A comprehensive assessment of the level of environmental competitiveness of agricultural enterprises of the Carpathian region of Ukraine allows to recognise them as priority, important competitors of high quality and safe agricultural products with geographical indication. In this regard, the problem of developing and implementing an environmental competitiveness strategy of agricultural enterprises in the Carpathian region, which is characterised by a relatively low level of environmental pollution and has significant land and resource potential for the production of the main types of agricultural products, is being updated at the national level. Methodology. The article uses the methods of induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, statistical sampling, comparison, expert opinions, associations and analogies. Results. The identified conceptual foundations of the competitive environmental strategy of agricultural enterprises at the regional level provide for improvement of the regulatory and legal support for their functioning. A grouping of farms in the Carpathian region of Ukraine was carried out according to two key criteria: the area of agricultural land and the number of farms. Based on the results of the analysis, a matrix of problematic aspects of the development of organic agriculture is formed, which is based on the following levels of management: legislative-institutional and organisational-economic. Practical implications. Implementation of a competitive environmental strategy in the Carpathian region of Ukraine requires active and coordinated work of government authorities, scientific institutions, NGOs and the private sector. This will help to preserve and rationally use the region's environmental resources, ensure its sustainable development and improve the quality of life. Value/Originality. The paper suggests and evaluates the environmental competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in the Carpathian region of Ukraine using the integrated index of environmental competitiveness based on the data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.

The aim of the article is to carry out a bibliographic analysis of articles related to the use of IT in economic education, in order to characterise the future landscape of scientific and pedagogical research. The material for the analysis were publications from the scientometric database Web of Science from 2020 to 26 March 2024. Only open access publications were taken into account. The VOSviewer application was used to qualitatively characterise the publication's landscape using keyword sets. The search was conducted among publications from 2020 using the words "information technology" and "economic education" in the "Keywords" and "Abstract" fields according to the search formula "information technology AND economic education". In terms of quantitative indicators, there is reason to believe that with the development of the IT industry and, importantly, with the emergence of artificial intelligence and the development of machine learning, the number of qualitative studies in economic education is growing. The subject of such research is the modernisation of economic disciplines, the introduction of active learning methods, and the spread of digital platforms that improve the training of economists. A qualitative analysis of the keywords that form the three main clusters of research reveals three trends: (1) the trend of integrative influence of IT development on the development of educational institutions, introduction of innovative models in economic education and its management; (2) the trend of development of personal qualities under the influence of economic education with the use of information technologies; (3) the trend of integration of economic education into socio-economic processes and its impact on human resources and their development. These areas are interconnected and therefore considered promising for the future: research related to the various impacts of the digital economy on the development of universities and their digital administration (digital university, provision of educational services anywhere in the world; development of digital learning environments and pedagogical design, and so forth); research related to the development of learning technologies under the influence of Internet technologies (immersive, gaming technologies, simulations, use of virtual and augmented reality), development of individual qualities of specialists in the field of economics (development of relevant skills – critical and creative thinking, digital communication skills, lifelong learning); research that reveals the peculiarities of organising education in the face of constraints and characterises the causes of digital divide; study of economic processes that determine the links between economic growth, economic education, the introduction of Industry 4.0 and the spread of artificial intelligence in all areas of the national economy.

The purpose of the paper is to identify the strategic imperatives of the pharmaceutical industry in the context of the development of the digital economy. Inclusion of the pharmaceutical industry in the list of priority sectors of the economy will help attract state investment support for production and increase the number of jobs. This will help to prevent a collapse in the supply of medicines and medical devices to the healthcare system and ensure their uninterrupted production and supply to the end consumer. The population of Ukraine will have access to quality medicines and medical products. Methodology. The article presents an analysis of the indicators of the pharmaceutical industry for the period 2019-2023. These include the volume of import and export of pharmaceutical products, the structure of the main marketing organisations in the pharmaceutical market, leading drugs in terms of sales volume on the Ukrainian market, the structure of sales of "pharmacy basket" products, and the volume of hospital supplies in terms of funding sources. This paper analyses the main trends of digitisation in the pharmaceutical industry at the global level and in Ukraine in particular. A SWOT analysis was conducted to assess the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine. The analysis focused on identifying the key factors that contribute to the successful development of e-commerce in the pharmaceutical industry. Results. The publication identifies the main positive and negative manifestations of digitalisation of the pharmaceutical industry in Ukraine and the factors that hinder its development. Practical implications. Thus, the introduction of digitalisation tools in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical industry is an important step towards improving its competitiveness. The deployment of smart manufacturing systems makes it possible to produce medicines faster and more accurately. Such technological solutions can help to optimise the supply chain, which is important for the pharmaceutical industry, where the accuracy and speed of supply of medicines is critical. The use of digital technologies improves control over the safety of pharmaceutical products and increases production efficiency. Automation of business processes through the use of AI, VR, AR, cloud computing, big data, etc. can help reduce production costs and improve product quality. However, the implementation of digitalisation technologies in the pharmaceutical industry also requires significant investments and qualified personnel, which may temporarily reduce competitiveness due to higher prices for finished products.

