Water is crucial for human survival, serving both consumption needs and daily activities. However, water contamination often occurs when it is not managed and stored properly. Contaminated drinking water can pose health risks, causing various digestive diseases and even death, especially in children. Therefore, the management and storage of water require special attention. Indonesian communities, especially those in the RW 006, Tanjung Duren Selatan, are still limited in gathering clean water without proper water management for it to be made suitable for consumption. In response to this concern, a program was implemented to enhance awareness and empower the residents of RW 006, Tanjung Duren Selatan, focusing on improving environmental sanitation and the effective management of safe drinking water. The activities took place at the secretariat office of RW 006, Tanjung Duren Selatan, on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 08:30 to 10:15 AM. A total of 25 participants filled out attendance and completed pre-test questionnaires. Participants were then provided with education and training by the team on environmental sanitation, Community-Based Total Sanitation (STMB), proper management of household waste, and the handling of water intended for consumption. The post-test results showed an improvement in participants' knowledge and understanding regarding the enhancement of environmental sanitation and the management of water ready for consumption in households. It is hoped that participants will serve as links in communication and educators within the local community, ultimately contributing to improved sanitation and an enhanced quality of life.

The four-healthy-five-perfect nutritional guidelines that were previously used have changed to the term nutritional pyramid or balanced nutritional stack. Balanced nutrition is one of the most important things that parents must pay attention to in children's growth and development. The long-term impact of poor nutritional status affects the quality of human resources in the future. Therefore, it is necessary for parents to understand through education or increasing knowledge regarding balanced nutritional status so that they can choose food according to their needs to provide balanced nutrition to their children. The counseling activity was carried out on January 27, 2024, which was attended by 13 parents and 8 school teachers. To determine the cognitive changes of participants, we perform pre-test and post-test. The results of the counseling activity showed that participants' knowledge regarding balanced nutrition increased by 23%, and the percentage of correct answers increased from 7.7% to 69.2%. This increased knowledge is expected to enhance understanding and change behaviour of balance nutrition parents towards their children.

Health problems caused by aging can affect every aspect of life. The number of urinary tract infections (UTI) in the elderly in Indonesia is increasing. There are many risk factors in the elderly that make the incidence of UTI is quite high, such as comorbid diseases, nutritional status, cognitive impairment and water intake. Community service activities (PkM) are carried out with the aim of improving the health status of the elderly. Education was held on December 3rd ,2023 at the Trisakti campus field, Nagrak Bogor, West Java, targeting people from the pre-elderly and elderly groups. UTI education is provided by presenting information about the signs and symptoms of urinary tract infections, how to prevent urinary tract infections and things to pay attention. A total of 26 participants consisting of 13 men and 13 women participated in this activity. The most age category of participants was in the pre-elderly category (76.92%). At the end of the activity, the knowledge of urinary tract infections increase by 73.08%. An increase in understanding of UTI definition by up to 15.36%, UTI symptoms by up to 15.42% and UTI risk factors by up to 30.77%. This activity gives benefits to be held sustainably so that the elderly community in Nagrak can improve their health status

The COVID-19 pandemic poses the challenge ofining a healthy and varied diet and regular physical activity. This is because people prefer to buy processed foods, such as snacks, fast food, and ready-to-eat cereals, which tend to be high in fat, sugar, and salt. In addition, psychological and emotional responses to the outbreak of COVID-19 can increase the risk of developing dysfunctional eating behavior. The choice of foods and how often they are eaten can affect the health of the body, teeth, and gums. Excessive consumption of sugar-containing soda, fruit drinks with added sugar, or low-nutritional snacks can increase the risk of teeth hole. Therefore, a community service program (PkM) was designed with the aim of providing education and training to the community to gain knowledge about diet and improve health. The development and training of a healthy diet to the Lisiuex Apartment Meditarenia 1 West Jakarta community was conducted online, illustrating the improvement of the participants' knowledge and yielding good results. Sustainable education and training programmes are needed as a means of improving the development of health that starts with the family.

Living a healthy life as a senior is the desire of everyone. However, keeping an elderly healthy is not easy. There are many challenges to face, because the elderly are susceptible to a variety of diseases. As you age, your body undergoes many changes or aging processes, and the changes you feel cover the entire limb. Vascular problems such as hypertension and other heart problems are common. Not only that, the elderly are also at risk of suffering from bone diseases such as osteoporosis, which can be dangerous because it can result in bone fractures and inhibit the activity of the elders because they have to lie more. Osteoporosis is often associated with periodontitis, as both are diseases of the bone caused by inflammation and old age. Both osteoporosis and periodontitis have similar risk factors such as smoking, poor nutritional status, age and immune deficiency. Osteoporosis can be prevented by eating foods rich in calcium, avoiding smoking and alcoholic beverages, having regular and regular physical activity, and exposure to sufficient sunlight. Preventing osteoporosis can reduce the risk of periodontitis in the elderly. This community service (PkM) is held for the elderly living in Grand Depok City Depok Residential, West Java. It is hoped that these activities will raise awareness of the elderly in particular, and the general public of the importance of health. It is expected that osteoporosis gymnastics for the elderly can be performed on a regular basis at Posbindu Anggrek 3.

