The purpose of the paper is to state the theoretical framework for the formation of a participatory model of social entrepreneurship development as a tool for the reintegration of military personnel, veterans and their family members, based on the identified views of veterans and their family members regarding the role of certain institutions of society in the development processes of social entrepreneurship. Methodology. The research is based on the results of a survey with blocks of questions aimed at studying certain aspects of the participatory approach to the development of social entrepreneurship: the state, hromada, business, education, as well as the specifics of involving veterans and their families in these processes. The study sample included people with the status of combatants, war veterans, and their family members who were participants in the Ukraine-Norway project "Retraining and social adaptation of military personnel and their family members in Ukraine", which was implemented at the Chernihiv Polytechnic National University in 2016-2022. The results of the survey showed that the expectations of veterans and their family members from the state regarding the development of social entrepreneurship are: the establishment of "clear rules of the game" – not only the development and implementation of relevant legislation, but also the formation of transparent and detailed procedures for starting a social enterprise and its development; the development and implementation of programmes for the social reintegration of veterans into civilian life through support for the creation of social enterprises (financial support, preferential taxation). In terms of the role of business in supporting the return of veterans to civilian life through the opening of social enterprises, respondents see it mainly as providing financial support to those social enterprises set up by veterans and their family members. The hromada, as the embodiment of the public sector, appears in the perceptions of veterans and their family members as a centre for social support, for finding ways to protect their rights, and for finding resources to meet their needs (including employment or starting their own business). The opinion of the interviewed veterans and their family members regarding the involvement of education in supporting the development of social entrepreneurship can be summarised as follows: the involvement of experts in the development of effective strategies for the development of both social entrepreneurship in the interest of veterans and education from it; the development of short-term social entrepreneurship training programmes (non-formal education courses) involving business, hromada and government representatives. Practical implications. The revealed results could be used for further scientific and practical research: development of directions of the programme of social and psychological support for reintegration of military personnel, veterans of AT

The article is devoted to determining the peculiarities of the influence of economic sciences on the formation of the nomenclature of administrative law. It is found out that the nomenclature of modern administrative law develops under the influence of the results of other sciences and researches, among which the economic sciences take the first place. It has been established that the specialist literature does not consider the general tendencies of development of the nomenclature of administrative law under the influence of economic sciences. At the same time, administrative legislation always uses economic concepts in the texts of normative legal acts, otherwise it is impossible, firstly, to determine the scope of competence of the relevant authority and, secondly, to clarify the peculiarities of its functioning in the specific sphere of economic relations. It has been shown that in the last thirty years, in the nomenclature of administrative law: 1) some categories have remained unchanged; 2) some concepts have lost the status of categories and ceased to be used in scientific circulation; 3) new categories have appeared; 4) economic categories have become widely used. Thus, at the present stage of development of administrative law, economic sciences have a significant influence on the formation of its nomenclature. This process is characterised by the following positive results: 1) administrative law regulation and public administration in the economy take into account the achievements of economic sciences in order to increase the efficiency in the relevant field of both administrative law norms and the activities of public administration bodies; 2) the maximum satisfaction of economic interests and the exercise of economic rights of human beings in administrative law relations; 3) a real implementation of the human-centred concept in the relations between public administration bodies and private persons when it comes to the provision of public services in the field of economic activity; 4) a harmony between the achievements of economic sciences and administrative law sciences, which complement each other in a certain way.

The subject of the study is the integration of international business: business platforms, international business synergy and cooperation. The purpose of the study is to formulate the concept of integrating international business into a single powerful platform by applying existing practices of business platforms. Methodology. The study used general and specific methods of scientific knowledge: the method of system analysis, the dialectical method, the formal logical method and the structural-functional method, as well as a number of empirical methods. Results. It is found that the study of international business integration is not new at the level of doctrine in foreign countries. However, in Ukraine, this phenomenon has not been thoroughly studied and requires the formation of a national vision and laying the foundations for business integration in modern conditions. The main factors that necessitate the creation of business platforms for Ukraine as tools for achieving synergy in the integration of international business in Ukraine include: globalisation processes, technological progress, integration, the need for unification of legislation, the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation of Ukraine, resource saving, economic growth, etc. The role of civil society in relations with business was highlighted, as it has become a bridge for the state and business in addressing important issues and a communication intermediary between Ukrainian business and the international community, as well as the importance of academic partnerships and incubation programmes in business integration and cooperation. It was noted that the integration of international business is an effective way to attract investment, move business, increase instruments, and provide opportunities to deepen business through integration processes into another financial system that is more capacious and capable. The article substantiates that integration of international business into a single powerful business platform is a long and gradual process which has to go through various stages related to cultural, legal, financial and other types of adaptation. At the same time, the creation of such a mechanism for integrating international business is the goal of the platform.

