Evaluation on overall relative efficiency of China traffic and transportation system based on data envelopment analysis 基于数据包络分析的中国交通运输系统整体相对效率评价

This paper evaluates the relative efficiency of decade's development of China traffic and transportation system and present regional development based on data envelopment analysis. The result and analysis conclude that the input and output efficiency of China has not promoted significantly, and the unbalance development between regions exists. Some regions have a relatively low efficiency and little correlation with their developing levels, so great attention should be paid to promote the efficiency of regional traffic and transportation productivity.
基于数据包络分析,对中国交通运输系统近十年发展的相对效率和区域发展现状进行了评价。结果表明,中国的投入产出效率并没有得到显著提升,区域间发展不平衡。部分地区交通运输效率相对较低,与发展水平关联度较低,应重视提高区域交通运输效率和运输生产力。

Exploring factors affecting evaluation of e-brand extension 探索影响电子品牌延伸评价的因素

This study explores to find the factors affecting evaluation of e-brand extension based on A&K model, and independent variables in this study are categorized as (1) Perceived quality;(2) Perceived fit (Transfer, Substitute and Complement); (3) Difficult; and (4) E-brand specific variables: experience fit. The results show that, in a network context, consumers use transfer of the extension with the original category as a major cue to evaluate the extension. At the same time, substitute seems to play a less important role, whereas complement plays a similar role as in a tangible product context. Besides perceived quality, the experience fit affect brand extension remarkably. As a consequence, e-brand extension strategies could probably be used most successfully in cases where significant similarities in experience exist.

Consumer evaluation of service brand extension based on gray incidence analysis of uncertainty number 基于不确定数灰色关联分析的服务品牌延伸消费者评价

A new gray incidence degree of uncertainty number is defined, and applied to consumer evaluation of service brand extension. Based on A&K model, three kinds of service quality are introduced, and the famous Chinese brand Jinling Hotel is studied through dynamic data collecting, trying to find favorable factors affecting consumer evaluation of service brand extension. The results show that the new gray incidence degree is with good accuracy, that process quality is more important than functional quality, and complementary is a salient clue to evaluate extensions in a services context.

The grey comprehensive evaluation support system on safety of construction sites 建筑工地安全灰色综合评价支持系统

Safety evaluation technology is a new method in the field of safety management. It made safety management from remedy after the accident to prevention beforehand. So safety management has the function to control the way of accidents. But now safety evaluation methods that adapt construction industry are not mature. In this paper, on the basis of integrating the current safety evaluation technologies and the traits of construction, a new grey comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. At first, the index system is constructed on safety evaluation of construction sites. Then on the usage of the hierarchy grey evaluation method, the process and evaluating grade are established to evaluate the safety of construction sites. At the same time, a comprehensive evaluation support system is developed. The new method is verified in three construction sites of Qingdao Construction Group.

A study on choosing the sample data of grey forecast model 灰色预测模型样本数据选择的研究

When we establish a forecast model, we often choose the sample data, but the scheme of choosing the proper sample hasn't been solved up now. It is necessary to establish the feasible rules about how to choose the sample data and how much sample should be chosen. Due to there are much data in the economic variables, the rule must be given. The study in the paper shows that the growth rate is a constant in the forecasted GM(1,1) model and it is important to choose the sample data. If the growth rates of the sample data are close to one another, the average absolute errors are less and the sample data can be regarded as the same circle sample data. The data without the circle should be changed to the same circle data by using buffer operates.

Based on one kind of solvable mass unexpected incident, taken gray gambling method, a typical policy-making tree was constructed. In the condition of incomplete information, according to the trend of event, grey game process between "crisis event" and "crisis manager" was analyzed dynamically. It has theoretical meaning in establishing emergency strategy for policy-maker, and finally resolving mass unexpected incident.

Evaluation of government energy-saving policy performance base on three-point interval gray number 基于三点区间灰色数的政府节能政策绩效评价

Based on the traditional interval gray number, a new uncertainty matrix - three-point interval gray complementary judgment matrix is put forward. Its satisfactory consistency definition is studied, and a weight solution model is given. On this basis, the method is applied to Government Energy-saving Policy Performance Evaluation, and fully demonstrates the practicality and effectiveness of this method.

In this paper we research a new network marketing system based on expert system and discuss correlative technology. The new system shows the real predominance of shopping on Internet. The Website with the expert system has intelligent function to study the fancies of different consumers. So it can sell merchandise to consumers according to their different demands. In this way it can predigest the course to select merchandise and make merchants sell more merchandise. Although the new system is quite complex than the network marketing systems in being, it can create more business opportunities.

Grey relational analysis method for multiple attribute group decision making based on two-tuple linguistic information 基于二元组语言信息的多属性群决策的灰色关联分析方法

A new method is proposed to solve multiple attribute group decision making problems with linguistic assessment information. In the method, the two-tuple linguistic representation developed in recent years is used to aggregate the linguistic assessment information. According to the traditional ideas of grey relational analysis, the optimal alternative(s) is determined by calculating the linguistic degree of grey relation of every alternative and two-tuple linguistic positive ideal solution and two-tuple linguistic negative ideal solution. It is based on the concept that the optimal alternative should have the largest degree of grey relation from positive ideal solution and the smallest degree of grey relation from the negative ideal solution. The method has exact characteristic in linguistic information processing. It avoided information distortion and losing which occur formerly in the linguistic information processing. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate.

Artificial intelligent models such as Artificial Neural Network, Genetic Algorithms, etc., play important roles in decision making. However, diversity in natures of intelligent models makes it difficult to decide which model is the most suitable one in solving certain decision problems. This paper proposes criteria of deferent suitability levels to evaluate the suitability of intelligent methods to decision environments, and presents a procedural method to calculate the suitability levels using Fuzzy Pattern Recognition. It analyzes various attributes related to decision problems and decision support systems' performance, then proposes a term SMP (Suitability of Model to decision Problem) for evaluating the suitability of decision models to certain decision problems. The influences of various attributes and preferences of decision makers are further explored, and a concept of SSMP (Synthetic SMP) is proposed to address human aspects in decision making. The paper presents a procedural method to calculate SMP and SSMP. Experimental calculation result shows this method is applicable in decision models selection.
