A design and technological scheme of a new universal method of drying bast crops and fibers from them is presented. His research was carried out on the long - stem flax trust in the form of confusion, as the most common flax raw material at present. The drying time under various operating modes on a specially designed experimental installation is analyzed, the rational parameters of its operation are determined.

Purpose of the article is to study the effectiveness of the «Lignohumate» preparation on the growth, development and decorative qualities of some flower and ornamental crops (Campanula persicifolia L., C. carpatica Jacg., Phlox paniculata L.) in the forest-steppe zone of the Bashkir Cis-Ural. Observations of the seasonal rhythm of plant development were carried out according to the method of phenological observations in botanical gardens, the assessment of ornamental features was carried out according to the generally accepted method of state variety testing of ornamental crops. For the first time in the conditions of the Bashkir Cis-Ural, the influence of the growth stimulator «Lignohumate» on the decorative qualities of some types of flower crops of the collection of the SUBGI UFRC RAS was studied. The features of phenology, growth, as well as the decorative qualities of plants during fertigation with a growth regulator are analyzed. When evaluating decorativeness on a 100-point scale in C. persicifolia, it was found out that «Lignohumate» is effective for such decorative features as the number of leaves, the abundance of flowering and the density of the inflorescence; there is also a reduction in the duration of the period from regrowth to flowering by 5 days. In C. carpatica, such morphometric parameters as flower and inflorescence size, abundance and duration of flowering have improved; also, the preparation helps to increase the area of the horizontal projection of the color spot on the bush by 2.6 times compared to the control. In Ph. paniculata «Lignohumate» is effective for such decorative features as the size of the inflorescence, the abundance and duration of flowering, also during fertigation, the area of the horizontal projection of the color spot on the bush increased by 1.5 times, thereby increasing the decorative qualities of the phlox.

The article provides information on the study of the effect of abiotic environmental factors on the quality of fruit and berry and medicinal plants in Volgograd and the region: Carthamus tinctorius L., Ribes aureum Pursh., Rosa rugosa Thunb., Rosa cinnamomea L., Rosa acicularis Lindl., Rosa spinosissima L., Rosa canina L. The studies conducted by the authors make it possible to assess the natural and climatic conditions of the region, as well as the suitability and safety of plant species, which is relevant from the point of view of improving the quality of life and improving the health of the population, as well as the development of crop production. The results of the experiments allowed us to recommend certain types of rosehip, safflower and currant for the production of plant products and use in medicine. During laboratory tests, the content of lead, cadmium, zinc and copper was found in the fruits of experimental plants. The maximum fat content in 1000 g of safflower seeds is achieved by applying a dose of sewage sludge of 10 t/ha with a seeding rate of 250 thousand pieces/ha. it was found out that the content of amino acids in fruit bushes depends on weather conditions – 2020 showed an increase in arginine, glycine, leucine and isoleucine in golden currant, proline in rose hips, which indicates their high drought resistance. It was revealed that the content of zinc (12 mg) and copper (8 mg) increased in the fruits of golden currant in areas located close to highways, which is why the collection of fruits for eating in these areas is not recommended. The characteristics of irrigation norms for species at different heights of the aboveground part are given.

The article presents the results of a study of the traction resistance of a stubble grain planter-cultivator SKP-2.1 with mass-produced standard foot coulters and experimental combined coulters of the design of the Omsk ANC. Comparative studies were carried out on an aggregate consisting of the MTZ-82.1 tractor + the SKP-2.1 seeder according to the stubble agrophone from the previous crop – wheat. The speed of the unit: 7, 9, 11 km/h. Stroke depth of working bodies: 0.04, 0.06, 0.08 m. The study of the traction resistance of the seeder was carried out using the information-measuring system EMA-PM and the strain gauge link. It was found that the traction resistance of a drill with experimental combined coulters at a speed of 9 km/h and a sowing depth of 0.04 m is 33.3 % less than that of a drill with standard foot coulters; at the same speed and sowing depth of 0.06 m, the difference was 13.8 % in favor of a combined coulter. With an increase in the sowing depth to 0.08 m, the traction resistance of the combined coulter is only 3 % less.