Oral health contributes to individual's physical, mental, and social well-being and significantly impacts their quality of life. Preventing oral diseases and promoting oral health contribute to overall well-being, enhancing their quality of life. Community-level or population-based prevention is the most cost-effective approach with the greatest impact on communities or populations, whether in schools or neighborhoods. Oral health education aims to enhance overall knowledge, potentially leading to the adoption of beneficial oral health behaviors. The provision of oral health education is expected to elevate public knowledge and awareness, enabling individuals to maintain or enhance their oral health and thus improve their quality of life. Offline activities involving oral health education were conducted through presentations on May 7th, 2023, at Giova’s Garden, Bogor. Various topics, including dental radiographic examination, primary management of dental trauma, dental prosthesis rehabilitation, oral health in children, and tips for maintaining oral health while driving, were presented to enhance participants' knowledge about oral health. The community engagement activity proceeded smoothly. Similar activities are anticipated to be carried out again with pre-test and post-test assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the education provided.

In November 2021, Covid-19 vaccination coverage in the special capital area (DKI) Jakarta stage 1 (one) reached 78.1% and stage 2 (two) 60.4% for local identity cards (KTP) DKI Jakarta. Covid-19 vaccination coverage for area the Palmerah District stage 1 (one) has reached 96.56% but unfortunately for stage 2 (two) it has not met the expected target. In order to reduce the Covid-19 case, the regional administration (Pemda) of DKI Jakarta has continued given education and socialization to increase public awareness in implementing health protocols and providing Covid-19 vaccinations to the public.Another problem that occurs in the Palmerah District is the increase cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). This increase is due to the rainy season which is the breeding time for the Aedes Aegepty mosquito. DHF can be prevented through controlling the Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) programme. Public awareness for healthy behavior and maintaining a mosquito-free home environment is still lacking therefor counseling and training are needed for the community to prevent dengue.Since the Covid 19 pandemic, the Dental Health Education Program could not be implemented in Palmerah Health Center due to pandemic and limited resources. Providing dental health education (DHE) to health cadres will increase oral health in community. The results obtained after the training significantly increased the knowledge of the cadres and community members who participated in the event. Thus this collaboration program should continue regularly to maintain knowledge and health practice in community.

Emergency dental issues such as throbbing toothaches, dental trauma (fractures, dislodgment from the gums), teeth pierced by orthodontic wires, and wires from dental braces causing injuries by piercing the gums, are some of the health problems that can result in prolonged suffering for those experiencing them. Every case has a different level of emergency. Although for some people it is not considered a real emergency, it is still a condition that urgently requires proper action before going to the dentist. Therefore, there is a need for increased knowledge to provide first aid before visiting a dentist. Collaborative efforts between medical professionals, alumni, and professional students from the Faculty of Dentistry at Trisakti University conducted an activity involving education for the adolescent community at the Integrated Child-Friendly Public Space (RPTRA) in Kayu Mas, East Jakarta, on March 16, 2023. Before and after the distribution of education, pre and post-tests were conducted, showing significant improvements in knowledge regarding dental emergencies. The conclusion drawn from this activity underscores the importance of knowing the initial steps to handle dental emergencies in order to receive appropriate medical care.

Dementia is a neurodegenerative syndrome caused by chronic and progressive disorders accompanied by a decline in brain function that affects emotions, memory, decision-making, behavior, and other brain functions, which disrupt daily activities. The increasing life expectancy in Indonesia may lead to more people experiencing dementia. Recent research reports that poor oral health, such as periodontitis and tooth loss, are linked to dementia. The elderly population tends to have worse dental and oral health compared to other age groups because most of them lack awareness of maintaining dental health due to a lack of education. Dementia is currently medically incurable, making prevention efforts essential. Poco-poco exercises involve movements similar to brain exercises and can help prevent dementia. The pandemic has led to reduced activity levels and fewer visits to dentists among the elderly. The objective is to prevent and slow down dementia, especially Alzheimer's dementia. There were 62 participants in the activity, and the material was presented in the form of PowerPoint and video. The implementation of dental health education and poco-poco exercise training proved to be effective, as there was an increase in the elderly's knowledge, shown by statistically significant differences and an increase in median values between pre-test and post-test results for the participants.