This article examines the multifaceted assistance provided by the European Union and the Council of Europe to Ukraine in response to Russian aggression. It delves into the various forms of support, including financial, humanitarian and institutional assistance, with a particular focus on strengthening the judiciary. Through initiatives such as the Council of Europe Action Plan and the establishment of the Register of Damage, international partners are seeking to accelerate Ukraine's recovery and address human rights violations. The authors emphasise the importance of ongoing cooperation to strengthen Ukraine's resilience and democratic progress, advocating for continued support to promote peace and stability in the region. The authors provide a thorough analysis of the legal and regulatory framework and the criteria for European assistance to Ukraine. They emphasise the key role of the justice sector in ensuring good governance, upholding the rule of law and restoring violated rights. The study describes in detail the financial assistance envisaged in the Council of Europe's Action Plan for 2023-2026 entitled "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction". The analysis shows that EU financial assistance has been instrumental in addressing the challenges of sustaining the justice system. Economic support to the justice sector, which is monitored by the Council of Europe, aims, among other things, to strengthen judicial expertise, develop free legal aid institutions, formulate programmatic documents for prison reform, implement pilot projects for prison management recommended by the Council of Europe, and strengthen oversight mechanisms for penitentiary institutions. The authors conclude by stressing the need to promote the development of the justice sector and ensure its financial support as an integral part of effective public administration.

Within the framework of the study of the parameters of the internal environment in relation to the level of economic sustainability, the article presents the main strategies aimed at increasing the level of integrated economic sustainability of an enterprise structure in the face of crisis situations and phenomena. These strategies include: the strategy of preserving the existing level of economic sustainability by ensuring the stability of business processes, the strategy of accelerated growth of the level of economic sustainability due to increased demand for the goods and services sold, the strategy of growth by using the "advantages" of the consequences of crisis phenomena, and a number of others. The article proves that the formation of integrated economic sustainability occurs through active interaction and mutual influence of management strategies and professional competences of economic behaviour of an entrepreneurial entity. Increasing the efficiency of this complementary organisational process contributes to increasing the level of sustainability and the ability to ensure stable and balanced functioning of the business structure in the face of crisis phenomena of a completely different nature and impact. Objective. A comprehensive study and further systematic development of the theory and methodology of strategic management of economic sustainability of business structures in the context of developing corporate strategies is timely and relevant. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was formed by the provisions of the systemic approach and analysis, a synergistic approach to assessing the essence of sustainability as a separate scientific category, and a process approach in the context of developing methodological provisions for ensuring the integrated economic sustainability of business structures. Practical implications. The competencies of economic behaviour of business entities described and analysed above can be correlated both with the peculiarities of doing business in a stable market system and with the impact of crisis phenomena (by analogy with the first methodological approach to assessing the integrated economic sustainability of an enterprise structure). Value/Originality. The article identifies and characterises key directions of the state policy aimed at ensuring economic sustainability of entrepreneurial structures, including in the context of the current crisis.

However, there are problems and challenges that require attention, in particular, the issue of increasing the effectiveness and inviolability of the jury in practice. The conclusion of the study is that the institution of jurors is crucial for ensuring the fairness of justice and public trust, is determined by the constitutional principles of ensuring its independence, requires improvement of legislation, training of jurors and consideration of economic consequences for its further development, as evidenced by the results of the analysis and comparative methods with the European and American experience.

The article examines the organisational and legal framework for implementing certain projects of interaction between local self-government bodies and the police under martial law, and identifies the specifics of their financial support. The purpose of the study is to identify promising projects of cooperation between local self-government bodies and the police and other authorities in creating a secure environment and the means of their organisational and economic support. The objectives of the research are to clarify the legal basis and forms of cooperation between local self-government (LSG) bodies and the police in the area of ensuring the vital activity of the region; to identify promising projects of cooperation between local self-government bodies and the police and other bodies in creating a secure environment that have been implemented and are planned for implementation and ways to finance them. The methodological basis of the paper is the dialectical method, the application of which allowed to comprehensively reveal the nature of forms and methods of interaction between local self-government bodies and the police. The study established that the interaction of the National Police of Ukraine with other public security entities during the anti-terrorist operation should be understood as an activity based on legislative and by-law regulations and coordinated in terms of objectives, time and place of conduct between entities directly involved in the fight against terrorism, arising from the organisational activities of specially created coordination bodies, and other equal and independent state bodies, local self-government bodies and the public with the aim of their coordinated functioning to protect the rights, freedoms and security of citizens, prevent and suppress terrorist acts and other offences through the most appropriate combination of forms and methods inherent in these subjects. It is found that, taking into account the analysis of positive foreign experience, it is advisable to develop a model programme of interaction of local self-government bodies at the regional level with the police and other authorities to create a secure environment in Ukraine, which should define: the legal basis for interaction; areas of interaction; forms, means and methods of interaction; and the procedure for joint financing of security programmes of interaction in this area.

