Kerjasama Guru dan Orang Tua dalam Menanamkan Akhlak Anak 教师和父母的合作,向孩子灌输道德

Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain; (1) untuk mengetahui kerjasama antara guru dan orang tua dalam menanaman akhlak mahmudah pada anak, (2) untuk mengetahui indikator faktor-faktor penghambat kerjasama guru dan orang tua dalam menanaman akhlak mahmudah pada anak, (3) untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang telah dilakukan guru dan orang tua dalam membangun kerjasama menanamkan akhlak mahmudah pada anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sample dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif bersifat induktif. Berdasarkan data yang sudah diperoleh peneliti pada pengamatan dapat diketahui bahwa kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh guru dan orang tua dalam penanaman akhlak mahmudah di Taman Kanak-Kanak Diniyyah Al-Azhar Kota Jambi sudah berjalan dengan lancar, akan tetapi selama pandemi kegiatan yang mengacu pada penanaman akhlak mahmudah sedikit terkendala dikarenakan tidak dapat berkumpul dengan banyak orang.

Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Multikultural

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik pengumpulam data purposive sampling. Hasil penellitian yang ditemukan antara lain: (a) pelaksanaan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural sebagian belum terlaksana dengan baik dan belum memiliki kurikulum tetap yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural, (b) kondisi yang berpotensi menghambat terealisasinya nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural adalah dengan adanya kendala yang dihadapi guru dengan adanya keragaman agama, suku dan ras di SMAN 1 Kota Jambi, (c) strategi yang dilaksanakan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural adalah dengan memberikan materi pembelajaran yang dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dan memberikan nasihat serta arahan pada kegiatan siswa baik di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas.
本研究旨在探讨伊斯兰教教育教师在灌输多元文化教育价值方面使用的策略。本研究采用访谈技术、观察和文档的定性研究方法,采用采样数据集技术。发现的研究结果包括:(a)执行与多元文化教育价值观植入部分尚未实现好和有保持多元文化与价值观教育相关的课程,(b)和潜在的阻碍terealisasinya价值观多元文化教育状况是由于老师和面临的障碍的宗教、部落和种族多样性斯曼一个城市的占比,(c)伊斯兰教育教师在灌输多元文化教育价值方面所采取的策略是提供与多元文化教育价值观相关的学习材料,并为学生在课堂上和课堂外的活动提供建议和指导。

Metode Guru dalam Membina Akhlak Siswa di Madrasah Aliyah

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi subjek adalah Kepala Madrasah, para guru pendidikan Agama Islam, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara dan observasi langsung ke lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadaan akhlak siswa masih belum sempurna karena masih banyak temuan berupa pelanggaran-pelanggaran, tidak disiplin peraturan sekolah seperti terlambat datang ke sekolah, mengunakan pakaian yang tidak sesuai peraturan, tidak jujur dan berkata kurang sopan. Peran guru pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan terkait pembinaan akhlak antaralain; peran guru sebagai pendidik/pengajar, peran guru sebagai pembimbing, peran guru sebagai tauladan, dan peran guru sebagai penasehat. Strategi guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam membina akhlak antara lain; dengan keteladanan, kisah-kisah Qur’ani dan Nabawi, nasihat, pembiasaan dan hukuman.
本研究是一种描述性方法的定性研究。这项研究的主题是伊斯兰宗教教育的校长、伊斯兰宗教教育教师和学生。本研究采用的数据收集技术是访谈和现场观察。这项研究的结果表明,学生的性状况仍然不完美,因为他们仍然发现许多违反规定的行为,比如上学迟到,穿着不符合规定的衣服,不诚实,说得粗鲁。伊斯兰宗教教育教师在促进其他道德教育方面的作用;教师作为教师的角色,教师作为顾问的角色,教师作为领导的角色,教师作为顾问的角色,教师作为顾问的角色。伊斯兰宗教教育教师在培养学生方面的策略包括:以身作则,《古兰经》和纳巴维的故事、忠告、祈祷和惩罚。