In the context of an aggravated competitive situation both in domestic and foreign markets, marketing tools for ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise are becoming increasingly important. With the simultaneous growth of the role of a systematic approach in strategic planning both in the overall activities of the enterprise and its development prospects, and the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and its competitive position in specific markets. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise competitiveness management. The purpose of the article is to form a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise on the basis of marketing. Methodology. To achieve the research objective, the following tasks were set and solved: a critical analysis of scientific approaches to the formation of a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise, substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise, clarification of the components of this system, and identification of the types of links between the components of the system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise. The following methods and approaches to research were employed in the study: an abstract and logical approach was used to examine the theoretical and methodological foundations of interaction management; an analysis of theoretical approaches to the formation of the enterprise competitiveness management system was conducted; an inductive and deductive approach (used to determine the factors influencing the formation of the enterprise competitiveness management system) was employed; a systematisation and generalisation approach (to clarify the approaches to the formation of the enterprise competitiveness management system) was also utilised. Results. The article considers processes of formation of the system of enterprise competitiveness management. It characterises and groups approaches to the system of management of competitiveness of an enterprise. The factors of influence on the level of competitiveness of enterprise have been determined. The structure of the system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise is described. Practical implications. The suggested integrated approach will help to clarify the role and functional links between the components of the enterprise competitiveness management system, taking into account the influence of factors of the marketing environment of enterprise and the marketing tools for assessing and improving the competitiveness of enterprise. Value/Originality. The proposed integrated approach to the formation of a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise on the basis of marketing, unlike the existing ones, recognises the key role of competitiveness of enterprise products in assessing the competitiveness of enterprise, allocates the subject and object of competitiveness management, is base

At present, the economy is developing technologically, and the creative economy makes use of new knowledge, technology and human creativity. The creative economy consists of the creative and cultural industries. Many authors deal with the issue of the creative economy and conclude that the creative industry has the potential to lead the economic sector or the economic level of regions. This paper addresses the issue of key performance indicators in the creative industries. It defines concepts such as creativity, the difference between creative and cultural industries and key performance indicators (KPIs). The research for this paper focused on the world's most awarded agencies for creativity, the world's most awarded brands for creativity and the world's most awarded countries for creativity. KPIs can be used to identify and compare the work of organisations in the creative and cultural industries. If the goals of the organisation are set and selected correctly, KPIs will provide measures of effectiveness in achieving them. The aim of this paper is to define key performance indicators for the creative industries. The method of collecting and processing information was used to collect information and then process the information related to the given topic. The method of analysis and synthesis was used to select a number of secondary data from internet sources and to trace the relationships between the chapters. The method of comparison was used to compare the information obtained. The methods of induction and deduction are used to evaluate and draw general conclusions. One of the main sources of data for the piece was the WARC Rankings 2023: Creative 100, which represents the most awarded campaigns and companies in the world. The KPIs were developed in six areas: financial, client, project, people, sales and website. Financial KPIs are the most important and reflect the performance of the creative agency as a whole. Customer KPIs show performance for the customer domain, track cost per customer and track the customer satisfaction index. Project KPIs focus on the moving parts of the project, regardless of the project management methodology. People KPIs include specific and quantifiable metrics to measure people performance, effectiveness and productivity. In sales, monthly sales growth, sales target attainment, cost as a percentage of sales and shopping basket abandonment rates are monitored. Performance monitoring should be important to all business units because it shows and reflects performance that is important to the achievement of goals or the survival of the business or institution.