The subject of the study is the segmental manifestation of the rule of law principle and its elements in the activities of justice authorities, courts and public associations, taking into account the economic basis of its influence. The purpose of the study is to examine the forms of manifestation of the rule of law principle and its individual elements in the activities of justice and court authorities, to clarify the role of the public in its practical application, and to identify opportunities for its economic support. Methodology. The study used general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge: the method of system analysis, the dialectical method, the formal logical method, the structural and functional method, as well as a number of empirical methods. In particular, the method of comparison was used to determine the transformation of penitentiary bodies and their transformation into penitentiary justice bodies. The results of the study demonstrated the need for: qualitative consideration of the aspect of ensuring the correction of a convicted person after serving his or her sentence; involvement of representatives of civil society institutions in the resocialisation processes; and identification of potential ways to implement effective reforms that can increase the efficiency and fairness of the judiciary. Conclusion. The article reveals the relationship between the transformation of the penal system into the penitentiary system and the implementation of the rule of law in this area and its comprehensive enforcement. It is noted that the criminal executive system takes into account the aspect of ensuring the serving of sentences, and in the penitentiary system, which operates under the rule of law, the authors additionally identifies such a qualitative component as ensuring the correction of a convicted person after serving his/her sentence and his/her resocialisation. It was found that the economic rationale for the transformation of the judiciary based on the rule of law consists in reducing the costs of: court functioning due to the possibility of digitalization of the preparatory stages before the court hearing and the holding of court hearings in videoconference mode; reducing costs for the court apparatus through optimization of its functions; reducing the number of court cases due to active mediation and other possible options for resolving disputes peacefully, etc. It is noted that justice in judicial proceedings means not only formal compliance with the law, but also the exercise of rights and freedoms of individuals with due regard for equality, objectivity and impartiality. The authors prove that non-governmental organisations are an important institution capable of promoting the principle of justice as an integral element of the rule of law, since they ensure the right to apply to court and the right to protection of members and third parties. The role of the public in shaping the economic basis for reforms and the

The subject of the article is the means of international law to eliminate corruption threats to national security. The research methodology involved the use of logical, historical and legal, systemic, natural law, formal and dogmatic, hermeneutical, economic and legal (analysis, comparison), axiological, statistical and economic methods. The purpose of the article is to reveal the means of international law to eliminate corruption threats to national security. Carrying out the study made it possible to draw the following conclusions. It was found that most countries of the world have implemented international anti-corruption norms into their national legal frameworks and have the support of international organisations specialising in the fight against corruption. The resources of foreign legal doctrine become an important source of support for domestic scientists to convince of the correctness of their scientific conclusions regarding successful anti-corruption measures. An extensive system of international anti-corruption assistance allows to minimise the costs of own relevant infrastructure. On this basis and against the background of access to powerful anti-corruption resources at the European and world level, there is essentially sabotage of anti-corruption policy in Ukraine, which has critically affected the security of the Ukrainian nation. It was emphasised that military threats from the outside are an exceptional danger for corrupt countries. At the same time, even the stabilising effect of microcorruption becomes dangerous for them in today's unstable development environment. All the positive effects of corruption in the form of improved communication through small gifts that comply with legal customs disappear when top corruption spreads in a country. Then this level of corruption multiplies a series of official crimes, treason and other crimes that destroy the foundations of national security. Already after the point of no return – the beginning of military aggression from outside against the background of prolonged high-level corruption inside the country – external support for anti-corruption reforms becomes a condition for the survival of the nation, the reduction of human losses in the war, and so forth. The need to neutralise these two challenges to national security becomes urgent after years of procrastination on accountability and other dimensions of integrity in public positions. In these cases, the national legal standard falls under the critical conditions of ultra-fast transformation, according to the successful anti-corruption models of countries that saved their nation from war and high-level corruption. It is noted that the standards set for Ukraine are quite close. These are EU standards, which are achieved through the adoption and implementation of those legal norms that reflect the current state of ensuring human opportunities. It is stressed that the specification of anti-corruption norms and the structural units of
