The purpose of the study was to look into the effectiveness of Trendy Flash Builder 1.0 software in teaching grammar. This study used a non-random sample of students from all demographics and a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The subject of the study was implemented in the English department of UNIPA Blitar. The research subject for this study was a student from two classes, IA and IB, from which the treatment class was drawn at random. Class IB was the experimental group, receiving Trendy Flash Builder 1.0 software as a teaching medium, whereas Class IA was the control group, receiving no teaching media. As these groups differed on several parameters, ANCOVA was employed to try to reduce some of these disparities. As a result of data calculations, the research hypothesis was confirmed. It is possible to infer that Trendy Flash Builder 1.0 software as a teaching medium can have a significant impact on students' grammar achievement.

Reading is very important for students because their learning success is highly dependent on their reading comprehension. In order to read well, teachers must support learning with appropriate teaching methods. This study was a quantitative study to apply a quasi-experimental design to compare the TPRC strategy with Prezi and Grammar Translation Method to the first-year students in SMPN 1 Sutojayan. Studies have shown significantly higher performance than those taught using GTM. It was concluded that TPRC strategy using Prezi was effective in teaching the reading of descriptive texts for junior high school.

One of the financial services industries that has developed very rapidly in recent years is the financial technology (fintech) industry, particularly the information technology-based money lending and borrowing service industry (LPMUBTI). Since 2016 the development of the information technology-based money lending and borrowing service industry (LPMUBTI) has recorded very high growth, far above the growth of other financial services industries. In practice, the information technology-based lending and borrowing service industry (LPMUBTI) uses customer personal identity data electronically. There is a need for oversight on this matter, because personal data protection is one of human rights which is part of personal self-protection, it is necessary to provide a legal basis to provide security for personal data, based on this, information technology-based money lending service providers (LPMUBTI) those who leak the personal data of their customers for any reason can be subject to criminal sanctions.

The development of Village-Owned Enterprises which have their own wealth originating from APBN and/or APBD funds is inseparable from the poor management carried out by Village-Owned Enterprises who abuse the authority they have. Instead of focusing on institution ranking, HEI should consider the students’ achievements because new students’ admission regulation allotted 20% of students registered by using achievement evaluation. In addition, every HEI must report student management, including students’ achievements through SIMKATMAWA. Bear in mind, the importance of student management and students’ achievement, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of factors affecting students’ achievement such as new students’ state university admission, students’ achievement motivation, students’ services, reward system, and students’ achievement. The researcher used a non-experimental quantitative approach i.e., correlational research. The sample of this study was 78 students of Brawijaya University (UB) who have high achievements. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was chosen as an analytical technique. This study showed a positive relationship between new students’ admission, students’ service, reward system, and students’ achievement. Those variables had a direct relationship. In addition, there was no significant positive relationship between new students’ admission for students’ achievement motivation, as well as students’ service for students’ achievement motivation. In sum, this study showed that UB had a good students management system, so that the students can get achievements.

The purpose of this study is to know whether there is significant difference on English Grammar achievement of the first year Vocational School students taught using Carousel Feedback and those taught using Grammar Translation Method. This research used X-TKR 2 class as the experiment class and X-TKR 1 class as the control class. To measure the effectiveness of the specific learning objective as the instruments, the researchers used essay tests consisted of 10 items. Considering that the researchers are applying Non-Randomized Pretest-Posttest control group design, the result of the study was analyzed using ANCOVA formula and computed using SPSS version 22.0. It shows that there is significant difference on English Writing achievement between students taught using Carousel Feedback and those who taught using Grammar Translation Method on teaching writing invitation letter.
