Bread wheat breeding for functional nutrition products 面包小麦功能性营养品的选育

In a world of rapid economic growth, food security from the point of view of the nutrition profile has become of increasing interest. The development of biofortified colored wheat (black, purple and blue) adds nutritional and functional health benefits to energy-rich wheat. Cultivars and lines of colored bread wheat with a high content of anthocyanins, iron and zinc exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity and have desirable properties for production and commercial use. Anthocyanins contained in colored wheat have a wide range of health effects, such as protection from metabolic syndromes, obesity, diabetes, hypertension and dyslipidemia. The idea of production anthocyanin-enriched wheat shapes people's way of life, as it is the main food crop in many countries. The achievements of breeding new high-quality productive varieties of cereals, with a large amount of antioxidants, allow them to be used to obtain a number of products for functional nutrition. The presented review is a compilation of currently available information about colored wheat in the most important aspects, including biochemistry, food industry, nutrition, genetics, selection and its influence on human health. Market formation and consumer awareness raising are vital tasks for its use as a functional food product on a large scale.

The article considers the requirements for the characteristics of light sensors when they are used as part of an automatic control system for LED lamps, including options for their spatial arrangement in relation to the working surface. The results of experimental studies of the degree of influence of the type of light source on the output signal of the light sensor during its operation on the reflected signal are presented. A technique is described that allows minimizing the influence of the type of light source on the output signal of the light sensor when it operates on the signal reflected from the working surface. An example of the practical use of this technique as part of an existing automatic control system is given.

The purpose of the work is to improve the technology of chickpeaы cultivation in the conditions of the Lower Volga region by using modern preparations for inoculating seeds and foliar fertilizing with fertilizers that include various micro and macro elements It has been established that the use of pre-sowing inoculation of seeds with RizoBash (3 l/t) and double foliar treatment of crops in the phase of 3 leaves and budding with microfertilizers and biofungicide (Fitosporin M, Zh AS (1 l/ha) + Borogum-Molybdenum (0.2 l/ha) ha) + Bionex-Kemi NPK 21:4:4 + ME (3 l/ha)) using Biolipostim adhesive (0.3 l/ha) increases chickpea grain yield up to 1.68 t/ha, protein content up to 26, 2%.

Rating-analysis of the sensitivity of biorisk factors to the effects of chemical disinfect-ants in the context of ensuring food safety 食品安全环境下生物风险因素对化学消毒剂作用敏感性的分级分析

The article presents the results of a rating-analysis of the sensitivity of biorisk factors to the effects of chemical disinfectants in the context of ensuring food safety. In the course of research, it was found out that among the group of pathogens with very low resistance to chemical disinfectants, the main share is occupied by risk factors of bacterial etiology. Among the group of pathogens with high resistance, the main share is occupied by risk factors of helminthic etiology. The group of pathogens with very high resistance to chemical disinfectants mainly consists of risk factors of helminthic etiology and spore-forming anaerobic bacteria. The results of the study can be used by food production enterprises and agricultural organizations.

The technology of constant exposure to the grain with a drying agent is not optimal due to the fact that the grain overheats faster than moisture evaporates. It is necessary to lower the temperature of the drying agent to reduce the risk of deterioration in grain quality. Because of this, the performance of grain dryers with a constant heat supply is reduced. More promising is the drying technology with variable heat supply. The pulse mode is one of the varieties of the variable mode. This drying mode allows, while maintaining the passport performance of the dryers, to reduce the specific heat consumption. The purpose of the article is to calculate the pulse duration, pause and temperature of the drying agent. The duration of heating depends on the heat transfer coefficient, the physical and mechanical properties of the material and the logarithm of the temperature difference between the drying agent and the material. The duration of the deposit depends on the physical and mechanical properties of the material, the logarithm of the difference between the ratio of its moisture content and the diffusion coefficient. Evaluation of methods of drug administration for the treatment of cows with subclinical endometritis 奶牛亚临床子宫内膜炎的给药方法评价

The article presents the results of studies on the spread of various forms of endometritis in cows. Clinical acute and chronic forms of endometritis occurred in 15.17 and 8.99% of cows, respectively. The data obtained indicate the dominant distribution of subclinical endometritis in cows (32.02%). To conduct research, two experimental and one control groups of cows were formed. Animals of the first experimental group were injected intrauterine with the drug Metricef, the second experimental group - intramuscularly with the drug amoxicillin 150. The cows of the control group were not treated. The results of the studies showed the effectiveness of the use of amoxicillin 150. The method of intramuscular use of the amoxicillin preparation is much simpler and makes it possible to achieve fertilization of cows by 5.26% more compared to the intrauterine administration of the metricef preparation.

