Abstract Tourism stakeholders play an eminent role in destination marketing and offering an array of products to the tourists. Numerous local tourism marketing partnerships have been formed as a result of the complexity and interdependence among the various stakeholders. The study is based on empirical research done among international tourists visiting Mamallapuram heritage site in Tamil Nadu. This study looks at how tourists’ overall satisfaction and inclination to return to the area are affected by satisfaction-based ratings. A satisfaction survey was conducted to include ratings of several destination characteristics using an ordinal scale. Results revealed that tourists rate safety, hygiene, and cleanliness as important elements for selecting a destination for traveling along with family members and friends.

Factors affecting employee engagement in higher education institution-An empirical study in NCR 影响高校员工敬业度的因素——基于NCR的实证研究

Abstract Purpose: The present study was aimed to evaluate the factors that affect employee engagement in Higher Education institutions. It also studied the variance between demographic factors and employee engagement activities. Design/Methodology: This study was designed to analyze the factors that affect employee engagement. To accomplish this, a pilot survey was done on 25 people with the help of a structured questionnaire to ascertain the validity and understandability of the questions (α = 0.83). Further, the questionnaire was distributed to faculty members and staff of different universities and colleges. A total of 280 valid responses were collected. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze demographic characteristics, factor analysis for establishing covariance relationships among many variables, and ANOVA for analyzing the variance between employee engagement activities and demographic factors. Findings: From factor analysis, 6 factors were identified as predictors of employee engagement in Higher Education Institution (HEI). These factors were Job Satisfaction, Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Career Development, Work Environment and Job Characteristics. Also, it was found that age, years of experience, marital status, the position of the employee had shown significant variance in the employee engagement activities. Conclusion: Job satisfaction, Work environment, Leadership had shown a significant impact on employee engagement. Organizations must emphasize and put effort into improving the work environment, leadership style and, they must promote programs that would enhance job satisfaction. Limitation: The present study is done in NCR with a limited sample size of 280 respondents. Hence, the output of the present research cannot be generalized to the entire country.

Abstract Stakeholder’s pressure on businesses to adopt environmentally friendly business practices has increased in recent years, making it more vital to identify green initiatives that improve sustainability. Despite the fact that academics and industry professionals are keenly trying to explore and understand how to strike a balance between maintaining the environmental balance, studies on green methodologies are few and far between, particularly in developing and underdeveloped countries. The major objective of this article is to look into and identify eco-friendly human resources strategies, as well as to address competitive advantage and corporate sustainability. The researchers reviewed papers on a specific issue and gained an improved understanding of green HRM, corporate competitiveness, and environmental business sustainability. Green HRM practices, according to the study, give organizations a competitive advantage and help them achieve environmental and commercial sustainability.

Abstract Long-term worldwide investment trends show that exchange-traded funds (ETFs) are becoming popular for passive investing. Nifty Bees established in 2001 was the first ETF to follow passive equities assets in India. Here, we will take a closer look at the Indian ETF market, as well as key policy considerations, and how to proceed. To put things in perspective, given the maturity of the US ETF market, the study compares the Indian ETF market to the US wherever possible on both a qualitative and quantitative basis. That’s how the paper’s laid out. After a quick introduction to ETFs and their history in India, the study looks in detail at how the market is structured and who the major players in the market in detail. These two sections outline the industry’s tailwinds and headwinds. There are certain policy ideas that might help the business grow further. The findings of the study stated that US ETF are more traded in volume in comparison to Indian ETF.