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media puzzle shalat edukatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibadah shalat anak usia 5-6 tahun dan mengetahui kelayakan dari media puzzle shalat edukatif yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R&D (Research and Developmet) yang menggunakan prosedur pengembangan menurut teori Brog dan Gall. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik angket yang akan di isi oleh validator ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli pendidik. Jenis data yang dihasilkan dan dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penilaian yang sudah dilakukan oleh para ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli pendidik diperoleh rata-rata nilai produk secara keseluruhan yaitu 3,49 dengan kategori kelayakan  yaitu “Layak”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media puzzle shalat edukatif yang di kembangkan dalam penelitian ini dengan serangkaian langkah dan tahapan validasi ahi materi dan ahli media dinyatakan “Layak” untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibadah shalat anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Education During Anthropocene, Capitalocene, and Chthulucene 人类世、资本世和chthulene时期的教育

The history of the planet Earth spans about 4.5 billion years. But the emergence of early humans, including their now-extinct ancestors (hominins), is a more recent phenomenon with a history of 6-8 million years. Bipedalism, the capacity to walk on foot freeing hands for other purposes, began some 4-5 million years ago. The use of fire and tools has a history of about two million years. The emergence of the Homo sapiens, the modern human beings, dates back only to 2-300,000 years, and the beginning of the use of complex tools, language and arts has a history of a mere 100,000 years. All this means that in the long geological calendar, humans are just one small part of the whole system of the planet Earth – its features, living beings, and things. But lately, the scenario has changed and humans and their activities have been creating a great impact on the planet. Environmental pollutions, mounds of plastics, rising temperatures, and sea levels, etc. are just a few examples. The imprints or permanent marks of human actions are now clearly visible on earth and its systems and the argument is that such effects are now going to be permanent in the life of the earth (Crutzen & Stoermer, 2000).

Good governance often seems to have accelerated educational performance. Stepping onto the contribution of governance to the education, this paper examines the effect of Worldwide Governance Indicators produced by Kaufmann et al. (1999) on Educational Performance (EP) of Nepal during the years from 1996 to 2018. The six indicators of WGIs: political stability and absence of violence, government effectiveness, voice and accountability, regulatory quality, control of corruption and rule of law are used as independent variables, and the educational performance (student learning achievement and education index) as a dependent variable.  The results, based on the data collected from the secondary sources, derived from multiple-line graphs and the regression model shows that the majority of WGIs insignificantly explained the educational performance across the years. One indicator namely government effectiveness is found as a negative significant predictor of EP. The findings of this study suggest to reform in the existing level of WGIs for the better educational performance.

Dimensions of Academic Performance in the Context of Nepali Higher Education Institutions 尼泊尔高等教育机构的学业表现维度

Academic performance is the driving force of academic institutions to carry out innovative ideas. This research aims to identify how the faculty members are practising their knowledge of academic activities to enhance academic discourses in their academic life. The academic discourses are determined by the academic activities of the faculty and these enhance the capabilities of both faculty members and students. In this regard, applying knowledge creation theory, the study explored the dimensions of academic activities practised by the faculty members in higher educational institutions. Adopting a survey method, the data was collected from 445 faculty members from four universities of Nepal. To identify the key dimensions of academic performance, factor analysis was used. The analysis identified four dimensions of academic performance as research and publication, innovation, interactive learning, and capacity building. The study claims that research and publication are less prioritized in Nepali academia while capacity building is identified as a new priority area in the context of university.

Exploring Out-of-School Phenomenon in Nepal 探索尼泊尔的校外现象

Out-of-School Children (OOSC) is an alarming educational issue, not only in Nepal but globally and especially at a time when global agenda like Sustainable Development Goals have many challenges to face. It questions the existence of a large number of OOSC that poses even greater challenge to the country in the context of ensuring free and compulsory education as a fundamental right envisioned by the constitution. Though the issue of OOSC is generally raised from development perspectives as rightbased issue in developing countries like Nepal, this research is intended to understand the complexities of Out-of-School (OOS) phenomenon and its major dynamics. Applying pragmatic research paradigm with a sequential explanatory mixed methods research, a holistic understanding has been made by merging both quantitative and qualitative findings. The quantitative part was focused on generalizing the relationship between different socio economic factors and OOS event while the qualitative part intended to explore the dynamics of those factors in OOS phenomenon.
