Workplace violence causes negative impacts on the health of nurses, and the prevalence of workplace violence against nurses is rising globally. Studies to date in Vietnam have only concentrated on describing the frequency of types of violence within a specific healthcare facility with small sample sizes. This study aimed to determine the prevalence, impact and responses to workplace violence among registered nurses in public hospitals in Vietnam. This was the first nationwide study that has been carried out. A cross-sectional study design using an online questionnaire was conducted to achieve the study objectives with 2543 nurses working in 163 public hospitals. The frequency distribution and percentages were employed to describe the prevalence of workplace violence and nurses’ responses. The researchers also used the average value of the total score of each question to rank the impacts of workplace violence on nurses. The rate of workplace violence was 30.8%, of which physical and psychological violence were 5.3% and 29.7%, respectively. Among the types of psychological workplace violence, verbal abuse was the most common. The primary violent offenders were patients and caregivers. The biggest impact of workplace violence on nurses included always feeling stressed at work, decreased job satisfaction, and signs of stress or depression. The most common methods of responding to workplace violence were telling the perpetrator to stop or trying to defend themselves. These findings provide information for hospital leaders, health administrators and the Ministry of Health to reduce workplace violence against nurses. This can be done by increasing training on workplace violence management for nurses, creating a safe working environment to decrease the potential risks, and developing an appropriate system for reporting and responding to workplace violence incidents.

Liushan Bangzi, also referred to as Kaoshan Bangzi, is a traditional local opera that originated in the Linyi, China more than 200 years ago. Based on Shanshan Bangzi, it mixes elements of Linyi's dialect, folk music, and traditions to create a distinctive brand of opera music. With the goal of bringing Liushan Bangzi to the attention of other researchers and providing research references, we examine Liushan Bangzi from three angles in this paper, using field research and our practice of singing it. These three aspects are the opera's history, its musical elements, and its accompanists.

Anhua dark tea, a rapidly growing industry since 2006, has played a pivotal role in poverty alleviation and economic prosperity for Anhua County. However, recent years have witnessed a decline in sales volume, raising concerns among scholars due to changing shopping environments, business models, and consumer demographics. Drawing upon consumer behavior theory and the perceived value model, this study proposes hypotheses to explore the factors influencing consumers' purchase decisions regarding dark tea, focusing on perceived functional value, social value, income value, and cultural value. By collecting Likert-scale data and basic information, the study employs SPSS and Amos for data analysis, aiming to validate the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that perceived functional value, social value, and cultural value have a significantly positive impact on consumers' intention to purchase Anhua dark tea. Building on the empirical findings, this study suggests strategies such as standardized production, product structure adjustments, diversified product offerings, and the promotion of value-added and culturally enriched dark tea products. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of establishing a comprehensive black tea industry chain, integrating tea culture with local communities, and enhancing product value and reputation through the creation of "product IP," "geographical IP," and "cultural IP" for Anhua dark tea. By fostering consumer loyalty, Anhua dark tea can emerge as a representative of Hunan Province and a symbol of Chinese tea culture, carrying its therapeutic potential to a global audience.

Primary Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disorder that affects the exocrine glands, leading to dryness of the eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes. Depression is a common comorbidity in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome, and it can have a significant impact on patients' quality of life. This review paper provides an overview of the clinical presentation and prevalence of primary Sjogren's syndrome and depression, as well as a summary of the research progress on the relationship between these two conditions. The proposed mechanisms underlying the relationship between primary Sjogren's syndrome and depression, including neuroendocrine and immune system dysregulation, proinflammatory cytokines, stress and coping mechanisms, psychological factors, and other factors, are also discussed. Additionally, various treatment options for depression in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome are reviewed, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. While there are some limitations to the current research, understanding the relationship between primary Sjogren's syndrome and depression is important for improving the care and quality of life of patients with this condition.