The need to improve the genetic potential of sheep in the meat direction is dictated by increasing the efficiency of sheep breeding due to the production of high -quality lamb. Why in recent years, meat sheep, including Dorper breed sheep, have been imported to Russia. In this connection, with which a comprehensive study of the monthly animals obtained by inter -ended crossing of the sheep of the Kalmyk Kurdishporoda and the Dorper breed is relevant. The aim of this work was to determine the characteristics of metabolism in the body of purebred and monthly re-obtained, obtained as a result of crossing the purebred female individuals of the Kalmyk fatty breed with male individuals of the Dorper breed. Scientific and production experience was conducted during 2022 on the basis of the KFK "Arl", the Republic of Kalmykia, where two re-sampling were formed from the general number of sheep, the experimental groups of the re-yield, which includes 15 heads of purebred animals of the Kalmyk fatty breed and 15 heads of estates Perevyariki of blood of which was a 1/2 -Kilmy Kurdish breed and 1/2 Dorper breed. It was established that the horses are superior to the purebred peers of the Kalmyk chicken rock through the breed that the estates surpass the purebred peers in the total blood serum of the protein by 2.33 %, its albumin faction by 7.02 %, and the ? and ?-globulin fractions At 9.54 and 2.10 %, respectively. According to the activity of alanine aminotransferase by 8.16%, aspartate aminotransferase by 6.67 %, concentration of urea by 5.7 %, in terms of creatinine is 20.6 %. This indicates that they have a more intense nitrogen metabolism, and therefore more active protein metabolism. The absence of intergroup distinctions established by the studies in the content of glucose in the blood serum is explained by the fact that they have an equal ability to absorb carbohydrates from feed and preservation of glucose in the blood, which is one of the most perfect mechanisms.

The article proposes a method for monitoring industrial gardens based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. To identify apple fruits on the crown of a tree using a robotic platform moving in the garden areas with a camera attached to it, a neural network was developed, the VGG-16 model and SSD architecture were used, which detect the output space and generate bounding rectangles in images with different aspect ratios. To count the number of fruits relative to each row of plantings, a method is proposed for stitching a series of photographs of fruit trees in a row into a cylindrical panorama. To assess the quality of the developed neural network when working with 6 classes, the multi-classification task was applied. Analysis of the results of the conducted research has shown that the developed neural network model has high performance and high quality of ordering class objects. The developed neural network allows processing at least 200 requests, identifying healthy apple fruits and apple fruits affected by diseases on tree crown images, and counting their number.

The article considers the results of fractal analysis of the structure of elastomeric nanocomposites in the form of molecular and structural characteristics, as well as their experimentally determined mechanical properties. The optimal composition is determined, at which the nanocomposite has the highest mechanical properties. In comparison with the unfilled F-40S elastomer, the strength of the nanocomposite increased by 32%, and the deformation increased by 1.66 times.

The optimal composition is determined, at which the nanocomposite has the highest mechanical properties. This article presents research on the introduction of LED lamps in livestock premises. The work was carried out in the conditions of the economy of the Grigorievskoye Federal State Unitary Enterprise of the Yaroslavl region. Modeling and forecasting of the illumination of the aft table was carried out by calculation in the DIALux evo software package. The scheme of the developed lamp SP-1 was formed using a new development of LEDs with a light output of at least 150 lm/ W. The developed lamp SP-1 simulates sunlight in the wavelength range of 380-800 nm, the reproduction accuracy of the solar spectrum is 70%. To verify the reliability of the simulation data, it was decided to conduct full-scale tests in a building under construction for keeping young cattle. LED lights were placed in the calf house at the distances and heights specified in the simulation model. Next, an array of data on the illumination of the room was collected and the average illumination values at the selected points were found. The analysis of the obtained data revealed that the convergence of the simulation results and experimental measurements reaches 97.5%. The advantages of the proposed device are revealed, such as: power consumption – 9 W, light output– 133 lm/W, price – 3772 RUB. It is determined that the illumination varies and over the feed table is 118.4 – 120.0 lux, and for the rest of the calf is 82.4 – 94.5 lux.