Women perspective of shifting paradigms towards online shopping 女性对网络购物模式转变的看法

Abstract Online shopping is a method of purchasing goods and services from the comfort of one’s own home, office, or any other location with internet access. It is the shifting paradigm of offline to online shopping scenario, specially in the Covid era when everybody in the whole world were forced to stay at their homes to be safe and movement was allowed only to buy groceries for stipulated period. The purpose of this study is to analyze the shifting paradigm of shopping from offline to online from the women perspective. The judgmental non probability sampling approach was used to gather cross-sectional primary data from online and offline women shoppers of the country. The questionnaire is prepared with the help of a literature review and experts. In order to understand the preferences of customer, discriminant analysis is applied on the collected responses of 200 women customers from metro cities of the country using SPSS software. The response data consists of the ratings provided by the women consumers for the different mode of shopping. It is compared with the help of Descriptive Statistics, Discriminant Analysis, Wilks Lambda, F stats and its p value. In the study the fifteen attributes are considered for comparing the preferences of women for shopping and found that out of fifteen attributes eight attributes are considered by women customers for online shopping, six for offline and in one attributes their preferences for online and offline shopping is almost same.

Competency mapping building a competent workforce through human resource information system 透过人力资源资讯系统,建立胜任的员工队伍

Abstract Purpose: The paper focuses especially on competence mapping, a probable method for enhancing the performance of employees in a corporation by the use of the Human useful resource facts gadget (HRIS). Theoretical framework: Competency mapping is the technique of figuring out key abilities for a company or manner and incorporating those capabilities into diverse approaches such as technique evaluation, schooling, and organizational recruitment. Over the years, highly professional and knowledge based jobs are growing, whilst low-professional jobs are cutting (Mathur & Rawat, 2020). This calls for future skill mapping by proper human resource management initiatives. Methodology: Primary data is used for the study. However secondary data has also been used. Data on employee competence have been accrued from organization information, private interactions with employees, their supervisors, colleagues and employees of different departments. For this motive, several parameters of attributes, capabilities and expertise were compiled in accordance with HR suggestions and process roles that have been authorized by using HRIS of HR department. Later we have performed some statistical analysis by various statistical tools. Findings: In our study, we have found that attributes, skills and knowledge which are related to competency mapping can be increased by Human Resource Information System if it is properly managed.

Generalized power Weibull software reliability growth model 广义幂威布尔软件可靠性增长模型

Abstract Software usage in various industries and homes forms part of our daily lives. Thus, performing quality control checks on developed software by software engineers is essential to both the developer and the users. The general idea of software reliability as a quality control check is very important to both the producer and the consumer. This paper offers a Generalized Power Weibull software reliability growth model that takes environmental factors into account. The applications of the proposed software reliability growth model reveals that it performs better than some of the existing competing models. Finally, a sequential probability ratio test for the proposed model was developed for monitoring of reliability data.

Abstract Indian rural workforce ensures remarkable art forms and craft production for livelihood and also increases employability. Rajasthan is far ahead in the same and its rural production of blue pottery, handicrafts etc has been quite popular and yet unorganized and decentralized, that deserves lot of scaling across the world. Inorder to provide market place to this unorganized sector, e-commerce scheme with the name e-bazaar has been launched by Rajasthan Government. This paper reviews the e-bazaar platform of GoR and its impact on the users and challenges faced by it and propose a secure and improved framework for making e-bazaar a successful & more useful platform for facilitating the B2C model for the villagers across Rajasthan.

Implementation and assessment of new hybrid model using CNN for flower image classification 基于CNN的花卉图像分类新混合模型的实现与评价

Abstract Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) is an advanced technique for image classification. Lots of CNN models have been used for the classification of objects in the images. CNN is trained using profound learning algorithms that have made some enormous achievements in the recognition of large-scale identification methods in the field of machine learning. This paper proposes hybrid models for flower classification in order to achieve better classification accuracy. The study implemented four different hybrid models; the first is VGG16+SVM, the second is ResNet50+SVM, then AlexNet + SVM, and the last hybrid model is GoogleNet + SVM. The ordered dataset conveys 6027 images of various species of flowers. The first execution model result the accuracy of 80.67%, the second model accuracy is of 90.01%, the third model result the accuracy of 80.27%, and the last model carried out an 82.54% total accuracy.