Wushu, also known as Chinese martial arts, is a traditional sport and cultural treasure of China that has a history of thousands of years. In China, Wushu is widely practiced and has been integrated into the national physical education curriculum, with Wushu being taught in schools and training centers across the country. This study adopts research methods such as survey, literature review, and statistics to investigate and analyze the injuries that occur in Wushu teaching at Beichen Children's Art School in Hohhot,China, with the aim of exploring the causes and preventive measures of these injuries and reducing their occurrence in Wushu teaching. The integrated approach of combining internal and external training, as well as the unity of form and spirit, is a major feature of Wushu practice. "Internal" refers to the mental and breath-related activities of the heart, mind, intention, and qi. "External" refers to the external physical activities of the hands, eyes, body, and steps. Many martial arts styles and schools emphasize the integrated approach of internal and external training and the unity of form and spirit. Wushu practice not only has a high exercise value but also has rich content and diverse forms. Different boxing and equipment have different action results, technical requirements, styles, and exercise volumes. It can be carried out without limitation by age, gender, time, season, venue, or equipment. People can choose appropriate projects for exercise according to their needs and conditions, which provides convenient conditions for carrying out mass sports activities. Therefore, Wushu practice has a wide range of adaptability.

The Yangtze River Delta region, represented by Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu, has grown as one of the most developed regions in China based on the acceptance of international industrial transfer. However, along with the rising factor costs, increasing environmental pressure and resource constraints, it has become a general trend to upgrade industrial structure, give priority to intensive, high technology and high value-added industries, some labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries is moved to other regions in the country. As the southern gate of Shandong Province, Linyi City is close to the Yangtze River Delta, with a common history, and complementary resources, and is an important hub connecting the north and south economies. It should take full advantage of its location, natural resources and labor resources to actively undertake the industrial transfer of the Yangtze River Delta and participate in the regional economic cooperation and development of the Yangtze River Delta. The difference in the development level between the transferring and taking over places is a prerequisite for industrial transfer, which can be measured by the industrial gradient coefficient, which shows the different levels of industrial gradients to determine the transferring industries in the Yangtze River Delta region; in addition, the relative industrial gradient coefficient is introduced to determine the industries Linyi can take over.

This study aims to determine the financial indicators that affect the profitability of Chinese A-share listed catering companies. The literature shows that more profitable companies are often more competitive and can also bring greater returns to investors. Therefore, it seems very necessary to identify the factors that affect the profitability of A-share listed catering companies. This study was based on the samples of the four catering companies,Tongqinglou,Guangzhou Restaurant ,Quanjude Group,Xi’an Catering, listed on China A-shares from 2018 to 2022. In order to determine the indicators affecting the profitability of the listed catering companies, based on DuPont analysis ,I conducted a large number of data analysis on the financial statements of these four companies and preliminarily determined 12 indicators. In order to determine the significance of the impact of each indicator on profitability, I used correlation analysis for screening. And finally, seven indicators were determined, namely: Return on equity, Return on total asset,Sales profit margin, Cost profit margin, Earnings per share , Total assets turnover ratio, and Profit rate on fixed assets.

The motion events expressions in Chinese have been a controversial topic and few research on them from the developmental perspective. Therefore, based on the long-term tracking corpus of two Mandarin children SWK and WMX from their 13 months to 48 months, this paper studies the lexicalization of Chinese children’s motion events in the process of language acquisition to reveal the unique features in Chinese motion event expressions. Research revealed that at age 3, Chinese children began to express motion events primarily using the serial verb structure, that is, a manner verb + path verb pattern and children’s motion event expressions grew progressively more extensive with age. Chinese children follow the satellite-framed language pattern early on. The authentic language use in corpora and the features found based on them prove that Chinese is a satellite-framed language. The present study offers a new type of evidence for the typological properties of the language from the developmental perspective and could shed fresh insight on a thorny issue regarding the classification of Mandarin Chinese in motion events.
