A Study on the Color of Alibrihe's Character in Coco Animation 《寻梦环游记》中alibriheapos角色色彩的研究

The family-oriented animation film Coco is the best animation work of all time, receiving rave reviews from audiences and critics for its universal themes that people across the world, beyond Mexico and Latin America, can sympathize with. In the play, Alibrije occupies the largest proportion in the Coco animation after the skeleton character, and is not a simple aesthetic device in the movie, but a traditional Mexican art. While he is very famous in the West, Alibrije's existence is still unfamiliar in the East. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to help refer to the color scheme of animation characters by studying the country's cultural colors through color image research in Mexico and applying this to the analysis of Alibrije's characters. The extracted colors were derived using the color analysis program provided by the KSCA Korean Standard Color Analysis Institute for Technology and Standards, and the research results are as follows. The common characteristic of the colors derived from Miguel's Dante, Mama Imelda's Pepita, Ernesto de la Cruz's Chihuahua, and Frida Kahlo's Monkey is red (R). Blue (B), orange (YR), and light green (GY) colors were used repeatedly as main colors, which matched Mexico's traditional colors. It was confirmed that the symbolic meaning of Mexico's traditional colors was projected onto the Alibrije character to make it lively and stand out, and that the characteristics of the character design were highlighted by mainly using harmonious and contrasting colors. In addition to existing analysis, as color media develops, 4D movies that can express fluorescent light, a special effect, and can be enjoyed by all five senses in addition to audiovisual are becoming popular, so research on 3D color design should be conducted.

The Effects on the Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention for Beauty Service Quality Risk Perception Factors of MZ Generation MZ一代美容服务质量风险感知因素对满意度和行为意向的影响

This study investigated the degree of influence of risk factors on beauty service quality on satisfaction with beauty service quality and intention to use beauty shops among MZ generation women in Daejeon, Chungcheong province. The results are as follows. The risk perception of beauty service quality was similar for both Generation M and Generation Z, and no statistical significance was found. In satisfaction with beauty service quality, Generation M was found to be slightly higher than Generation Z in physical, economic, performance, and service quality. The perception of intention to use beauty shop services was similar between Generation M (M=4.24) and Generation Z (M=4.12), and there was no statistically significant difference. Technical, physical, economic, performance, and environmental risk perception, which are sub-areas of beauty service quality risk perception, had a negative correlation with service quality satisfaction and beauty shop service use behavior intention. The sub-area of beauty service quality satisfaction was found to have a positive correlation with the behavioral intention to use beauty shop services. In addition, in the impact of beauty service quality risk perception on beauty service quality satisfaction, technical, performance, and environmental risk perception were found to have a significant negative influence. In the impact of beauty service quality risk perception on the intention to use beauty shop services, technical and environmental risk perception were found to have a significant negative influence. In the impact of service quality satisfaction on the intention to use beauty shop services, technical, performance, and environmental satisfaction were found to have a significant positive(+) effect, and physical satisfaction was found to have a significant negative(-) effect. Therefore, it is believed that the results of this study can be used not only as basic data for research in this field, but also as data for marketing strategies.

A Structural Analysis of the Relationship between Customer Orientation and Related Variables of Hairdressers 理发师顾客导向与相关变量关系的结构分析

Due to high reiliance on human ressources for customer satisfaction in the hair and beauty service industry, it is questioned how to increase their custumer orientation. This study aims to investigate the structural relationship among psychological capital, burnout, job satisfaction of hairdressers, and customer orientation. Targeting hairdressers, the survey was conducted from May 1 to May 12, 2023 focused on the hair and beauty service industry in Seoul and Gyunggi province. The number of 301 cases was used for analysis and the results were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The main findings are as follows. First, hairdressers’ burnout and job satisfaction directly affected customer orientation, while positive psychological capital had no direct influence. Second, hairdressers’ positive psychological capital and burnout directly affected job satisfaction. Third, the positive psychological capital of hairdressers had a direct effect on burnout, and the higher the positive psychological capital, the lower the burnout. Fourth, the positive psychological capital of hairdressers indirectly affected customer orientation through burnout and job satisfaction. Fifth, the positive psychological capital of hairdressers had an indirect effect on job satisfaction through burnout. Finally, hairdressers’ burnout indirectly affected customer orientation through job satisfaction. Based on the study results above, positive psychological capital, burnout, and job satisfaction of hairdressers were significant variables that directly or indirectly affect customer orientation. In particular, the influence of job satisfaction is relatively strong among the variables that directly affect the customer orientation of hairdressers. The indirect effect of job satisfaction on customer orientation was also relatively high, indicating that it was an important variable for increasing customer orientation among hairdressers.

A Study on the Impact of the Extract from Pomegranate Seeds on the Health of Scalp 石榴籽提取物对头皮健康影响的研究

In this study, 22 middle-aged women in their 40s and 60s in the Seoul area were enrolled and assigned to the control group (11 participants) and the test group (11 participants) for the measurement of scalp oil, scalp keratin, scalp pH, scalp erythema, scalp microorganisms, and scalp surface color by applying pomegranate seed extract scalp tonic. As a result, the test group that was treated with the scalp tonic saw a decrease in scalp lipids by about 60%, while scalp keratin decreased by about 71% and the pH of the scalp decreased by about 11%, indicating that the conditions of the scalp were within the range of a normal scalp. Additionally, the amount of scalp micro-organisms decreased by about 62%, and, as for the color of the scalp, the red color decreased by about 48%, which indicated an improvement in the level of erythema, while the erythema on the scalp decreased by about 27%, indicating a decrease in the erythema index. The findings of this study indicated that applying the scalp tonic based on extracts from pomegranate seeds improved the health of the scalp of climacteric women, verifying that it could solve various problems of the scalp.

Relationship between Jay Customer Behavior Hair Beauty Workers’ Emotional Labor, Emotional Exhaustion, and Service Sabotage 美发员工情绪劳动、情绪耗竭与服务破坏的关系

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between jay customer behavior and hair beauty worker’s emotional labor, emotional exhaustion, and service sabotage. Data were collected adopting a face-to-face/non face-to-face survey method for 206 hair beauty experts in K Metropolitan City, and the collected data were subjected to descriptive, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability, correlation, and structural equation model analysis was conducted to verify the five hypothesis of this study. The conclusions drawn through a series of research procedures are as follows. First, hypothesis 1 were accepted as joy customer behavior had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the emotional labor of hair beauty workers. Second, hypothesis 2 were accepted as joy customer behavior had a significant positive(+) effect on the emotional exhaustion of hair beauty workers. Third customer joy customer behavior had a significant positive(+) effect on service sabotage of hair beauty workers, so hypothesis 3 was adopted. Fourth, the emotional labor of hair beauty workers had a statistically significant but positive(+) effect on service sabotage, so Hypothesis 4 was adopted. Fifth, the emotional exhaustion of haird beauty workers did not show a significant effect on service sabotage, so Hypothesis 5 was rejected. The results of this study are expected to localize a healthy beauty culture between workers and customers in the hair beauty industry and contribute to the establishment of a culture of mutual respect.