Comparative analysis of water salinity of Lenkoranchay and Vilyashchay rivers Lenkoranchay河与Vilyashchay河水体盐度对比分析

The article discusses the changes in the content of the composition of salts and ions in the rivers of Lenkoranchay and Vilyashchay, which belong to the southern region of Azerbaijan. To study changes in water quality composition comparative analyzes were performed in 2003-2018 years. Comparison shows that over the past 15 years, the salt composition of the Lenkoranchay and Vilyashchay rivers has changed depending on the year and season. It was found out that in 2018 the salinity (according to the dry residue) in the waters of Vilyashchay almost doubled compared to 2003. And in the composition of Lenkoranchay water in the same years, this indicator increased from 0.522 to 0.680 g / l. In the composition of the waters under study, the amount of salt ions, pH and silt content were also studied. It was revealed that there have been significant changes in the content of these indicators depending on the rivers.

Justification of the parameters of the rotary vane device for the orientation of beetroot during their planting 甜菜根种植过程中旋转叶片装置定向参数的论证

The existing market of sugar beet seeds shows a significant dependence of Russian agricultural entities engaged in the cultivation of sugar beet on the supply of hybrids of foreign agricultural firms, mainly from the European Union. First of all, this is due to the fact that over the past decades, capital investments in the material and technical base of breeding and seed production on the part of the state were insignificant, which led to the aging of the seed technology used. As is known, the most labor-intensive operation of the technological process associated with the production of sugar and fodder beet seeds is their planting, which is least mechanized and requires a lot of human labor spent on the selection, orientation of root crops and supply them into the planted cones of planting machines with subsequent embedding in the soil with the sharp end down. Currently, a planting machine MV-2.8 is used for planting sugar beet root crops, which is serviced by four people. Consequently, research related to the mechanization of orientation and feeding of root crops into planting cones without the participation of planters is relevant. The article presents a 3D model of a rotary vane device of a planting machine for orienting conical root crops and feeding them into the planting cones of the planting apparatus. At the same time, with a vane length of 280 mm, its thickness will be 11.9 mm, and the greatest deflection is no more than 3 mm, which will ensure the orientation of root crops and their supply to the planting cones of the planting apparatus.

The article presents the results of studies on the effect of the drug "Asparzink" on the morphological parameters of pheasant blood. For the prevention of zinc deficiency conditions, various additives have been often used recently. One of them is "Asparzink", which includes zinc asparginate. However, its effect on blood morphological parameters has not been fully established. The aim of the work was to study the effect of the zinc preparation "Asparzink" on the morphological parameters of pheasant blood. The studies were carried out on pheasants of the North Caucasian breed. Pheasants were kept in the conditions of the GBU of JSC "Directorate of Southern PLO and GOH "Astrakhan". Hematological parameters were determined on Mindray BC-2800 Vet (China). It was found out that the studied compound has a pronounced positive effect on the morphological parameters of peripheral blood, which is expressed by an increase in the number of red blood cells by 18.7 and 19.3%, hemoglobin levels by 10.7 and 14.6%, average volume of red blood cells by 12.0 and 13.8%, hematocrit levels by 13.9 and 19.4% when administered at a dose of 1 and 2 mg/kg, respectively. An increase in the number of monocytes and basophils was determined. The most effective dose is 2 mg/kg of body weight.

Biological value of the meat protein of Edilbaev lambs when enriching diets with es-sential microelements 在饲粮中添加必需微量元素对伊迪巴耶夫羔羊肉蛋白的生物学价值

The article presents the results of studying the quality and usefulness of the protein in meat products obtained from lambs of the Edilbaev breed. The experiment involved one control and three experimental groups of animals, the diet of which was enriched with essential microelements in the form of feed additives "Yoddar-Zn" and "DAFS-25". The results of the research showed that in the rams of the experimental group, which were fed in combination with the main diet supplements Ioddar-Zn and DAFS-25, the maximum amino acid score and protein-quality index were noted, which indicates a high biological value of meat. According to the coefficients of utility and comparable redundancy, it is assumed that in the meat of rams from the control group, amino acids are better balanced and can be more rationally used by the human body. Among the experimental groups of young sheep, the meat of the experimental group, where two feed additives were used at once, had the best rationality.
