has become one of the largest multilingual sites in World Wide Web that provides free distributed articles. In this paper, we explore a few sentence alignment methods which have been used before for another domain. We want to check whether Wikipedia can be used as one of the resources for collecting parallel corpora of Indonesian and Javanese, an ethnic language in Indonesia. We used two approaches of sentence alignment by treating Wikipedia as both parallel corpora and comparable corpora. In parallel corpora case, we used sentence length based and word correspondence methods. Meanwhile, we used the characteristics of hypertext links from Wikipedia in comparable corpora case. After the experiments, we can see that Wikipedia is useful enough for our purpose because both approaches gave positive results.

Ministry of Finance in particular the Directorate General of State Asset (DJKN) is one organization that is tasked to undertake the management of state asset and improved services to stakeholders using information technology as a supporting element. To realize the value database of state asset into a credible executive information intact, timely, accurate and can be used for decision making process for the leadership of the Ministry of Finance then needed an information security risk management plan to the main information systems that support business processes DJKN. This research aimed to develop an information security risk management plan for DJKN particularly to applications that support key business processes that called state assets module applications using the framework of ISO 27005 and ISO 27002 for risk reduction management. The results obtained from this research is the information security risk management plan that contains the document mitigation risk, control recommendations to reduce risk and acceptance of risk which contains risk management decisions also the person in charge of mitigation risk.

Smoke dispersion modeling will be integrated with Earth's surface images. The modified of analytic model based on Ermak's solution of advection diffusion equation described the smoke dispersion is used. The simulation modeling and integration into the Earth's surface imagery such as the Google Earth is performed in Matlab. The result indicates that Ermak's solution is a good approximation only for the advection processes is dominant.

Forest fires in Riau province Indonesia, are frequently occurred every year especially in dry seasons. Hotspot is an indicator for forest fire events. Hotspots monitoring is an activity to prevent forest fires. Hotspot data are spatial data that are represented in points. In order to analyze the data, spatial algorithms are required. The extended spatial ID3 algorithm is a spatial classification algorithm for creating a spatial decision tree from spatial datasets. This research applied the extended spatial ID3 algorithm on the forest fires data in Bengkalis district, Riau province Indonesia. The data include hotspots and non-hotspots, weather data, socio-economic data, and geographical characteristics of the study area. The result of this research is a decision tree with the income source layer as the label of root node. As many 137 classification rules were generated from the tree. The accuracy of the tree is 75.66% on the forest fires dataset in Bengkalis district, Riau province.

Traceability system is one of the most critical requirements in logistic information systems and the supply chain risk management for both global food safety and quality assurance. Realtime documentation from the earlier stages of production process enabled the two way process of traceability. This paper presented an analysis and design for traceability system of frozen Vanname shrimp based on digital business ecosystems (DBE) model. Business Process Model Notation (BPMN 2.0) was the primary tool in analyzing the task for capturing and transferring data processing between traceable units in each layer of DBE. Business process analysis helped to understand the capturing steps as the main element within such traceability system. The results of the analysis showcased how traceability system work in digital business ecosystem which involved on dispersed stakeholders. Manual data transformation to the digital system was provided by stakeholders using digital species metaphors. The requirement for factor analysis was computed with Relief method to select the most important attribute to capture. Our evaluation showed that the proposed system was able for estimating water salinity and related hatchery parameters changing, such as broodstock ID which utilized as key code. Current results showed the readiness of application to transfer into real world operation.

Digital preservation is one of the ways to make culture of a nation keeps alive. The culture of a nation rooted in its society and nature. The wealth of this cultures spread in many entités and areas such as stories and natures. ICT role as key enabler to preserve this cultures and natures tourism. In this paper we proposed an ethnic-based animation movie following eCultural Heritage and Natural History (eCHNH) Framework This storytelling-based movie animation developed using 3D animation movie production business process compiled by Diana Sari, which is consisting of 4 stages: development, pre-production, production and post-production. We have used storytelling technique to construct movie storyboard and used Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Audacity and Avidemux as tools to produce this 3D ethnic-based animation movie.

The culture of a nation rooted in its society and nature. The wealth of this cultures spread in many entités and areas such as stories and natures. ICT role as key enabler to preserve this cultures and natures tourism. In this paper we proposed an ethnic-based animation movie following eCultural Heritage and Natural History (eCHNH) Framework This storytelling-based movie animation developed using 3D animation movie production business process compiled by Diana Sari, which is consisting of 4 stages: development, pre-production, production and post-production.
