The purpose of the study is to describe the technology on TPACK-based HOTS applied by lecturers of a suburban university in teaching writing, and its challenge faced in-class interaction. Four English lecturers from Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar in Indonesia are the participants selected using the purposive sampling design. The process of data collection uses depth interviewing through the online system. Data are analyzed using a "holistic" viewpoint in case study. The results revealed that simple technology dominates the general interactions when teaching writing. Some lecturers may only have a basic understanding of utilizing technology to teach writing. Even they still favour using manual teaching. Because the internet network is poor, few students have technology equipment like laptops, and the interaction is tedious because students are unfamiliar with the technology. It is better that the government, schools, the community, and the primary critical holders for learning must work together in determining policies in the face of changes to use technology in all aspects of school interaction.

Financial inclusion was the most challenging mission as far as the economically weaker sections of society in India. Microfinance was given to the underprivileged for sustaining themselves and starting their own businesses. However, a number of operational and legal barriers that threatened the efficient operation of microfinance institutions (MFIs) restrained its growth. The purpose of this study was to understand the macro and micro challenges involved in the delivery of microfinance services in rural India. For the study of macro and micro issues faced by various institutions in providing microfinance, secondary data collection and informal interviews were done. The effective execution of delivery methods for microfinance was investigated in this article along with techniques that addressed the problems mentioned. In other words, the delivery challenges explained the macro and micro issues that different organisations encountered when delivering microfinance. Strategies were discussed making it workable and adoptable by various institutions participating in microfinance to counter or tackle the macro and micro delivery challenges faced. The findings showed the difficulties of people from rural areas, their inaccessibility to microfinance and the inability of MFIs in controlling transaction costs. The article has highlighted ways to provide as many rural residents as possible with the necessary credit money.

High-frequency trading (HFT) is one of the most significant recent developments in the financial markets. This study aims to assess the present status of HFT in stock markets in India and across the world to identify subjective areas that can be used for carrying out research in HFT in relation to stock markets operating in India. The study will help to bring out significant areas of research gap which can help to regulate the HFT without much impact on the retail investors by reducing the leveraging effect of the prices. With the use of major studies that have highest citations during the previous ten years in the area of HFT, the regulatory measures and their impact on HFT were found to be an interesting area of research that is left unexplored. This study on whole has provided clear synthesis of HFT and its impact on stock markets over the decade which has helped to identify significant areas of research related to Indian as well as world stock markets.

Crime not only violates legal norms, but also violates social norms that apply in society and religious norms. Currently, if interpreted in reverse (a contrario) if there is an act (prostitution) which is of course an act that is condemned by society, but on the one hand it is not listed as an act or a criminal offense according to the Criminal Code (KUHP). how is the classification of this action and how is the law enforcement effort carried out. Politeness is one of the main factors to achieve character education. The teacher should pay attention, show politeness, and consider themselves as part of parents. The purpose is to make some middle school teachers recognize how to criticize appropriately. This research was carried out to identify the types of politeness principles used by the EFL teachers during the classroom interaction, andto find out the effects of politeness principles in the classroom interaction during teaching-learning process. The researcher has chosen English teacher on the seventh and eighth grade at Lab School of UNISMUH Makassar. The researcher joined in the class and recorded the activities when teachers were teaching. The researcher applied descriptive qualitative method to analyze the data, by doing data reduction, data display and conclusion. The researcher used the theory of politeness by Geoffrey Leech (2016) about politeness principle, which consists of six maxims, namely tact maxim, generosity maxim, approbation maxim, modesty maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim. The result of the observation showed that the EFL teachers used five maxims, namely tact maxim, generosity maxim, approbation maxim, agreement maxim, and sympathy maxim.Furthermore, the results of the interviews showed that the principle of politeness could create togetherness between teachers and students, build respect for students, create cooperative interactions between teachers and students, help students to have positive feelings towards lessons, motivate them to participate actively in class and also shapes the character and self-development of students to local culture.

Reading is very important for students because their learning success is highly dependent on their reading comprehension. In order to read well, teachers must support learning with appropriate teaching methods. This study was a quantitative study to apply a quasi-experimental design to compare the TPRC strategy with Prezi and Grammar Translation Method to the first-year students in SMPN 1 Sutojayan. Studies have shown significantly higher performance than those taught using GTM. It was concluded that TPRC strategy using Prezi was effective in teaching the reading of descriptive texts for junior high school.

The purpose of the study was to look into the effectiveness of Trendy Flash Builder 1.0 software in teaching grammar. This study used a non-random sample of students from all demographics and a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subject of the study was implemented in the English department of UNIPA Blitar. The research subject for this study was a student from two classes, IA and IB, from which the treatment class was drawn at random. Class IB was the experimental group, receiving Trendy Flash Builder 1.0 software as a teaching medium, whereas Class IA was the control group, receiving no teaching media. As these groups differed on several parameters, ANCOVA was employed to try to reduce some of these disparities. As a result of data calculations, the research hypothesis was confirmed. It is possible to infer that Trendy Flash Builder 1.0 software as a teaching medium can have a significant impact on students' grammar achievement.

The use of good and correct Indonesian is reduced due to the emergence of the use of new language vocabulary or what is commonly called slang. Slang is a popular type of informal language, but its adaptability poses difficulties for current natural language processing systems. This study aims to describe the use of Slang by university students in Surabaya and its impact on the use of Indonesian. Data collection used a survey to respondents. The results of the analysis show that Slang is often used by university students in Surabaya. The positive impact of the use of Slang among students is that it makes them more creative in using language that is easier to remember and pronounce. The negative impact decreases the quality of Indonesian language formalism. The use of correct Indonesian is only used in lectures as well as writing articles, papers, and other scientific works.
