PRODUCTIVITY OF DAIRY COWS DEPENDING ON THE CONDITIONS OF MAINTNANCE 奶牛的生产能力取决于饲养条件

The article presents the influence of microclimate parameters on the productivity of dairy cows. Keeping cows in a loose-box way with a better microclimate turned out to be more effective than keeping them in a tethered way. The temperature and relative humidity in this premise during the cold season were normal or closer to normal. In comfortable conditions, milk yield per cow was 6.4% higher and amounted to 23.8 kg against 21.8 kg.

The article deals with the current problem of a number of zoonotic diseases, such as vector-borne diseases and hemorrhagic fevers, bird flu, plague and a number of others. The data on the most urgent and widespread diseases to date are presented. Shown are their importance in the socio-economic sphere, the main approaches to the prevention and elimination of a number of diseases both among animals and among the population.

INFLUENCE OF INTERVAL MILKING OF PRODUCING GOATS ON PHYSICOCHEMICAL INDICATORS AND CONTENT OF HUMAN LACTOFERRIN IN ANIMAL MILK 产山羊间歇挤奶对动物乳理化指标及人乳铁蛋白含量的影响

It has been established that the use of the interval milking of goats producing biosimilar human lactoferrin leads to significant changes in the physicochemical and biochemical indicators of animal milk, namely, to an increase in fat content by 32% (P<0.001), total protein content – by 12% (P<0.001 ), MSNF – by 9% (P<0.001), density – by 18% (P<0.001), somatic cell content – by 81% (P<0.001), rhLF concentration – by 15.2-66.0% (P<0.001 0.001) compared to the initial period. Interval milking of goats producing recombinant protein promotes the activation of human lactoferrin production, which can be used to regulate rhLF production in monitoring the mammary gland status of transgenic animals.

The article presents data on the development of optimal parameters for the production and quality control of an inactivated emulsified vaccine for the prevention of salmonellosis in birds, the isolation and selection of immunogenically effective vaccine strains of Salmonella. The data on the isolation of pathogens for the formation of vaccine strains in the conditions of poultry farms of the Republic of Belarus are given. The importance and relevance of this work lies in the fact that the selection of vaccine strains, taking into account the circulating Salmonella strains in each individual endemic zone, is necessary to create the most immunogenically effective vaccines.

EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF THE DRUG GENTABIFERON-B ON THE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATE OF THE MICE BODY UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF ANTITUMOR THERAPY 药物庆大霉素- b在抗肿瘤治疗条件下对小鼠机体形态功能状态影响的评价

The objective of this work was to study the effect of Gentabiferon-B on the morphofunctional state of the organism of mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) under the effect of doxorubicin. We studied the individual and combined effects of drugs on the concentration of tumor cells in the peritoneal cavity, as well as leukocytes and their individual populations in the blood of mice with EAC on day 10 of tumor growth; in addition, the longevity in the animals with a tumor was estimated after the use of doxorubicin and Gentabiferon-B. It was established that the combined use of drugs did not reduce the specific cytotoxic effect of doxorubicin in relation to tumor cells, which was assessed by the concentration of EAC cells in ascite. The number of tumor cells in the animals of this group was by 49.3% lower than the concentration of neoplasm cells in mice with EAC without treatment. In the experiment, an increase by 55.8% in the life expectancy of the animals treated with doxorubicin and Gentabiferon-B was observed relative to mice with a tumor after monotherapy with Gentabiferon-B. Combined drug therapy induced an increase in the concentration of blood lymphocytes by 39.5% relative to the number of these cells in mice with EAC after exposure to doxorubicin alone. The results obtained allows to assume that the efficacy of the antitumor activity of doxorubicin in its combined use with Gentabiferon-B and the immunomodulatory effect of Gentabiferon-B in conditions of tumor progression are preserved.

The article studies the patterns of morphological changes in the thyroid gland and adrenal glands in a newborn white-breasted hedgehog, which should be considered as a compensatory-adaptive reaction of the body aimed at maintaining metabolic homeostasis by the period of postnatal life. In 75% of cases, a definitive cortical substance was found, which is not accompanied by zonal differentiation. The chromaffin cells of the medulla are few in number, poorly differentiated, and are located in the center of the gland in the form of a thin strip. The thyroid gland does not have a typical lobular structure and classic follicles, it is represented by asexual accumulations of thyrocytes, which indicates its incomplete definitive structure.

The article presents materials on studying clinical and laboratory indicators of pregnant cows at 60 days of gestation, prone to the development of gestosis. In cows with the uterine fetal growth retardation syndrome at 2 months of pregnancy, subsequently complicated by gestosis, the established morphobiochemical changes indicate failures in the protein metabolism, functioning of the liver, kidneys, and the circulatory system. The changes also show an intensive accumulation of lipid peroxidation products, with a decrease in the activity of the enzymatic and non-enzymatic link of the AOD. The development of the fetal intrauterine growth retardation syndrome occurs against the background of a trophism disorders in the developing embryo. This at early stages of pregnancy is clinically manifested by a decrease in the size of the uterine horn cavity by 22.2-34.2%, the length of the fetus – by 41.5-48.9%, the body diameter – by 19.9-28.9%, the size of the corpus luteum of the ovary – by 15.7-24.1%.

The article demonstrates the material on studying the medium-weight molecules at wavelengths of 238, 254, 266, 280 nm, and the assessment of the endogenous intoxication severity in sows at different gestation periods. The maximum severity of the manifestation of physiological endotoxicosis on the days 38-40 of gestation was revealed, accompanied by an increase in the level of medium-weight molecules, the ratio of their fractions and the index of endogenous intoxication, followed by a decrease in the degree of intoxication by days 75-80 of gestation.

EVALUATION OF SWINE PERFORMANCE BASED ON SELECTION AND GENETIC TECHNIQUES AND METHODS 基于选择和遗传技术方法的猪生产性能评价

There have been determined the optimal performance parameters for swine of maternal breeds used in pedigree swine breeding, based on selection and genetic techniques and methods. Analysis of the association of polymorphic variants of marker genes with reproductive, fattening and meat traits of sows has shown that the RYR1NN, ESRBB and ESRАВ, H-FABPHH and H-FABPdd genotypes have beneficial effects in the context of stress resistance, prolificacy, litter weight at weaning, average daily gain, feed expenditures per unit of gain, backfat thickness over the 6-7th thoracic vertebrae, the weight of backgammon. Molecular genetic testing of sows for these genes will make it possible to improve reproductive (by 13.3-21.0%), fattening and meat traits (by 2.7-10.8%).

ROLE OF VETERINARY SERVICE IN ENSURING THE BIOLOGICAL SAFETY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS 兽医部门在确保白俄罗斯共和国生物安全方面的作用

The article presents data on the specifics of the work of the veterinary service in the framework of ensuring the biological safety of the Republic of Belarus. The main biological risks in the agricultural sector are listed in the strategic directions "Biological safety of animals" and "Biological safety of plants", the main directions of the work of the veterinary service to reduce biological risks, prevent the development of emergency situations in the biological sphere are shown, identified the main biological threats and their sources, identified the main national interests and areas of work to ensure biological safety, identified indicators and criteria for assessing the state of biological safety. National interests and priority areas for ensuring the biological safety of the republic in the field of veterinary activities are to minimize external and internal threats to the introduction and spread of contagious animal diseases.
