Direct to Agent's faithless action in a knowledge-based dynamic system, this paper presents a credit-based dynamic scheduling system, using the Contract Net Protocol as its coordination mechanism, and constructs the frame of multi-agent-based dynamic scheduling. The system acquires standardized attributes knowledge from bidding documents and knowledge of scheduling rules from experience of scheduling experts, and the common scheduling decision table is set up. Furthermore Scheduling Agent will invite bids to Resource Agent for each task in Task Set in order to generate a scheme. Search Agent is to seek some Resource agents which have enough credit over a fixed value and match with the resource type of that task requirement, and the bid-set is formed. Scheduling Agent should evaluate all the bids and give the winner. According to the feedback index which the task completed, the system recalculates the degree of satisfaction and gives the winner's credit degree. Then the process arithmetic is described. Finally the analysis and design of the system are completed.

This paper is an emphasis on some problems of grey fixed weight clustering decision-making based on interval numbers and gives definitions of ideal attribute interval numbers with beneficial indicators and cost indicators respectively. At the same time, ideal attribute deviation degree is defined and the matrix of ideal attribute deviation degree is converted from the matrix of interval numbers by the definition. Then weights of clustering indicators are calculated according to the concept and characteristic of information entropy. This method which is presented in the paper could deal with the conditions better when meanings and dimensions of indicators are different and numerical values have big disparity each other and confirm weight of clustering indictors with interval number. Finally, an example is presented to illuminate the feasibility and rationality of the method.

From the current theories of Semantic Web and Ontology, this paper aims at exploring one way to construct, merge, map and evolve ontology in aviation product domain. Driven by its application background, the domain ontology is designed and built to support the "Auto-Mining System for Aviation Products". It merged with a Loom-based "military aircraft ontology" from USA via translating the used one from Loom to OWL. Also by referring to NASA Thesaurus, a comprehensive concept hierarchy is mapped into the domain ontology. Based on these, Protege is used to visually implement a prototype for this domain ontology. Finally, evolution is completed by auto-extraction of instances from large amount of documents in this domain.

Distribution channel plays a key role for the success of an enterprise in gaining competitive edge, markets demanding agility and quick market responsiveness which represent complex phenomena in global competition. To discover the behavior and mechanism of organization, nowadays, more and more people have paid attention to the complexity theory such as self-organization, dissipative structure theory, synergetic theory, etc. The paper introduces the concept of self-organization theories and distribution channel firstly. Then enlightened by the systematical methodology, the paper puts forward the concept of sustainability of organization on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of self-organization distribution channel. A thorough analysis of the mechanism of distribution channel sustainability has been made accordingly. Finally, the paper adopts the distribution channel of TCL Group as an example, indicating that the success of TCL Group is mostly due to its effective and efficient self-organized distribution channel.

In the multi-agents public traffic control system, the problem about being comfortable is very important. The challenge is to find solutions to achieve the objective minimized amount of vehicles in overload. This paper proposes a solution algorithm for keeping comfortable of public traffic based on grey disaster prediction through principled cooperation between agents that represent traffic command center, traffic operators, and drivers. It is deduced that the algorithm is practical and adaptable to a variety of public traffic networks.

In this paper, the grey model (GM) based on the function 1/a-e-bx transformation is proposed. It is proved theoretically that function 1/a-e-bx transformation can prevent discrete series from changing rapidly so as to satisfy with GM conditions, and the series after being transformed by 1/a-e-bx has better smooth degree than those by logarithm function being transformed. The GM precision based on 1/a-e-bx is improved greatly. The method is especially suit for modeling series that changes fast, and it can expand the range of GM application wildly. Finally the method is applied in building the model of average wage of staff and workers in China and the results show the effectiveness of the approach.

Weakening operator has been extensively applied in various fields of data processing before grey modeling in concussion harass system, this paper studies the reasons why the weakening operator can improve the modeling precision effectively. The results indicate that the class ratio of sequence transformed by the weakening operator is smaller than the observed original time series, the degree of smooth of the new sequence is higher than the observed original time series. In addition ,this transformation is grey contractive operator ,the results show that the class ratio of transformed series falls into the capacitable covering interval value or close to this range.

Considered elements of input node and weight vector are interval grey numbers in Self-organizing Feature Map (SOM), normalized these interval grey numbers, defined the interval grey number Euclidean distance, and proposed Grey SOM (GSOM) model which can solve uncertain problems efficiently. In the end, we studied intelligent clustering of commercial bank off-site regulation empirically using this model. The result showed that: compared with traditional SOM model, GSOM is easy for programming, has a strengthened ability of anti-interference and a higher precision of classification.

This paper describes the application of G2SOM (generalized grey self-organizing maps) to the DDoS(denial of service) intrusion detection. Generalized grey relational coefficients (G2RC), which characterize and stresses the whole correlation relationships between the input pattern and the weights of all the nodes that participate in competition, are explicitly introduced into the learning rule of the traditional SOM. In addition, SOM is generalized by the designed three G2RC functions, namely generalized grey self-organizing maps. Finally, the experiments on the DDOS datasets confirm their validities and feasibilities over the G2SOM in this paper. The dataset used is DARPA/KDD-99 publicly available dataset of features from network packets classified into normal and four DDoS attack categories.

In recent years, the sustainable development of Chinese foreign trade has been playing a very important role in boosting China's economic growth, and the non-governmental enterprises (NGEs) have been making great contribution to the development of Chinese foreign trade. By conducting an empirical study, this paper analyzes the relationship between the foreign trade of Chinese NGEs and China's economic growth. Finally, the author puts forward some proposals about how to develop the foreign trade of NGEs.
