In this paper, MOOC-based O2O Teaching System for college English cross - cultural knowledge is introduced to improve the 3P model of traditional English teaching through data analysis of the combined and optimized fitness function and social evolution operator. First, through analyzing and summarizing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and research results, the construction scheme of MOOC-based O2O Teaching System for college English cross-cultural knowledge was established. Moreover, this paper studies the construction mode of MOOC-based O2O Teaching System for college English cross-cultural knowledge and finally establishes the teaching system, and concludes that colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultural difference in English learning, and emphasis on the cultivation of college student cross-cultural knowledge. The specific path is online education combined with offline education for common development, thereby enhancing college students’ English learning ability and practical ability. To sum up, in college English teaching, we should pay attention to the education of English cross-cultural knowledge, O2O mode for cross-cultural knowledge can be used to combine 3P teaching mode and online education mode in MOOC environment, promoting innovation and development of educational methods under the guidance of the constructivism, so as to improve students’ English proficiency.

In the decision-making system of sports assistant teaching and training, the performance of such system is not robust to different situations with a low accuracy. To solve the problems in the decision-making system, we proposed a decision-making method combining association rules and support vector machine (SVM) in this paper. First of all, we give a computer-aided decision support system for sports assistant learning and teaching training, which is fully elaborated from three aspects: virtual reality (VR) technology, VR based sports assistant learning and teaching and situational cognition, and VR based sports assistant learning and teaching mode. After that, the paper gives the feature extraction of sports auxiliary teaching training through association rules and the decision-making of the extracted association rules by SVM. We have done two different experiments for both association rules mining and SVM on both experiment group and control group of databases. Experimental results have shown that the training characteristics of sports auxiliary teaching very well. In the decision support of association rules, compared with the existing BP neural network, linear discriminant analysis and naive Bayes and other methods, the SVM method has better effect of action recognition in decision support system of sports assistant teaching and training. The robustness is the best for the application of SVM. We provide a new perspective for the decision support of sports auxiliary teaching training by using association rules and SVM. Through the method of this paper, we can obtain better decision-making effect and more robust process of sports auxiliary teaching and training.

With the fierce competition under the background of knowledge-based economy, tourism enterprises are increasingly aware that they must turn their focus from traditional products to customers for the sake of survival and development. Integrating the customer relationship management and knowledge management, the customer knowledge management (CKM) has aroused higher attention from the tourism enterprises. As for how to determine the factors influencing the Customer knowledge management competence (CKMC) of tourism enterprises and their weights, an index system was established for evaluating CKMC of tourism enterprises based on the balanced score card (BSC) and knowledge management process, the weight design and consistency check of the indexes were implemented using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the overall evaluation value and concrete index scores at all levels were obtained via the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. In the end, the scientificity and operability of the evaluation model were verified through an empirical analysis of China Youth Travel Service (CYTS). The results show that: (1) The business process, customer communication, system support, and market performance are important level I indexes used to measure the CKMC; (2) The key Level II factors influencing the CKMC of enterprises include customer knowledge sharing mechanism, timeliness of customer communication, degree of importance attached by senior leadership, and customer acquisition rate; (3) The evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation method can objectively describe the overall up-to-standard degree of enterprises’ CKMC, and clearly identify the strengths and weaknesses. This research shows that the combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation-based method is capable of more scientific and complete evaluation of CKMC, compensates for the deficiencies of single evaluation model, and provides a new method for the effective improvement of enterprises’ CKMC.

Aiming at the problem that the traditional OCR processing method ignores the inherent connection between the text detection task and the text recognition task, This paper propose a novel end-to-end text spotting framework. The framework includes three parts: shared convolutional feature network, text detector and text recognizer. By sharing convolutional feature network, the text detection network and the text recognition network can be jointly optimized at the same time. On the one hand, it can reduce the computational burden; on the other hand, it can effectively use the inherent connection between text detection and text recognition. This model add the TCM (Text Context Module) on the basis of Mask RCNN, which can effectively solve the negative sample problem in text detection tasks. This paper propose a text recognition model based on the SAM-BiLSTM (spatial attention mechanism with BiLSTM), which can more effectively extract the semantic information between characters. This model significantly surpasses state-of-the-art methods on a number of text detection and text spotting benchmarks, including ICDAR 2015, Total-Text.

With the increase in the intelligence of the production process and the increase in reliability requirements, the monitoring of the bearing life status after the event has been unable to meet the needs of industrial production. Performance degradation assessment and life monitoring have attracted more attention as intelligent methods based on condition maintenance. Hidden Markov model is a statistical probability model based on time series, which is very suitable for modeling the performance degradation process of equipment. Therefore, this paper proposes a life monitoring algorithm based on hidden Markov model. First, the continuous wavelet transform is introduced to obtain the optimal value of the shape factor or the stretch factor. Secondly, a hidden Markov model of multi-channel information fusion is proposed. The algorithm significantly improves the effectiveness and robustness of life monitoring. The hidden Markov model explicitly expresses the state duration distribution, making the model more suitable for life monitoring.

Performance degradation assessment and life monitoring have attracted more attention as intelligent methods based on condition maintenance. Hidden Markov model is a statistical probability model based on time series, which is very suitable for modeling the performance degradation process of equipment. Therefore, this paper proposes a life monitoring algorithm based on hidden Markov model. First, the continuous wavelet transform is introduced to obtain the optimal value of the shape factor or the stretch factor. Secondly, a hidden Markov model of multi-channel information fusion is proposed. The algorithm significantly improves the effectiveness and robustness of life monitoring.