The object of this article is the impact of chat marketing on customer satisfaction, and the purpose is to reveal theoretical knowledge that will help identify the factors that contribute to chat marketing and customer satisfaction in financial startups. This paper discusses the importance of customer support for financial startups and the different approaches to providing customer support through emotional means. In addition, this paper highlights the importance of customer satisfaction through trust and commitment to build a positive relationship with the customer. Furthermore, this paper demonstrated the framework behind chat marketing, which includes the use of different tools such as live chat platforms, chatbots and live agents or human representatives that help to achieve customer satisfaction through customer support. Moreover, using methods such as: observation, survey and regression analysis, this paper has demonstrated the importance of customer centricity in the financial sector to provide key essentials for employees as incentives that maintain customer satisfaction, while ensuring the flexibility of real-time communication with chatbots or live agents, with the need to have the ease of use and flexibility and various other factors to contribute to customer support satisfaction. As a result, the paper emphasises that in order to increase customer satisfaction with financial start-ups, it is crucial to maintain a low response rate by providing fast and reliable customer assistance. Developing and regularly updating chatbots to facilitate smooth transitions to live agents in complex situations is essential. Implementing an effective ticketing system to automate and monitor issue resolution is essential, with a focus on resolving issues during chat interactions whenever possible. Adopting a hybrid strategy that combines live agents and chatbots helps to meet diverse customer needs in a timely manner. Investing in comprehensive training for live agents is necessary to ensure professional and timely service. In addition, continuous monitoring and analysis of customer feedback plays a key role in improving overall business performance.

Within the framework of the study of the parameters of the internal environment in relation to the level of economic sustainability, the article presents the main strategies aimed at increasing the level of integrated economic sustainability of an enterprise structure in the face of crisis situations and phenomena. These strategies include: the strategy of preserving the existing level of economic sustainability by ensuring the stability of business processes, the strategy of accelerated growth of the level of economic sustainability due to increased demand for the goods and services sold, the strategy of growth by using the "advantages" of the consequences of crisis phenomena, and a number of others. The article proves that the formation of integrated economic sustainability occurs through active interaction and mutual influence of management strategies and professional competences of economic behaviour of an entrepreneurial entity. Increasing the efficiency of this complementary organisational process contributes to increasing the level of sustainability and the ability to ensure stable and balanced functioning of the business structure in the face of crisis phenomena of a completely different nature and impact. Objective. A comprehensive study and further systematic development of the theory and methodology of strategic management of economic sustainability of business structures in the context of developing corporate strategies is timely and relevant. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was formed by the provisions of the systemic approach and analysis, a synergistic approach to assessing the essence of sustainability as a separate scientific category, and a process approach in the context of developing methodological provisions for ensuring the integrated economic sustainability of business structures. Practical implications. The competencies of economic behaviour of business entities described and analysed above can be correlated both with the peculiarities of doing business in a stable market system and with the impact of crisis phenomena (by analogy with the first methodological approach to assessing the integrated economic sustainability of an enterprise structure). Value/Originality. The article identifies and characterises key directions of the state policy aimed at ensuring economic sustainability of entrepreneurial structures, including in the context of the current crisis.

The modern agricultural sector is going through a period of intense transformation caused by both internal and external factors. In the context of active globalisation, business entities are forced to withstand fierce competition and therefore need to constantly adapt to the environment. This creates an urgent need for agribusiness enterprises to constantly improve their approaches and mechanisms of operation. Continuous adaptation requires flexibility, innovation and strategic thinking. Changes in the economic, political and technological landscape require businesses to respond quickly to new opportunities and challenges to ensure their competitiveness and sustainability. This constant process of adaptation is becoming a prerequisite not only for success, but also for survival in today's global business environment. The purpose of the article is to develop an innovative mechanism for improving the competitiveness of agribusiness enterprises. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study, which objectively reveals and substantiates the problem of increasing the competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises using the model of the innovation mechanism, is based on such special and general scientific methods as: monographic, logical-theoretical, statistical and economic-mathematical, visualisation, system analysis, neural network modelling, logical generalisation, abstraction and conclusion formation. The information base of the study was formed by the materials of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, statistical yearbooks, scientific developments of scientists on the defined topic, and financial statements of the studied enterprises. The subject and object basis of the study is the entrepreneurial activity of agricultural enterprises in Vinnytsia Oblast: Agricultural complex "Zelena Dolyna", PJSC "Dashkivtsi", LLC "Selyshchanske", FE "Yavir", FE "IRYNA – O.T". The results of the study have shown that the innovation mechanism, which consists in ensuring the management of innovative development of agribusiness enterprises, involves adjusting the business environment of an economic entity to achieve a cumulative effect from the efficient use of innovative and energy potentials. The paper emphasises that the cumulative effect means that the effect of the interaction of innovation and energy resources exceeds the simple effect of the impact of each of them separately. Practical implications. The authors calculated the indicators of competitiveness of the studied agricultural enterprises of Vinnytsia Oblast; assessed the level of innovation potential of these enterprises; determined the indicators of energy potential. On the basis of the obtained diagnostic results, a fuzzy knowledge base has been formed and a multicomponent decision-making system has been built for various combinations of values of the components of the innovation mechanism.
